The bed was very comfy. The mattress, the pillows and bedsheets felt like a 5-star level comfort. I love the juices and the pastries at the breakfast. The room layout and facilities were all good. Good lighting and places for mirror. Air-conditioning works well.

We only got one bathrobe when we’re supposed to get 2 and the bathrobe that I got was smelly like that kind of damp smell when the laundry is not properly dried. I called the receptionist asking for another bathrobe and they said okay. After a while, they never came to send a new one and I just don’t have the time to call and wait again. A five-star hotel shouldn’t be asked twice or more when a guest requests for something. The bathroom is not exceptionally clean. There are some area I find dusty and the bathtub had some yellow stains. The breakfast choices was many and interesting but I do find most foods was so-so (nasi lemak kurang rasa, nasi kerabu sejuk, kuih muih semua rasa biasa, mee kari kuah cair, nothing wows us in terms of taste). The swimming pool had some area under maintenance and it’s not that big.

Une situation agréable dans un grand parc. Une grande chambre avec accès à une terrasse. Une belle piscine qui aurait besoin d'entretien, car beaucoup de mosaïque sont manquantes.

Le mobilier est très usagé, la climatisation dans les lieux communs nous a gelé. Nous avons dû payer un gros supplément pour garder la chambre plus longtemps alors que l'hôtel était pratiquement vide

We didn’t know it was an alcohol free premises. We arrived on our Anniversary so we were looking forward to a nice tea together with a beer and a wine. It’s not their fault I just wouldn’t have booked if I had known

The room was spacious for our small family of 3. Buggy to fro carpark. Pleasant smell from the hallway.

They didn’t provide stirrer, not even a spoon for me to stir my coffee. I know if I call they will give me but these are basic things that you should give in a room before your guests arrive. It’s what a 5 star hotel should do.

Please improve televisiom channel. Use smart TV . Also Netflix

The room is very spacious! It has great view overlooking the park & I can see the Putrajaya skyline from my room. The breakfast spread was good. Not as many options but all the food was tasty & delicious.

The maintenance to the sliding door to my balcony was overdue. It needed some lubricant to ensure smooth & easy opening to access the balcony. Also I wish the room comes with soft & firm pillows as the pillows provided were quite soft. It was not as firm to my liking.

Это действительно большой красивый отель в одном из тихих пригородов Куала Лумпур - Путраджайа. Отель расположен в самом сердце парковой зоны, и если спуститься вниз через парк, то выйдешь прямо к Розовой Мечети и озеру, где можно взять обзорную экскурсию на корабликах. Мы получили огромное удовольствие от проживания в этом отеле, от ежедневных прогулок и тишины. В отеле есть спа центр, я брала процедуру арома массаж у мастера Нур, она сделала прекрасную работу, мое тело и ум расслабились на 1000%, спасибо ей огромное за это, она действительно профессионал своего дела. Также мы ежедневно пользовались сауной и видовым бассейном. Отдельно отмечу, что завтраки были великолепны и мы смогли в полной мере насладиться местными блюдами и напитками, это был новый для нас опыт в Малайзии.

В женском спа не работал хамам, тогда как в мужском работал.

The room was dated, can see no proper maintenance, worj out towels, there were rubbish in the basket i guess from previous guest, previous guest socka found uner the bed, satelite tv channel were not available when it rains, food was cold & unimpressive for a so called 5 star rated hotel. Basically it was a not a good stay for me.

The staff urgently attended to my complaint. When I got to my room I noticed that my room door didn't have a proper lock. When I informed the front desk they immediately sent a handyman who installed a lock right away. My room was clean and really cosy.

Old design, unable to find any usb port. Bath tub dirty, still got some fruit seed. Basin drain slow drainage. Basement restaurant breakfast chef unfriendly and impolitely.

hotel still look like a 5 star hotel. view from hotel is very good. facilities are complete as for 5 star hotel standard. Room has bathtub and separate shower. water pressure is very good. room is very big worth to be call a 5 star hotel

room is quite rundown but still value the money compare to other 5star hotel. Short of front staff, call to never answer. breakfast is decent.

the hotel is exceeded my expectation, good breakfast they provide a changing menu everyday but for local menu " nasi lemak" is always provided. The room n bathroom are clean, the hot water responsive n fast, they have swimming pool with amazing mountain views. the location near Putra Jaya mosque and the biggest mall 101 ION city so I can spend time there.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Everyone made me so welcome. The location is great if you need peace and quiet away from the city and just want to relax. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. The pool was a perfect size and kept very clean and tidy by the guys at the pool.

Rooms and pool need a refurb. No shaded area at the pool and broken worn out sunbeds. Ladies changing room grim but sanitary wear was kept spotless.

Spacious room. Calming. Has bath tub which my baby loves if so much. I think the facilities is a bit old. But the bed was nice. Location wise, okay. Easy to find and nearby attractions. Breakfast has plenty of varieties. And for me who has son who can’t eat eggs, when i saw vegan options i feel touched.

I paid for the view but there’s no view. All i can see is a tree in front of my room. Maybe i should’ve requested upper level room. Quite disappointed with the view. Requested baby cot at reception thrice, then only got my baby cot. Maybe they’re understaffed. Receptionist needs to alert more on the booking. I booked king room with breakfast, but during registration she just confirming my booking i twin room with no breakfast. So i need to reconfirm that i booked the room with booking.com, then only she confirm it. And at first she didn’t ask for payment 😂. Haha dunno why i find it funny but i believe she should’ve ask which platform that i book the room first before confirming everything. It’s okay. Maybe she’s not focused.

The property was very grand. Rooms clean and comfortable. A nice sized swimming pool The breakfast was the best choice we had in 5 weeks of travelling.

We used this as a 1 night stopover in between flights. There was nothing in the information when I booked this to explain that no alcohol was sold at the property. I did not do enough research because there were no also no restaurants or bars close to. There is a restaurant on site
