L'accueil, même à distance à travers des messages WhatsApp était très apprécié, les instructions claires. L'arrivée (extérieur du bâtiment + entrée de l'immeuble) était engageante. Et la chambre était simple et efficace.

Pour un hébergement à ce prix, je ne vois pas d'amélioration évidente à faire. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Merci !

Niets, het was een ramp!. Wij kwamen toe om 21 u. en geraakten niet binnen, nadien na mail ontvangen te hebben wel via een code.

ALLES! Dit is een schande. Zo run je geen hotel, nooit iemand aanwezig en alleen telefonisch bereikbaar, waar een flauwe stem antwoordt en je nauwelijks begrijpt. Best Western Hotel, vlak ernaast, met zeer vriendelijk personeel en voor zelfde prijs (136 €per nacht) waar we gratis onze bagage konden achterlaten, en die enkele keren gratis voor ons een taxi opbelden. Advies: boek dit hotel als je in de zelfde omgeving wil logeren: prijs kwaliteit onnoemelijk veel beter!.

Très bien situé, la chambre est propre, les équipements sont complets, avec douche et sanitaire. Personnel très accueillant

La ubicación es bastante buena, se llega rápido al centro. Tampoco es muy ruidoso y es cómodo.

En general son habitaciones bastante pequeñas, sin armario y el baño es translúcido y diminuto. Para corta estancia vale pero es pequeño. Además son varios pisos sin ascensor, ojo si traes muchas maletas que sudarás para subirlas.

Non volevo neanche entrare, per quanto si presenta male, brutto, con le scale senza ascensore. Scale e pareti d’ingresso tenute malissimo. Le stanze non hanno appoggi per valigie o appendi abiti per hotel, infatti non e’ un hotel. Per giunta due tossici fuori che ci importunavano chiedendoci da mangiare.

Todo era perfecto la ubicación es lo mejor. Más céntrico de todo imposible. Las sábanas impecables súper suaves y cómodas las almohadas. Top el personal.

Lo único que se podría mejorar son las escaleras. Para subir hay que subir unos cuantos tramos

They had a bowl of mints at the front, which was a cute touch. We didn't expect much for this low of a price at such a central location, but the room was clean and comfortable, and that's all you can really ask for.

The hotel was secured and I have to stress I didn't necessarily feel unsafe (there was a code to enter) but apart from the day we got in, we never saw any staff at the front desk or anywhere else. It felt a little eerie, especially since anyone walking by could technically get access to the computer they had right there.

Estaba limpio y muy bien ubicado. Además tienen detalles chulos como poner una botellita de agua por persona y día.

Lo único es que se nota que está ya algo viejito pero eso se compensa con todo lo demás.

My favourite things about this hotel were the location and its simplicity. Located within walking distance from a metro station, bus stops, an Iconoglace, and 24-hour convenience stores, this hotel was great for me who was staying in Montreal for a couple of days. Even with such a great location, it was quiet at night and I could sleep well. Keep in mind that you will have to bring you + whatever luggages up a couple flight of stairs. The AC was phenomenal. Nothing like coming from a hot and humid day out to a nice, cool hotel room. Showers were clean. Towels and two bottles of water were replaced everyday. Shower pressure and temperature control was nice and came equipped with a generic shampoo and body wash. Blowdryer was in working order.

Personnel attentif et très accueillant; accès à un espace commun avec eau chaude, micro-onde, frigidaire, thé et café. Très propre.

Mauvaise insonorisation avec l'extérieur, on entend le vacarme de la rue...même si moi, cela ne me dérange pas pour dormir. Pourtant point positif, on n'entend pas les autres résidents de l’Hôtel.

To be reasonable with this review I have to say that the hotel is simple and basic. If you want a bed and bathroom in a good location in downtown/old mtl near train stations this is a decent option. No frills. You will likely pay what you get. If you’re planning on enjoying the city all day long the hotel is fine. Otherwise you can just stay on the bed watching tv. No breakfast, hotel bathroom is small but ok and was clean. No elevator and reception at the hotel works for some hours during the day.

The room was small, the bathroom even smaller. Not cleaned. The bedsheets were not changed after our first day onwards. The personnel not friendly.

L'amabilité de la réceptionniste et son efficacité. Le confort de la literie et l'emplacement, super.

L'entrée de l'hôtel, au rez de chaussée, n'était pas très propre, et le manque d'ascenseur pour accéder à la réception.

地點真的很優，就在市區，去那裏都很近。。服務小姐人也很讚，回覆超快! 這種價錢算性價比很高了。。

飯店算傳統舊式的，就沒有新飯店那麼舒適，不過整理都行，唯一最大缺點就是要扛行李上去，沒電梯哦! 不過二層而己，還可接受! 還有，當天到逹時，街上有蠻多流浪漢的，要小心一點!

The location is central to The Montreal Jazz Festival, old town, bus to the airport (747)! The owner of the hotel is very friendly and accommodating to our request to leave our luggage after checking out and before we go to the airport late afternoon. This hotel is very clean and a great value!

It was less expensive than some other hotels. The bed was comfortable. The room was adequately clean. Secure with code to enter the hotel from the street.

Surrounded by a large homeless population. Noisy sports bar across the street. Parking was in a costly and confusing parking garage a couple of blocks away. The shower door would not shut. Very small bathroom with very tiny sink.

出入り口にジャンキーがいたこと。入りづらい時が多々あった。 ワールドカップという時期もあり、斜向かいのスポーツバーが夜遅くまでうるさかった。

Chambre située au 2e étage directement sur SteCatherine. Les ouvriers de la ville nettoyaient la rue @7h le matin et à répétition. C'était extrêmement bruyant.

Place was very clean and staff was responsive to requests to do or not do certain cleaning. Great location, though susceptible to homeless vagrants below. Bed very firm. Slept well. Good water pressure.

I requested a room as far from street noise as possible. I got the opposite. Sink so small, couldn't wash my face without spilling water on floor. No reading light for bed. No one on duty til 11AM.

The bed was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The place was great considering the low cost. It's only a short walk to lots of restaurants and public transit.

There is no A/C or fan in the room so it was quite hot. It would be tough if it were any hotter.

Location is good to see nearby attractions but its in the downtown so you need to be careful of drug addicts and homeless people.

Washroom was very small like 6ft by 3 ft. Looks like previously they had Almirah, and then they just removed its sliding door and make it a washroom.

It was a bit pricey for a 2-star establishment.

Great value for the price, location in the Montreal Downtown next to everything. Small clean room has a shower and toilet. Staff is accommodating for late arrivals, answered questions promptly; the room was serviced too. Nearby are all kinds of malls, restaurants and tourist attractions.

For this fair price, I cannot complain. It is a small hotel in downtown Montreal, upstairs over a store on St.Catharine. Like, go to a Hilton for 4x the price and get the same glass shower lol.

Friendly front desk staff and bedroom is clean

Our room is right off the hotel's ground floor main hallway, and we've been hearing people walking by, talking, and going in and out all night long. Some of them seemed pretty drunk, and were very loud. The door is so thin that it honestly sounds like it's open. On top of that, the toilet is leaking and the bathroom floor is covered in water. There’s no drinking water provided in the room, and the vending machines only sell soft drinks, with no bottled water available. The neighborhood also feels a bit sketchy during the night which hasn't helped us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Very dirty, I’ve seen 2 kinds of different bugs on the wall and floor. I couldn’t sleep through the night fearing bed bugs (haven’t seen any though)

Le personnel était super gentil et accueillant. L’hôtel est directement dans le centre-ville. Les oreillers étaient super confortables. Malgré le bruit du centre-ville, notre chambre était très bien insonorisé!

A localização é perfeita. Hotel antigo porém entregou tudo o que se propôs pelo valor pago.. A comunicação com o hotel foi toda por WhatsApp porém eficiente. Roupa de cama e banho impecáveis. Café e chá a vontade. Fizemos todas as atrações a pé. Fica localizado no bairro dos teatros então tem bastante movimento. Porém o quarto e silencioso.

A charming girl at the reception, access on the third floor to coffee, hot water for tea and microwave. Clean room - is all that can be listed.

The area is terrible, we do not recommend it. The room smelled very unpleasant, the toilet was separated from the rest of the room by a translucent glass door that was very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and nice! Location was an easy walking distance to activities, food and shopping. Room was cute and cozy. Great hotel for price.

Outside the hotel was a little bit unsafe at night but that's downtown Montreal for you, however, the hotel front doors lock at night and they give you access to a code to get in and out which I really appreciated. Made me feel safe inside the facility.

This is exactly what I’m looking for in a hotel while on tour. Extremely clean and simple. No weird febreze or air freshener smells. Super convenient location, easy to check in after hours. Amazing price.

This was not a problem for us, but the property does have three flights of stairs to reach the lobby. There is also no designated parking.

We were not aware the front door would need an entry code. We did not take the code for the entry door with us and had to call. We were confused where the location was went to the 200 St C address & went into google maps to figure there was another street number

All facilities that you would need for a budget stay are there. Also, the location makes it a convenient spot to stay in. The people at the reception desk were quite friendly too. The room was quite clean too.

I liked the building, it was clean and pleasant to stay. The hotel has a room where you can have coffee and hot water whenever you need it which is so important to me. Also the receptionist was always kind to me and it made my stay so nice. I always had bottles of water in my room.
