Cleanliness and reception from the owner is out of this world. Price is amazing from city center and only 2 minutes walk to metro which you can take anywhere in the city.

The host was very welcoming and friendly, helped us with our bags and always chatty! The room has everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The stairs made it difficult to bring the bags down, but this is a minor part. Slightly out of the centre, but that allowed us to see some other parts of the city we wouldn’t have otherwise!

Quedaban habitaciones disponibles a buen precio y en el ultimo momento. El café y el croissant de la cafetería que tienen en el bajo están muy buenos.

Salvo la cama, que estaba bien limpia, todo lo demás tenía mucho polvo.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The art through the building is whimsical and fun and the room and bathroom were spotless. For a budget hotel the management goes the extra mile to make it feel special.

The stairs are a bit steep -- so choose the lower floor if going up and down is hard.

Très bien situé, personnel très sympathique, bien propre et calme, l hôtel est également un bar café où l on peut emporter ou manger sur place un très café et bagel délicieux 😉

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were a band and had a good amount of gear to carry up to the 3rd floor - they gave us a hand every time they saw us carrying things. We only stayed one night, but location seemed nice and there were some good coffee and food places right near by.

No elevator and no AC in the room. Room was a bit small for 2 beds, but it was ok for 1 night.

The location is super convenient, minutes from the Metro. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and responsive with questions prior to arrival. It was on a quiet street so you don't hear much noise from the outside.

The main issue for me is cleanliness in the bathroom. The size itself was tight but not that big of a deal for me. The shower plastic curtain was pretty gross. Definitely needed to be changed at least. It was filled with mildew and stains all over. Also random leaks from the shower in the middle of the night. After I closed the door it was otherwise ok though. And lastly the noise in the hallway was quite audible especially from other patrons walking to their rooms, which is not the hotel's fault necessarily but the doors weren't that soundproof. Thankfully I didn't hear through the walls.

Rachid et son equipe ont été hyper sympa. Ils nous ont accueillis à bras ouvert et ont été super serviable. Nous les remercions grandement. Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel avec plaisir.

The staff are all so kind but unfortunately this felt like a hostel not a hotel. Be prepared to be woken up at 7am, the coffee shop beneath leads right into the stairs into your room so noise noise noise and flies flies flies

The location right next to the Berri metro station (3 metro lines connect there), bike path and bixi bikes stand is as good as it gets in Montréal. The place overall is very cozy and feels like a true bed and breakfast. There was a mini fridge in my room and free water bottles.

I had one of the smaller rooms. It was very cozy and clean but it could use more storage space and hangers. For more than 3 nights you end up having to live off your suitcase and wrinkly clothes.

Les personnes de la réception sont très sympathiques et très accueillantes. L'emplacement est très bien avec un accès au métro à 100m mais on peut aussi visiter à pied. Le café est délicieux.

L'accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier escarpé. Ce qui ne pose aucun problème si on n'a pas de problèmede mobilité.

Air conditioning was weak $10.00 per item of luggage per day for storage where we have had numerous other hotels offer this service for FREE.

Hôtel simple, bien situé, proche du métro, très propre. Le réceptionniste est au top et la chambre est assez spacieuse. La literie est excellente. Bien qu'au bord d'une rue passante, aucune nuisance sonore.

・空港からのバス停から行きやすい場所にあった ・フライトが遅れてしまい、夜遅くにホテルに着いたのですがsttafがとても優しく荷物を部屋まで運んでくれました。ありがたかったです。 ・外観もお部屋もめちゃくちゃオシャレです。お部屋のシャワールームも綺麗でシャンプーがとても良い香りでした。 2泊させていただいたのですが、とても快適に過ごせました。地下鉄にも近く、いろんなところにすぐに行けたのでとても便利でした。

強いて言えばエレベーターがなく階段だったところですが、苦にはなりませんでした。大きな荷物を持っていると少し危ない。

The location is perfect - very nice to walk in the area and metro station Berri-Uqam is literally few steps away. Our room was small, but it had all amentities we needed and a comfy bed. The staff is super friendly and speak both French and English. The cafè downstairs is very convenient, although we didn't have a chance to try it.

The room needs to be cleaned better - the ventilation in the bathroom was dusted, there was dust under the ottoman and there was a smell in the bathroom when we arrived.

Die Lage im Stadtzentrum von Montreal war super. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Reichweite auch die Metro ist direkt nebenan. Auch das Gebäude an sich ist klasse. Ein Altbau mit französischen Charme. Wir haben hier gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen und den Trubel auf der Straße beobachtet. Auch sonst war es top. Gutes WLAN, sauber und freundliches Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

From the staffs to the room are very good.

The air conditioner needs attention. There is no remote to control the temperature, and it automatically turns on and off. I wake up when it gets hot, then it becomes too cold when it starts again. The constant temperature changes are disturbing my sleep.

Great location right in a center of the city! Metro station is across the street, lots of places to eat too! Stuff was friendly and very helpful. A huge thank you to cleaning lady , after walking insane amount of steps through the city comming back to clean room felt amazing! Thank you! If you are looking for a nice , clean, private place to sleep while you are traveling it's a great option for you. If you want to stay half of the day in your hotel and make yourself meals you may look for bigger place

The location was great, but the room was smaller then the photos suggested and felt very cramped. The tv didn't work the first night due to low wifi and had minimal channels when working. There was also no way to control the heat in the room and it was very hot.

I was really happy with my experience at hotel le coach. I booked a Deluxe Double Room with balcony and it was quite spacious for one person, big comfy bed, nice ensuite bathroom. It looked exactly like the photos. The room was quite clean and the room was quite well soundproofed so that I could only hear noise from the hallway (though I was in the room at the end of the hall). The staff allowed me to check in early once the room was clean and stored my luggage for me before that. They even let me pop into a room that someone had just checked out of to change and freshen up after my flight. The location is great if you plan to use the metro and is very walkable to old montreal and the plateau. There are also grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants very close by. The staff were very helpful and kind, always asking me how my day was, whether I needed anything for the room, and recommending places to visit in Montreal. Overall a great stay for a whole week, and I recommend the big room with a balcony!

There was some dust/hair on the floor in the corners that hadn't quite been cleaned up fully. The water pressure in the shower could be better. There are only stairs to access the rooms which could be an issue for some people.
