Due to having the children and one has SEN we never ate at the restaurant only as they dont eat till later in the day.

Check in easy, friendly staff, only downside was the small parking area, but managed to get our car in.

Really pleasant hotel, modern and very clean feeling. Ideal location in Luton right in the town centre but not on a noisy street. Walking distance from everything you need in the centre and spitting distance from the train station. Will definitely be back.

The room was clean and comfortable as described albeit a bit small. Breakfast hot buffet was really nice, very fresh and good quality.

Lovely hotel, 300 plus rooms. Only 15 car park spaces!

Ridiculously small carpark for quite a large hotel. Which you have to "prebook"... how exactly remains a mystery. The rooms are VERY small but well equiped. Shower doesnt drain fast enough so you have to be careful youre not floding the bathroom.

This hotel is not in the best place and awkward to get to l, as it's on a one way street. I ran and informed them of my reg to secure a parking space. I did that twice, as i wasn't sure at first who would be driving and on my second all to the hotel, i was told i didn't need to leave number plate as there was ample parking. When i got there, that was the first subject raised and once i confirmed my details it was fine. I had to drive all the way around, as i had passed the gate to go in to park. I waited outside and two men, came out of the hotel and came to look at my registration. I was asked once again if i had booked a parking space and again i confirmed i had. I asked the man with the clip broad, who was the other man who came out to look at my car and he said, the maintenance man. (What did me having a parking space or not, have to do with him???). Anyway, i was finally let into the car park, which was very small. The same "maintenance man" was trying to usher me into a space, which was right up the corner, with a wall across from it. (He keep waving is arms about at me). I told him, i did not want to be squashed up there, plus i would have had to go in foward, which would have made it difficult to get out the next day. I choose to park at a much more convenient spot instead. On entering, as was told, it's a good job i jas booked a parking space. Breakfast was very basic, not much of anything. Including, knife, forks, cups, fruit. I would not staay there again

Property was fine and room was comfortable and well appointed, but we did find the double room a little on the small side. Could at least provide a few biscuits with the coffee-making. No food available until 6pm. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Didn't like having to pay £100 deposit in case of damages - not sure why they insist on this.

Hotel is okay, friendly staff, room was clean, room was warm, doe's have Air-conditioning but a little noisy, there was noise in the night with doors banging, and people walking up and down the corridor that you could hear.

Can't fault it! just a walk away from luton town cente. Few issues with parking but got sorted. Staff were helpful and freindly. Wouldn't recommend going in the town centre after dark, quite an uncomfortable experiance.

Fantastic location hotel. Staff couldn’t be more attentive. We stayed here the night before a flight and will certainly be back. We decided to eat in the hotel and oh my am I glad we did. Fantastic meal and again the service from the two ladies was first class. They only gripe was the room was rather warm and the aircon would not go lower than 19 degrees. Given we had a very early start I didnt complain or ask for help. Maybe it was me

The hotel was 'ok'. The parking is very limited and the hotel is surrounded by red routes so you can't stop anywhere to even unload or get out of the car. On arrival i rang asking where i can stop to let passengers out and park the car, i was told by the man at reception to 'Google it'. I've never experienced such poor standards of hospitality training in my life. The area around the hotel is run down, dirty and dodgy. Won't be back!!

My partner and I stayed at your property on Saturday, 24th May, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, we did not feel particularly welcomed. The two staff members at reception seemed more engaged in a private conversation than in assisting us, which set an uncomfortable tone for our visit. We were also frustrated to find that the car park was closed, with no prior notice provided. This added inconvenience made our check-in experience even more stressful, as we had to find alternative parking at short notice. When we got to our room, our disappointment only deepened. The room was much smaller than advertised, and we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues: marks on the walls, a dirty remote control, unclean areas of the floor, and a large crack in the sink. The curtain was also ripped and stained, and the bathroom was extremely cramped—making it difficult to use the toilet comfortably. Additionally, there was no shower gel provided, which we would expect as a basic amenity. Given the price of the stay, we had higher expectations and felt let down by both the service and the condition of the room. Sadly, based on this experience, we do not plan to return. We wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it will help improve future guests’ experiences.

What a lovely clean hotel. Located perfectly in Luton next to St George's Square. With Luton point shopping centre right around the corner. There is also ten pin bowling and a cinema for the kids or adults. Breakfast was lovely. Luton Airport is less than ten minutes drive. The staff were amazing. I would definitely stay there again..

Reception/bar is ok but limited. Two lovely ladies worked at the bar which was the best bit. Awful area. Rooms are small and like prisons/dreadful mattress and pillows. I could hear everything including every bathroom within a couple of rooms vicinity up and down! Kept awake by three noises.

Have stayed here on a few occasions whilst visiting family and friends, very welcoming hotel and Vashal on reception very good customer service - locate 3min walk to station and next to shopping Centre,cinema and restaurants.

Is close to bus and train station. When we booked in front staff need to be more welcoming and actually speak to guests. After given room card went to room to find that it was the wrong one as we booked in for a multiple bed room but was given a double bed room.. Went back to front desk and was given a twin and was told that they don't have the room which I booked .room as ok the walls had a few marks on them. We only stayed 1 night as it was close to the train station.

Great hotel with great rooms

This is a tough review to leave as i'm just not sure. As a family we always have a tradition of rating hotels on their shower. So this one's a zero. There just wasn't one other than the old fashioned hand held idea of sitting in the bath with no shower screen and no curtain - if you want a good shower our room at least, wasn't for you. On the plus side the hotel was clean, rooms were large, staff were helpful and breakfast was plentiful. The city centre is about a 20 minute walk but trams ru. Past the front door and taxis are cheap enough and eady to get. From a negative point of view the hotel advertises a bar but (unless it's in the building opposite) there isnt one thats open which is teally disappointing when coming back and youre so far out of town. Another minor irritant is the lack of English speaking tv although we werent in often enough for it to matter. Negatives v positives, the positives probably would shade it but we can't get over that shower which is the only eeason i'm glad we weren't there longer!

I found the room was reasonably priced but i think they are are picking on people from outside the area especially disabled people. Disabled people from outside the area want a parking space near where they are staying so they have to select the hotel parking which cost more. This means the reasonable room rate becomes a bit more expensive because they would not what problems might occur from the car parks nearby, especially this time of year.

Superb service and a very clean and modern hotel near the station. They accommodated my need for a quiet room and went out of their way to ensure I was allocated a room in a quiet part of the hotel. I had a totally undisturbed sleep and couldn’t hear noise from outside or from people in the corridor or neighbouring rooms. Exceptional customer service.

Every thing was amazing

Clean rooms. Very nice bar. Biggest issue was the very small bathroom where your knees touch the wall while on the toilet. I probably would not stay again simply due to this.

Despite being a best western and I've stayed in some questionable ones, this Best Western by Sadie was very nice. There is private parking at rear for £15/night. The rooms were very modern, lots of things you would like in your own house! I had eve meal and breakfast, both ere very good with a range of choices, service was good too. The best bit was finally finding a pillow that was comfortable for me, after the all the hotels I had stayed in!

Some random couple managed to enter my room while I was sleeping.

Close to the shops and the mall

Very friendly staff. The chap who checked us in was very sociable and was very helpful in pointing out what to do in the area.The owner was there when we checked in again a very sociable person with a real interest in keeping all of the guests happy.

Perfect place to stay if you are needing to be close to Luton airport for an early flight. The hotel is modern and check in and out is very speedy, with 24 hours desk service. Room has a coffee and tea station and mini fridge to keep bits cool. Was given a water bottle each as well which was a nice touch. Only issue for us was that the pillows seemed to be memory foam so if you are use to other materials can be an adjustment.

Chose this hotel due to close to train station, turned out to be great place to stay, great location, very friendly and attentive staff, Grace was particularly helpful on check in and food was very good. I will definitely stay here again.

Arrived late Sunday evening and left early the next morning for a flight. Even though it was a very short stay, I was really impressed with this hotel. So convenient for the train station and there is a bus stop to the airport within 50m of the hotel. Decent coffee in the room and a really good shower. Excellent value compared to the other hotels closer to the airport and just as convenient.

I booked this place for a couple of reasons #1 it was a best western #2 it advertised having laundry, it was the worse best western i have been in, the beds were lumpy, had queen pillows with regular pillow case. And the big thing no laundry. We had been traveling for a month it was an important feature for us. Kind of ruined everything

Great place to stay

Two associates were present late at night for check-in and made the process less stressful after a long day of flying. We appreciated the gracious upgrade to our accommodations made by the gentleman who completed our check-in. Hotel staff are all very kind and helpful! :)

Difficult parking with a very difficult location of the hotel. Very noisy outside due to the bus stopping. Very warm rooms but you can open the window however the noise outside wasn’t great.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was beautiful but really warm also the phone next to the bed was really bright and woke me up a few times. If i was staying longer than one night I would just put a towel over it. Parking was round the corner less then 2 minutes walk.

7/10 room was good, but food and parking was expensive

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, and I would like the point out that the rooms look bigger on the photos, but the room wasn’t terribly small. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out took 2 minutes.

Staff was very friendly on check in and quick. Provided full information and answered all questions. Room was excellent, sparkling clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, tasty and very nice spread.

No parking onsite if you don't book in advance. The staff directs you to another car park nearby for which you have to pay.

Short stay before early morning flight and this was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful with timing of when to get to airport room was clean and comfortable.

Good staff, small rooms but clean.

When my family and I arrived late in the morning as flight was delayed we were greeted by a hospitable staff member, Karam, who offered assistance and went over and beyond that early in the morning Appreciated.

I like this hotel a lot, second time I stay. The staff went the extra mile to suit my request and give me a quiet room. Everything was spotless, only thing it looked like someone had used the toilet. It is modern and very good value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hallo, We only came for a nights sleep., but that was difficult. Uncomfortable night in small room with tiny en-suite. Bed and pillows very hard. Toilet so close to radiator, that if it had been on we would have been in danger of burning our knees. Hair dryer not working. Charged £15.00 for what we thought was free car parking. Staff courteous, but overall a poor experience. We will not be using that hotel if in the area again.

I was stuck over night due to flight issues perfect transport to and from airport via bus service. Staff were awesome and helpful on my stay.

Clean and close to airport and train station

Well as a 6’4” male I ordered a king size bed and I seem to have got a double bed which of course had a double quilt. I personally have a king size quilt on my double bed. That way my feet & shoulders STAY warm. The reviews are right about the pillows. I was in room 107. The fridge didn’t seem to be working and the noise coming from the cars was a bit loud.

The cleaner was extremely arrogant and ignored the fact that there was an issue with the room, so I had to mention it to the reception for her to get it done .

The staff were super friendly but the pillows were awful. In my 30+ years of staying in hotels for business i have never come across such terrible pillows, too hard too low and 2 together was too highg. Absolutely awful and woke up with a cricked neck!!!! Will never stay in a Best Western again! and it was boiling hot without the heating on. Terrible

The hotel is in a prime position next to the train station,bus station and Luton City Centre, the hotel itself is quite new clean and tidy the service we received was great and the bar area is quite big and relaxing,the car park is quite tight however it is very secure with an automatic gate which is good the only thing that I would mention is the rooms are quite small however it would not stop me booking to stay there again.

I stayed one night for football. An easy 20 minutes walk to the ground. A good pub, seemed a home pub, 10 minutes in the other direction. Room was good. Had all i needed. Bed, TV, shower plus everything else you could need. Issues. The toilet left very little leg room before hitting a wall. A larger sized lady was complaining about that when i checked out. I had to pay £15 for parking. It was secure but seems a lot for the 16 hours i was there. Breakfast promised a lot but even though i was first there, the bacon was cold, the tomato and hash browns tepid,the sausage and baked beans acceptable. I didn't complain as i had to get going. I will stay there again though as the benefits of it outweighed the issues.

Lovely hotel, would stay again. Parking is handy but quite tight. The breakfast is amazing, but only to order so no cereal etc… Sounds picky but in some ways I’d prefer a small buffet with the offer of made to order if you’d prefer… Staff super friendly and room was clean and modern. Beds were very firm.

Stayed at the Sadie Best Western after an unexpected pause to our journey home. The staff were very accommodating, and managed to get a cot into our room at short notice. The room was a decent size, clean and it was convenient for us at the time. Considering how much the night in the room cost (around £130) I would have expected parking and breakfast to be included, but we had to pay extra for both. Potentially we got snubbed here due to booking last minute. Overall, a good, but expensive, hotel.
