Adina Apartment Hotel Copenhagen

Excellent hotel with great facilities and location. Very spacious room with all we could have needed. Also very quiet at night.

We had a problem with the bath drain that was slow draining and a bit smelly. Unfortunately, despite reporting it several times, it was not fixed during our stay.

Bel appartement. Propre. Bien equipé.

L’offre de produits au déjeuner aurait pu être plus variée. Par exemple, J’aurais aimé des noix, cannerberges, chia pour ajouter dans le yogourt. Autre point décevant. Aucun contenant pour recycler papier, aluminium et plastique dans les chambres alors que l’hôtel se dit « ecofriendly », faire attention aux serviettes , et offre de faire les chambres au 3 jours. À Copenhague, ne pas avoir de bac de recyclage dans les chambres me semblent inacceptable alors que c’est une des villes les plus vertes.

החדר מצויד בכל הפריטים החיוניים.יש סופרמרקט קרוב מאד וגם קונדיטורה במרחק הליכה.וממול מסעדה איטלקית .קצת רחוק מהמרכז אבל אם אתם מתניידים עם מוניות האובר,הם יגיעו ישירות מתחת למלון.יש תחנת רכבת במרחק ב-15 דקות הליכה.

The breakfast was OK but not amazing, the check in and out was smooth and as expected and the room size was quite large. There were power sockets on either side of the bed.

The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected, there were hairs in the bathroom, the rooms were slightly dated and when we arrived past midnight the room was freezing due to the air conditioning being on maximum.

The Hotel was full, overbooked. Due to a mistake in the booking system, it was overbooked. We arrived almost at midnight. The hotel had prepared matresses for us (and another passenger) in the conference room, as a contingency plan. We used the showers of the gym and get complimentary breakfast. They did not charge anything ! They really save us at this time in the night after travelling from the south of chile 30 h and 4 planes. Thanks to the Adina hotel personel for their great support and service!

I checked at midnight at arrival, and booking was still offering 5 rooms of an overbooked hotel. I have used booking for 10 years and this is the third time that booking confirms the room and I end up with nowhere to sleep. This time the hotel save the day !!! And also in Chile Chico in february with the family But I am seriously thinking in replacing booking for another app.

Hotel muy moderno con piscina, habitaciones muy prácticas tipo apartamento, buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo pegado al mar y a 5m caminando de La Sirenita. Buffett pequeño pero con productos de calidad.

Wir hatten das große Zimmer mit kleiner Küche. Gebraucht hätten wir es nicht, nur an dem Wochenende war kein anderes mehr frei. Daher war die größe des Zimmer ausreichend für ein Stadthotel. Der Preis aber auch. Die Bäder haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel und wären schon einmal renovierungsbedürftig. Auch das Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessraum sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, es war alles vorhanden. Leider kein so reichliches Buffet wie wir von anderen Innenstadt Hotels gewohnt sind. Parken im Parkhaus war sehr entspannt, kostet um die 25 Euro für 24 Std. Dafür könnte man zur Innenstadt, wenn man gut zu Fuss ist, alles ohne öffentliche Verkehrsmittel machen.

Alles schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage der Apartments ist gut. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell in der Innenstadt und bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Angenehm ist auch die Tiefgarage unter dem Gebäude, von der aus man mit dem Aufzug direkt zum Zimmer fahren kann.

Die Dusche ist für Männer konstruiert... nur von oben!

the staff was friendly; the room was well-appointed and comfortable. Luggage storage was fantastic.

we booked an apartment rather than a studio because we needed to do laundry. We were out and about most of the day so began laundry late afternoon. The washing machine was fine; unfortunately, the rubber seal around the dryer door was ragged and did not fit; so, of course, it did not hold the heat in. Each load took a long time to dry. When we discovered the problem, we brought it to the attention of the Front Desk; she offered to find us a room to move to but that would have taken even longer. To us, this ragged seal should have been noted by the staff prior to allowing a new guest to check in.

Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgezeichnet. Meine Enkelmädchen (15 und 12 Jahre alt) lieben die Vielfalt, auch wenn sie sich zuerst die kleinen Gebäckteilchen holen ... 😉 Die Lage ist prima, eine so kurze Entfernung zur Mermaid (sie haben wir in Ruhe bei bei Nacht gesehen), die fünfte Etage war auch einigermaßen vom Verkehrslärm entfernt (schlafe bei offenem Fenster = Klimaanlage störte uns). Die Mädels waren nachts im Gym und morgens im Pool - und keiner weiter anwesend! 😉 Kurz: Wir kommen zu Ostern wieder ... und wieder ins Apartment. Für Familien wunderbar geeignet!!

Ein Fenster zur Straße ging leider nicht zu öffnen, aber leider auch nicht richtig zu schließen.

We stayed in a double room at the Adina Hotel, and it was simply perfect. There were two spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that had absolutely everything, including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It really felt like a small apartment. The kitchen had clean dishes and all kinds of things we hadn’t even thought we might need. The place was pleasant, the location was excellent, and it was very close to the Little Mermaid and Kastel. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the cherry on top was that the hotel has a swimming pool and a small sauna. There were plenty of towels available for guests at the pool, and the pool itself was incredibly clean and beautiful. You really don’t need to think twice — just book your stay at Adina!

Some facilities were a bit worn out, e.g. dishwasher and needed to get toilet repaired and request more equipment for kitchen

Lovely apartment with good facilities and in a nice area of Copenhagen. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Good sized gym and swimming pool with sauna.

Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped, had dishwasher tablets but no dishcloth. some cutlery was lacking.

Leisure facilities changing room untidy

From the welcome and check in, to the car parking on site, the grocery store on the corner, the location for walking in to the city or getting the metro, plus the size of the room, we loved everything about staying here. Breakfast was great with lots of healthy options.

Good size of the room and facilities like washing machine, kitchen including utensils and cleaning equipment.

Bed is too soft, pillows are very soft and fragile. There is no AC , it is a air ventilation system so don't expect any cooling from those equipments. Fans will be available upon request.

Overall a great place. Loved the washer/dryer in the bathroom, and it was spacious enough for a family of 3. It was overall very easy to live out of for a few days.

Pool is nice to have, but was too cold to use for swimming. Gym was again nice to have but had minimal equipment. Location isn't great if you're using public transportation.

We stayed four nights but the change of bed linen etc only took place on the third day. Halfway through would have been sensible 🙂 It would have been nice to have a more generous supply of tea, coffee and milk by the room kettle. No one wants to buy jars of coffee etc for a relatively short stay.

TODO: hotel muy cuidado, limpieza, cama comodísima, personal atento ubicación (zona muy tranquila y a 20 minutos andando del centro), habitación totalmente insonorizada, medidas de la habitación correctas para 3 personas, utensilios necesarios para poder cocinar por unos días, piscina y sauna buen complemento para finalizar el día (cierran a las 23h). Pequeño supermercado, justo en la esquina del hotel, con los mismos precios que en el resto de la ciudad. Muy fácil llegar desde el aeropuerto, 25 minutos y luego 10 minutos caminando. Los hoteles del grupo Adina, en los cuales me he hospedado, son excepcionales.

I thought the aparthotel was perfect for what we needed. It was a great size, had all the utensils and facilities we required, and was very clean and conformable throughout our stay. The staff were lovely, welcoming and alqays very helpful whenever we needed anything. It felt like a home away from home and worked really well for us. Also thankful they let us have the bikes to rent for the time we needed.

There wasn't much we didn't like about the aparthotel, as overall it was a great stay. However as there were 5 if us, we needef to use the sofa bef, but this hasnt been prepared and there was no bedding provided when we arrived. Also a few extra towels would of been appreciated. We arrived early and understood that an early check in would incur an additional charge, do we were happy to wait until the standard 3pm check in time. Unfortunately the room was not ready at 3pm, which meant we were not able to access it later than expected and felt a little rushed getting ready. Although we were compensate d with a bottle of wine for the delay, which was appreciated. Aside from these minor issues, we really didn't have any other complaints and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Very well-appointed kitchen, with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. The space is efficiently organized to feel roomy. Black-out curtains in the bedroom and living room. Ample closet and kitchen cupboard space. The indoor pool and sauna area is clean and enjoyable, although we would have liked a hot tub as well. Staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Ampke bathroom, laundry and kitchen amenities provided (e.g. garbage bags, diswasher and laundry detergent, tissues). Property responded quickly to enquiries prior to stay.

Bathtup/shower was slippery without well-positioned grab bars.

Stanze silenziose e di buona grandezza. La vicinanza a un market.

Pulizia non impeccabile e scarsa quantità di stoviglie in cucina. Acqua un po troppo fredda in piscina.

El precio que pagas por estado del hotel, el gimnasio descuidado, la piscina, y en general no tiene muy buen mantenimiento, no me pareció el precio adecuado a la calidad!

The washing machine was out of order which they knew about but didn't mention until I said it wasn't working. There was no clothes drier as there should have been.

Stedet var utrolig imødekommende over for at hjælpe mig med at finde et godt værelse, og jeg følte mig godt behandlet af receptionisten, der var ualmindelig god til at sørge for, at man følte sig imødekommet. Og det gjorde det hele til en ret god oplevelse

Det ligger tæt på togbanen, og for sådan en som mig er det en lille smule forstyrrende

J'ai aimé que l'hôtel puisse nous louer des vélos, le petit déjeuner, la chambre très bien 👍

Spokojny hotelik dość blisko centrum. Duży, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Dostępny parking podziemny-dodatkowo płatny. Niewielki basen z rześką wodą, raczej do zrobienia "paru długości" niż chillout'u. Sauna ok, max 4 osoby. Siłownia ok.

Bez uwag.

Great location of you don’t mind a bit of walking is 30 min from main attractions.

Well maintained

Worked very well for us, plenty of room and fully equipped. Quiet inside and when windows were closed (Osterport train station nearby, multiple trains at all hours — but electric and no whistles, audible only when windows open). Staff were always very helpful. Washer/dryer instructions were for a different model but staff came up to help us. Only a couple of restaurants close (try Kiin Kiin); more 15-20 minute walk in Nordhavn area. Or, the whole city is easily accessible in a few minutes from Osterport Station (15 minute walk). We bought breakfast makings at the nearby supermarket, Adina gave us coffee packet to use with French press every morning.

A perfect stopover to see Copenhagen city before our cruise to Oslo. Luggage storage meant we could explore and return at 3pm for a short walk to the cruise terminal. Staff were lovely and rooms were great, clean and had a mini kitchen with a fridge. We used the Voi app to rent e-bikes and make exploring a little easier with a short time available.
