Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Good location at susukino. Very close to two stations. Easy self check in and out. You can self lock your luggage with an IC Card (passmo, suica etc.) Or get a temporary card from staff. Great stay overall, didn't get the breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Clean, new, comfortable, located just next to a subway station, but quiet despite being in Susukino. There is an automated luggage room where you can leave your stuff before check-in. A few weeks later after my stay, I contacted the staff with a request regarding the receipts and they were very quick to help.
The room was small. For me it was not an issue whatsoever. This is a business hotel. But it might be a bit too tight for people with a lot of luggage.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026You're just in front of the train station and walking distance to the airport bus stop. Value for money since I was able to book it early for 3 pax. If given the chance, I will book my hotel at Sotetsu Fresa. Had the chance to book at Osaka Namba before and it was so convenient cause you're just across the train station to Kansai airport.
Small trash cans inside the room and instructions to have them picked up is a bit confusing. Since we're 3 inside, trash can quickly pile up. Hope they have regular schedule or a place to have them removed from our room daily. So far everyrthing is convenient.
