Reviewed Jul 25, 2026love the apartment set up and dining table, living room, kitchen, big fridge etc. smooth check and check out. friendly and helpful staff. this is my 2nd time stay, always enjoyed the huge swimming pool that closes late (10 pm! 😍). both sauna and steam work are working this time. and pleasantly surprised the spa that offers massages has re-opened! and of course it goes without saying the excellent location next to Alamanda mall. oh ya! hotel guests get complimentary packing with fuss free arrangement upon checkin - super wonderful!

The corridor is too hot, aircon not on. The wifi is no good. Bad connection. The living room area is quite dusty. The toothpaste come in paper package, once open cannot be seal, not unhygienic. Hand towel no proper place to hang. No rubbish bin available in the kitchen. Room not tidy up despite placing make up room signage and rubbish not cleared. Room was not ready for check in at 3pm. The sofa is fabric is quite dirty.

The property feels modern and well-maintained, with spacious apartment-style rooms that provide plenty of space for families or longer stays. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, yet food options are plentiful as it is within walking distance of two malls, making dining and shopping very convenient. The complimentary parking was a welcome convenience, especially for those travelling by car. Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. One area for improvement would be the lounge operating hours. The lounge currently closes at 7pm, which feels relatively early compared to many hotel lounges. Extending the operating hours slightly would allow guests more time to relax and enjoy the facilities after a day of travel or sightseeing. Overall, Mercure Living Putrajaya offers great value, comfort and convenience. With its spacious rooms, excellent service and strategic location, I would not hesitate to stay here again for future road trips between Malaysia and Singapore.

The toilet emits an unpleasant smell. Believe its the drainage system. Hope the management can take an urgency into this matter. Its a pity if the management dont , because the hotel just commissioned 2 years ago. And the housekeeping needs to be better at cleaning the toilet. The tiles and sink has stains.

The 2‑bedroom apartment was perfect for us — having two bathrooms was super handy, and the modern design was a nice touch. The washing machine on the balcony and the clothesline made life easier too. The open‑plan kitchen and lounge area was huge — our daughter loved having so much room to play. The pool was also a hit: not overcrowded, with a separate kids’ area and towels provided. Transport was easy with Grab/taxis right out front. There are a few restaurants downstairs, though they weren’t amazing. Being attached to a massive shopping centre was incredibly convenient. I’m not giving 5 stars because on our second stay one of the bathroom towels had a big rip in it, and we could hear people walking around in the room above us until they went to bed. Otherwise, the staff were lovely and helpful
