Absence prolongée de la personne à l'accueil " réception". Numéro de téléphone affiché pour l'appeler. Gros problème d'isolation phonique entre les chambres. Réseau wifi défectueux. Chiens de voisins sur les terrasses, aboiements à répétition.

Le bâtiment ça fait vraiment quartier très peur des tags dans l’entrée des portes cassées des chiens au premier étage on peut pas ouvrir le balcon tellement ça pue ça pue ça pue ça pue le caca des chiens la seule chose qui est bien c’est que quand on descend nous avons le tram à côté pour aller à l’aéroport. La plage à cinq minutes et on est en plein centre avec tous les magasins à côté ça c’est super bien. Après l’appartement en lui-même est propre, mais pour deux personnes pas trois. J’ai demandé un remboursement à Booking, je n’ai jamais eu de réponse alors, je reste avec ce mauvais séjour.

Era un apartamento con sofá cama. Como fuimos dos amigos me tocó dormir en el sofá cama y al abrirlo la parte del asiento estaba totalmente gastada y cuando se desplegaba no quedaba recto si no una parte más levantada que la otra formando una inclinación por lo cual tuve que dormir inclinado todo el tiempo, lo más incómodo que me ha tocado en la vida, tampoco se podía plegarse solamente sujetarlo con la pared. No cuesta mucho comprar un sofá cama en buenas condiciones para lo que se paga por noche. Por otra parte casi no pudimos dormir porque hay tres perros en la terraza de al lado que no dejaban de ladrar ni de día ni de noche, nos quejamos a la recepción y se disculparon diciendo que ellos tenían el mismo problema, deberían solucionar ese problema con los vecinos de su propio edificio antes de alquilar los apartamentos a precio de hotel. Solo podíamos descansar cuando los perros dejaban de ladrar con lo cual el descanso fue nefasto. Por otra parte al salir al balcón la terraza de al lado estaba llena de excrementos de perro de varios días con lo cual no apetecía ni abrir la puerta para tomar aire. Había una cómoda con tres gavetas en la habitación y al abrir la gaveta inferior se podía ver directamente el suelo del agujero que tenía, tampoco cuesta mucho con lo que pagamos por una noche podrían comprar una cómoda nueva. El portal de entrada estaba con el cristal estallado y la cerradura forzada por lo que se quedaba abierto día y noche y los corredores descuidados y con pintas en las paredes.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Nadpis: Perfektní poloha v centru, ale hotel by zasloužil aktualizaci Hodnocení: 7/10 Pozitiva: Skvělá lokalita: Umístění přímo v centru Torremolinos je bezkonkurenční – všechno je hned po ruce. Vše při ruce: Supermarket Mercadona, bary a obchody jsou doslova pár kroků od ubytování. Negativa: Vybavení: Hotel už má svá nejlepší léta za sebou a působí trochu omšele. Drobné incidenty: V koupelně se nám ukázal nečekaný zvířecí návštěvník (hmyz), na což jsem upozornil recepci – doufejme, že si na to víc posvítí. Celkové shrnutí: Ideální místo, pokud hledáte hlavně levnou a centrální základnu na výlety a nezáleží vám na moderním designu. Poloha to celé zachraňuje.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Emplacement en plein centre-ville tout est facile d'accès. Personnel d'entretien (ménage) toujours agréables et serviables. Bon volume d'appartement mais attention bien qu'il y ait deux lits adultes les 2 se trouvent dans la même pièce. Il s'agit en fait d'un studio.m
C'est la 3ème fois.que je sejourne dans cet.etablissement et je constate un manque de suivi dans l'entretien des appartements. Nous avons signalé que l'air conditionnée ne fonctionnait pas bien mais n'avons pas été entendu. En plein été c'est pas agréable. Mini frigidaire à moitié cassé pour un séjour d'une semaine 2 adultes c'est plutôt léger comme volume. Séchoir à linge cassé.

A varanda dava para uma zona de varandas bastante sujas . O prédio em si está a precisar de obras, nomeadamente pintura principalmente por fora. O sofá cama também não era confortável e está a precisar de ser substituído.

Towels are changed every three days, Cleaning was not done even once in our 6 day stay (its an expensive add-on), bathroom shower curtain wasnt fixed so it flooded the entire bathroom, cockroaches everwhere in the kitchen and bathroom and no toiletries.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Location was fantastic, easy access to all attractions and public transport. The apartment was roomy, with a well equipped kitchen zone, clean and convenient. The balcony was good size.
Problematic check in and check out for me. Reception was closed, but when I made a call the phone was switched off or out of zone. I had to ask local people assistance to contact the host. The mattress in my bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The whole Cauce street is under construction. This gave me some inconvenience. But it was not hotel's fault.

All the communal areas were scruffy and were in desperate need of redecorating. One lift was out of action and the other failed on two occasions.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025First of all there are a lot of positives for this hotel. It’s literally right outside the train station so from landing in Malaga and taking the 10 min train ride you’re then in the hotel. It’s right near La Nogelera bar area so you’re spoilt for choice for bars, restaurants and shopping. Location is perfect. However, the hotel is a little tired looking both inside and out. One lift isn’t working. Our room looked out into an area with other balconies all facing into it. One of them had a boxing punch bag, a wall mounted TV and two massive dogs roaming (and barking) on it. It just felt a bit off. Wasn’t entirely sure if that was part of the hotel or not. The little kitchen complete with hob, microwave and fridge was great and handy for when we couldn’t be bothered going out. The bathroom was in need of a renovation as the shower was just the shower tray with a weak mixer tap type shower and a curtain. This could easily be turned into a decent bathroom. I’m undecided whether I’d stay here again. It was a good price and the location was perfect but some of the tired and weathered aspects of it might put me off.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Het enige wat goed is van dit verblijf is de ligging alles in in de buurt winkels en restaurants gelijk onder het verblijf en strand is 10 minuten loop afstand.
Puerta del sol TRM only adults Aparts De slechtste verblijf waar ik ben geweest the only adults klopt al niet je hoort baby’s en kinderen huilen en gillen. Eerste dag we komen aan de lift werkte niet, (het werkte voor een week niet) is niet erg kan gebeuren we komen bij onze appartement aan zien we binnen de eerste uur een kakkerlak. De badkamer had een geplette beest op de muur. Op de wc bril was er een vieze bruine vlek wat je niet afkon krijgen. Onder de zink was schimmel de douche straal was zacht, en de straal deed het alleen bij gloeiend hete water. Veder naar de keuken de stoof was afgebroken. De beden waren hard we hebben niet goed kunnen slapen. We verbleven daar 2 weken na 1 week hadden we al ergens anders geboekt voor effen want het wordt ons allemaal te veel. Dan op het balkon stonk het door de buren onder ons ze hebben 2 honden die de hele dag op het balkon blijven met die hitte en de hele balkon onder schijten. Ik vind het oprecht zielig voor die honden, ook door de warmte stijgt die lucht omhoog van die poep wat ook niet te doen is. Ook de tv waren geen zenders alleen radio kon je beluisteren. Je kan je telefoon of laptop er ook niet aan verbinden want de tv was zo oud. De deur was ook beschadig net als de muren onder onze bed. Was daar helemaal vuil te vinden heb dat moeten opruimen maar de muur blijft maar afbrokkelen. Dan komt de airco nog maakt niet uit welke stand je het zet het bleef koud. De airco maakt ook rare geluiden als of er een specht inzat, hele tijd getik uit het niets. Er kwam ook water uit wat we pas later door hadden want het kwam op onze schoenen. Veder kwam er een nare geur soms tevoorschijn we verdenken dat het uit de airco komt. De 3de dag dat we daar waren had me vriendin om een extra handdoek gevraagd. Werd er moeilijk om gedaan en vroegen ze de reden waarom we nieuwe handdoeken nodig hadden en ze wouden het niet geven omdat we pas om de 3 dagen een nieuwe handdoek pas mochten krijgen.
