Bespoke Hotel Sapporo

The hotel location is right in town and walking distance to the tourist attractions and shopping.

We are using the underground tunnel to walk to the hotel. Better instructions on how to get to the hotel from diffrent major tourist attractions would help.

The location was great and the room comfortable although very small. Room was clean. Not the best breakfast but it was ok. The staff stand and stare you while you put food in your plate.

Reception staff was very rude. We booked the hotel for the parking facilities and when we arrived we were informed that the parking was full. When we told them that we booked the hotel for the parking as we also had our child with us the girl at the reception said “ first come first serve”. She gave us a map with the parking spaces around the hotel which were 3 blocks away without even apologizing for the inconvenience.

Central location. Everything you need is a shirt walk. Restos, shopping.. the lounge was very convenient and used by many hotel guests. The staff was helpful and hotel Management was compassionate in responding to our reservations issue.

No Room Service facility. The breakfast was Good.

Short walk to major sights and plenty restaurants and shopping. Amazing breakfast buffet

Huge bed but no space for luggage

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location in Sapporo couldn’t be beat.

The “ecological” level of room cleaning didn’t come with refills on the in-room coffee. In all honesty that was totally on me for not reading all the details. There were plenty of great coffee shops around so the lack of in-coffee wasn’t a major setback, I just would have liked the convenience.

Close by shopping malls & parks

The location and the service provided.

Modern, clean and new, great location

Tiny rooms, limited amenities

Nice, clean, new, and eco-friendly attitude

exceklente localizacao.

Location was great, beds were comfortable. Great breakfast at an added cost but worth it. Tea and coffee available all day

Cleanliness

None

Clean, good facilities. Location is fantastic as it’s right in the heart of town, one block away from the Nijo market and close to all the shops. Everything was walking distance and it was so convenient for konbini runs.

They said they would clean the room mid way but didn’t.

The hotel was very clean and the location was very good. It was walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The room size is perfect.

I wish they had free coffee in the lounge early in the morning.

Great location and staff was so helpful. We had a medical issue and they went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. I appreciate them so much.

Very clean, near to shopping street 🙂🙂🙂

Breakfast selection is great, location is near the shopping area and very accessible. Great view of the tower from our room.

The beds could be comfier.

Comfortable room, new and modern design, huge bed, great location near shops and restaurants

Not much room for luggage

Location was great, room very clean, staff was friendly

Parking offsite was an 8 minute walk due to the hotel having only a few parking spots but was also a little cheaper than hotel parking

Excellent! Nice location!

The location is perfect, and the propery is relatively new. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Our stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed—from the modern interiors to the warm, welcoming service. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Its location made it easy to get around Sapporo, which we really appreciated. A beautiful balance of style, comfort, and convenience—we would absolutely stay here again.

The property is conveniently located near many shops, transit and restaurants

Parking is subjected to availability and also depending on size of the car

Overall clean and convenient

The room don’t have a wardrope

Friendly staff, very good location, great breakfast and a comfortable room. We liked being able to get a good coffee and tea at any time.

Parking was great and cheap, breakfast was very nice. The room was very comfortable but very small. Location was perfect. Great Wifi and overall very affordable

Room was small

The location is very accessible to major tourist spots. Conveniently located to trains, restos and shopping area. Enjoyed our stay.

Incroyable emplacement !
