STAY Nordhavn

Neatly designed and furnished for a short stay. Moderately well equipped. Very nice Danish design features. Being so near the metro and water bus has pluses and minuses. Very helpful staff especially Frede (reception) and Ermie-Jane (house-keeping).

They’re going to need to think about air-conditioning! The apartment is way too hot un,easy you open the windows but if you do that the noise from the metro kills conversation and renders sleep impossible. We worked out a balance but it wasn’t easy. The large windows are attractive but they just look onto roads and the metro track where it exits its tunnel noisily.

Fantastisk location i Nordhavn, og dejligt tæt på metro, indkøb og spisemuligheder. Vandet er også lige ude for døren, så nemt lige at tage en dukkert og sole sig om sommeren. Elsker også der er fitness center tilknyttet. Dejlig stor lejlighed. Meget hjælpsomme i receptionen, hvis man lige mangler noget.

Meget spartansk indretning, og meget mærkeligt lampe over stuebordet, mest bare i vejen. Mangler lidt hygge i lejligheden. Meget byggestøj fra byggeriet ved siden af, men tæt på at være afsluttet.

Amazing apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with views of the sea which was so nice and super quiet. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The location is very good- just 4 stations in the metro which is 4 minutes walk from the apartment, and you are in the city centre. The staff is great and very helpful. Thank you

We loved the location. Everything we needed or wanted was nearby.

The furnishings in the livingroom could have been better. The couch/sofa was small, and the coffee table was cheap. Also, a microwave in the kitchen would have been nice.

Great location - quiet area away from busy inner city. Easy walking distance to metro and supermarket. Perfect stay for our family of 4.

Couple and child, we got a two bedroom apartment which was almost perfect for us, clean, very very spacious, quiet, easy to access, with elevator also available. It was exactly as described in booking com. Vary spacious bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the metro which ran very very frequently; via metro you may quickly access train stations from where you may visit all of Denmark, go to Sweden and Germany, etc. The metro takes you also to the airport. Attention: read the booking com guests' comments, where some users mentioned noise from nearby construction and from the metro, especially if when they opened windows during hot nights. This was not our case due to the location of our apartment and the moderates temperatures. But, as we noticed during walks, we do not think the metro makes that much of a noise. Our child got the bedroom facing the construction that, yes, starts early, 7am, but, with windows closed, slept easily until late!

It would have been nice to have a microwave, and to have the toilet not in the same room as the shower. This is the second time we have stayed in a STAY property in Copenhagen. STAY Nordhavn is ideally located between two train stations. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom room. We slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom, which offered privacy from the living area with sheer blinds. The bed was comfy and the linen soft and luxurious. The other bedroom has two external glass walls which meant the room warmed up considerably during the warmer weather(there are no windows or externals doors in this room). We utilised the two pedestal fans throughout our stay to help circulate the air around in an attempt to keep the rooms cool. The apartment itself is well equiped and very nicely styled. The two couches are very comfortable, and the huge table could accommodate a large group. The kitchen is well equiped too with beautiful crockery and a myriad of handy utensils. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the washing machine/dryer combo in the bathroom worked well. There are two large doors that opened directly to the outside, which we had open the majortiy of the time to increase airflow. Providing you don't mind folk looking straight into your apartment, that works well. Communicaiton with STAYs was timely and efficient. We love the location - easy walking distance to three supermarkets, two train stations and the harbour bus and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are bicycles you can hire, but we mostly walked everywhere - lots of lovely neighbourhoods and shops of interest. We would happily stay again, and recommend this to all.

Blockout curtains on the second bedroom would make sleeping during summer easier for those of us not used to so much daylight.

Ease of travel into central Copenhagen, outdoor space, size and style of apartment, plenty of kitchen and utility equipment and appliances, provision of dishwasher tablets, ability to store luggage.

Not having a proper kitchen bin - the bags kept ripping and I was concerned they would fall off.

Die Wohnung war groß, mit schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm.

Achtung sehr laut. Die Wohnung lag in Gebäudeteil 1. Direkt dort führt die Metro M4 aus dem Tunnel nach oben zur Endhaltestelle Orientkai. Die Metro rumpelt dort über das Stellwerk und es ist jedes Mal extrem laut. Die Metro fährt im 5-Minuten-Takt und da Endhaltestelle auch wieder direkt zurück. Alle 3 Minuten kommt es also zu einem ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Es fühlte sich an, also man am Hauptbahnhof auf Gleis 3 steht. Die Metro fährt zudem auch die ganze Nacht durch, dann alle 15 Minuten. Die Nutzung des Balkons oder länger offene Fenster waren nicht möglich. Lüften musste man aber trotzdem, da eine große Glasfront die Wohnung bei Sonne schnell aufheizt. Selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen war die Metro deutlich zu hören. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider sehr getrübt. Auf der Website gibt es keinerlei Hinweis auf die Station und eine Erstattung bei früherer Abreise hat das Hotel abgelehnt. Man hat uns lediglich Ohrstöpsel angeboten.

Die Lage ist einfach top. Direkt am Wasser gelegen, nahe einer Metrostation und nahe des Metro-Schiffes. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein urbanes, modernes Quartier, trotzdem mit Dorfcharakter, man fühlt sich einfach wohl.

Es fehlen Liegestühle auf dem Balkon oder zumindest Sitzkissen, wir haben dann selbst zwei gekauft. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt ein bequemer Sessel, es hat nur ein Sofa, auf dem eine Person sitzen kann, wenn man die Beine hochlegen möchte.

Right next to a construction site where work and loud music start quite early. It didn’t bother me too much, but I felt the establishment could’ve made an arrangement to at least not start the music before 8 AM.

The size , the location is great

The noise from the metro is crazy , you can’t sleep in the room facing the metro. Only cleaning only every 7 days , not ok. It’s not a cheap place to stay.

The best district of Copenhagen, great views on the harbor, very comfortable. I liked design of the flat, new and modern.

Cleaning only once per 7 days, in our case they only came on 9th day after the reminders. Also, no air cons, only window opening. During our stay it was the hottest weather of the season, so it was quite uncomfortable sometimes during the day (it was ok at night though).

The front desk is very friendly and professional. The Apartment is spacious; the beds are comfortable. The Location is not toward the Center, but it has the Metro and the Train nearby. A five minutes' walk. Restaturants, Cafes and a Supermarket are in the vicinity. The kitchen and the bathroom are clean. TV and WIFI works well. I enjoyed it.

just a note, it did not have air conditioning, just small fans. The kitchen did not have hand towels. The cost I would say is on the high end.

Everything, amazing location on the Danish urban beach. Super luxury apartment that was the best in the building. Services, bikes, restaurants everything was super amazing!

Fantastisch locatie, zeer netjes, ruime inrichting, vriendelijk personeel. Ook heel fijn dat er veel faciliteiten in de directe buurt zijn, zo kan je bijvoorbeeld gratis gebruik maken van de gym en krijg je korting bij het koffiezaakje. Leuke buurt met veel leuke zaakjes en de metro en havenboot zijn ontzettend dichtbij. We hebben echt genoten.

Niet aan de orde, enige puntje van kritiek is dat we een extra schapje in de badkamer miste om wat spulletjes kwijt te kunnen.

Propreté, cuisine bien équipée, lave-linge dans l’appartement, belle vue sur le canal, proche du métro, magasins et restaurants à proximité.

O apartamento é novo, bonito e bastante confortável para 6 pessoas, embora só tenha 2 banheiros, e bom tamanho e bem equipados. Localização muito boa em um bairro tranquilo em modernização, a duas quadras da estação de metrô. A sala é ótima, e tem a seu lado uma boa varanda. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, com boas camas, roupas de cama, e toalhas muito boas. E vários utensílios a serem usados para as refeições, além da lava-roupas e lavadora de pratos. E uma vista muito agradável.

Als Architekten finden wir das Gebäude und die Wohnung und den Nordhafen insgesamt sehr gelungen. Was in Dänemark generell fehlt ist der außenliegende Sonnenschutz wodurch sich die Wohnungen im Sommer stark aufheizen. Etwas störend sind die Baustellen rundherum und die Metro direkt vor dem Gebäude was zu einer starken Lärmbelastung führt und die Nachtlüftung behindert.

Was in Dänemark generell fehlt ist der außenliegende Sonnenschutz wodurch sich die Wohnungen im Sommer stark aufheizen. Die Klimaanlage ist zwar vorgerichtet aber nicht in Betrieb. Etwas störend sind die Baustellen rundherum und die Metro direkt vor dem Gebäude was zu einer starken Lärmbelastung führt und die Nachtlüftung behindert.

Stor og luftig leilighet. Deilig beliggenhet ved sjø med bademulighet, restauranter++ Nær metroen som tok deg raskt inn til sentrum.

Schönes, modern gestaltetes Appartment in einem wirklich hübschen, modernen Stadtviertel. Tolle Ausstattung. Von dort ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Die direkte Lage neben der Metro führt doch zu einer Lärmbelästigung, wenn man das Apartment zu dieser Seite hat, da die Bahn alle paar Minuten fährt. Da es sommerlich warm war, heizte sich das Apartment tagsüber enorm auf (keine Rolläden oder anderer Sonnenschutz), so dass Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht möglich war und dadurch die Bahn ständig zu hören war.

Mr. Vito Angelo Giorgi the reception manager is one of the most rudest and inconsiderate reception managers I have ever met, he threatened to charge extra cleaning charges as some medical powder was found on the floor that my son uses. Law does not permit this sort of discrimination. No air con, the large windows make it very hot in summer. Very noisy outside in the summer !

The apartment was spacious, with a good layout and everything we needed for our stay. It was stylish and had an amazing view from the large balcony. Loved the location, close to restaurants and the Metro.

Die Lage direkt am Kanal in dem neuen Quartier war wunderschön. Die Wohnung war sehr grosszügig und schön gestaltet und sehr gut eingerichtet (auch die Küche).

Am Morgen wurde das Schlafzimmer durch die Sonneneinstrahlung (trotz dichtem Vorhang) sehr heiss. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn 1x wö. die Wohnung etwas gereinigt würde, zumal es keinen Staubsauger oder anderes Reinigungsmaterial hatte.

Ausstattung und Lage perfekt

Zimmer wurde selbst bei 11°C Außentemperatur extrem warm (28°C). Geöffnete Fenster waren wegen Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel von 6:30 — 18:30 Uhr kaum möglich.

I liked the Nordhavn area.

I stayed here during the July 2026 heat wave. The room reached approximately 37°C and felt like a sauna. The few fans available were not designed to cool a room in extreme heat and provided no relief. Construction next door started at 07:00 daily, making sleep impossible due to noise. I submitted multiple requests for a room change because of the heat and noise. Management denied each request, stating the heat wave and construction were “not the hotel’s fault” and “out of their power,” citing hotel policy. Only after extensive written correspondence and reference to my rights under Danish consumer protection law did management acknowledge the situation. I was then moved to a different apartment. The property was unprepared for foreseeable summer conditions and refused accountability until I escalated. A hotel should prioritize guest wellbeing, not deflect responsibility. I cannot recommend this establishment to travelers expecting basic service standards.

Eu gostei de tudo! Hospedagem confortável e de um bom padrão! Recomendo 100% a hospedagem nesse local principalmente se tiver viajando em família ou casais! Apto amplo, limpo e moderno!

Reception manager, Vito Angelo Giorgi was extremely rude. Spoiled an otherwise good trip. He threatened to call police on my 14 year old son, when he started recording his conversation for evidence because Mr. Vito was being rude and discriminatory.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Was visiting copenhagen for a week this summer and decided to stay here. I had no idea how bad my stay would be. No air con, so rooms are extremely hot. Sleeping was so hard. Teens partying with loud speakers at 2 am and lots of bugs. This combination created a environment that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. The Wifi here is terrible and doesnt even work for me. I had to spend lots of money on a sim. Would give 1/2 a star if possible. Only good thing is showers and proximity to metro.

Modern, clean and well equipped apartment in a nice area that was close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Metro. Great area for walking and popular swimming and sunning spots are very close by. Weekly housekeeping was also appreciated. The night staff member (wish I got her name) was very helpful, checking us out early and arranging a 3:15 am taxi to the airport for our early departing flight. She also helped us with our luggage. We will be back.

The construction of a building directly across the road from our suite started early and was loud at times. I wish our suite was on a higher floor to also hear less noise from the street.

메트로방향 아파트 당첨되면 메트로 소음에 밤새 시달릴 각오를 해야함. 에어컨이 없어서 여름엔 매우 더움. 직원들은 친절하나, 규정같은걸 제대로 숙지하지 못해 엉뚱한 내용을 알려주는 경우가 빈번했으며 이로인해 일정이 꼬이기도함

Großzügige, helle, moderne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Sehr gute Matratzen. Anbindung zur Innenstadt mit Metro und Schiff perfekt. Supermarkt und gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Překvapivě jsme neshledali nic co by nám vadilo ba naopak.

Asukoht suurepärane- lihtne liikuda nii lennujaama, kui ka linna. Uus, puhas, maitsekas disain. Mugavad voodid, head sulepadjad. Tasuta vihmavarju laenutamise võimalus.

Tänavapoolne tuba oli mürarikas- mööduv metroo ( liigub väga tihti), tekitab korralikku müra. Lahtise aknaga seetõttu magada ei saa. Toad väga palavad juunis. Kütte maha saamiseks pead patarei välja võtma😃

We had a very good stay at STAY Nordhavn and would gladly consider staying there again. The location was excellent, situated in a quiet and modern neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, and central Copenhagen. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of four, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was clean and well-maintained upon arrival, and the bathroom and common areas were functional and comfortable for a family stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the area while still being only a short metro ride from the city's main attractions.

The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a microwave in the kitchen, which would have been helpful for quickly reheating meals and snacks. However, this was a relatively small issue and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

La taille de l'appartement, l'emplacement (à côté du supermarché Meny et 3 mn à pied du métro), les équipements.

Une seul salle de bain pour 3 chambres donc 6 personnes. Et surtout 1 seul WC qui est ... dans la salle de bain !!! Donc c'est vraiment galère.

Struttura situata in una zona strategica, fuori dal centro di Copenaghen ma con la metro praticamente sotto casa attiva h24, battelli e autobus nelle immediate vicinanze. L’appartamento super attrezzato con tutto il necessario e vicino ai supermercati Bar, ristoranti e palestra nel complesso residenziale. Il nostro appartamento dava sui binari della metropolitana, ma nonostante ciò,con le finestre chiuse non dava assolutamente alcun fastidio. Tornerei sicuramente per un futuro soggiorno

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, la macchina del caffè al nostro arrivo non funzionava, abbiamo chiesto in reception di dare un occhiata ma non sono mai passati, alla fine ce la siamo aggiustata da soli

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Appartment! Die vielen Handtüchern waren eine Freude, und auch die Nespresso-Maschine wurde dankend angenommen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und werden wieder kommen! Somit alles wunderbar. Ich fände es schön, wenn bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank stehen würde.

Unbelievable hotel. I was running the Copenhagen marathon so booked this hotel for my stay. The facilities were nothing short of exceptional, located not even 2 minutes from a metro station which was incredibly straightforward to use. I would love to stay here again.

Thankful for the upgrade to 3 rooms. Location. 5 mins walking distance to metro stations and grocery stores. 10-15mins walking distance to Juno Bakery which sells good cardamom bun. 8 mins walking distance to Strandbad Nordhavn for a dip / swim. Clean facilities, well equipped from kitchen to bathroom. Friendly staff.

The location - i got the room facing metro which runs 24/7. Although i didn’t have any issue sleeping but a light sleeper might need ear plugs :)

We really liked the location. The apartments were beautiful, modern, and newly furnished.

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. It is not possible to open the window because trains start running early in the morning, and the railway tracks are located very close to the apartment building.
