Pearl Star Hotel ATAMI

Room was very nice overlooking the beach and the private onsen on the balcony was a nice touch although the weather was too hot to really enjoy it. Breakfast was very nice, but felt the staff was a not very friendly and kind of pretentious, as was the staff for the gym. The Club Lounge was really nice with all the refreshments and snacks available throughout the day. Unfortunately not all the restaurants were open during our stay.

這間飯店真的太棒了！很希望可以再回去。員工非常輕切體貼。即使無法先提早入住，但是等候的地方很舒適，也有水可以喝。飯店正對著海邊，風景很好。飯店提供的香檳很順口。

Lovely rooms and great gym. Breakfast and cocktail hour were excellent.

The bar which was not open - amazing views but you could not take advantage of it. Restaurant completely lacked atmosphere and was very formal. Second floor balcony was not very good.

I love the staff at the Spa! There was a young lady there who was so attentive.

De service in dit hotel is geweldig. Bij binnenkomst word je gelijk geholpen en krijg je een drankje aangeboden en wat lekkers. De kamer was fantastisch en alles was aanwezig. 3 soorten slippers, een hotelpak, pyama's, gezichtsset, tandenborstels, drankjes. De sportfacaliteiten zijn erg mooi. Onze favoriet was de golf. Het ontbijt heerlijk en ontzettend veel keus. Ook fijn dat vervoer van en naar het station wordt geregeld. In de lounge kun je ook nog een drankje drinken en een snack eten. En natuurlijl niet te vergeten de prive onsen.

Volgens de omschrijving had onze kamer mountaon view, maar we keken voornamelijk op gebouwen en de ramen waren afgeplakt.

Service at Kanji was incredibly slow. And the hotel bar didn’t even have a bartender. Staffing may be a problem.

The service is top notch, staff attentiveness begins the moment you arrive—they seated us in the lobby and gave us a cold matcha and wagashi while they prepared our room keys—waiting was made relaxing.

Nothing really, the facilities are new, clean. They have a gym, with free yoga classes, 5-star spa services, and the breakfast is so wonderful and elegantly prepared. We were able to enjoy a slow morning, a slow and restful evening. Truly relaxing place. Cost is higher than other modern ryokans, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel was the best thing in Atami (after the MOA Art Musemn). Peaceful, relaxing and modern. Private onsen overlooking the beach. Complete with all the trimmings that you’d expect at the price point.

虽然提倡环保，但是连住四晚，房间垃圾只清理两次不太理解，房间的茶具上有污渍。

The breakfasts was not good . It like a business hotel breakfast. Compared to hot springs hotels. This breakfast was I give it a 3 out of 10.

ואו מלון מדהים! חדש, החדרים גדולים שניתן אפילו לחלק בין החדר שינה לפינת האוכל. היינו עם תינוק, הביאו מיטה מדהימה ונוחה. המון שתייה ופינוקים בחינם. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת וגם מקום לתינוק. האונסן על הגג מדהים ונקי מופרד. המיטות בחדר נוחות מאוד. מקבלים מונית הלוך חזור מתחנת אטמי. בקיצור לשתי לילות של עצירה מטוקיו היה כיף.

Amazing accommodations. Balcony onsen such a treat. Fantastic buffet with options for everyone. My Japanese husband even tried foods he had never eaten before. I appreciated the gym with 4 power plates and massage chairs. Highly recommend!!!

部屋の変更をメールで依頼した時に、適切な対応(モリタさん女性)が対応して頂き、妻の障害を伝えると、障害者用のシャワーチェアーと床の滑り止めの気配りを頂きセッティングをしてくれたことには、感謝しか有りません。 また、朝食ビッフェに障害のある妻のサポートをして頂いた事にも感謝申し上げます。

ヨーロッパから帰国したばかりで、時差の関係で疲れていた時に、チェックイン時に時間が掛かり、大変に辛かった。

Dieses Hotel in Atami gehört für mich zu einem der besten Hotels die ich jemals gesehen habe. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Service, modern, ruhig, bequeme, sauber,top Ausstattung. Hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter. Sehr,sehr gutes Essen. Frühstück vom feinsten. Die Zimmer ein Traum. Mit eigenem Onsen auf dem Balkon. Sechs Sterne + würde ich diesem Hotel geben. Hier möchte man garnicht mehr weg fahren.

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The main train station and the main market are within walking distance which makes the hotel very convenient. The view from the room was wonderful. It is a great place to enjoy the ocean, sit on the beach or relax on the balcony in a warm bath. At check-in, we were welcomed by very friendly staff. They offered us delicious tea and a small sweet. The whole check-in process felt special and different from a normal hotel check-in. It created a very good first impression. I would definitely like to return to this hotel when I have the opportunity in the future.

First, the internet was very slow. I needed to stay in contact with my clients but the weak internet connection made it difficult to have proper video calls. For a hotel of this level, a stable and fast internet connection is very important. Second, we received a voucher because we decided not to request room cleaning. We were told that we could use this voucher in the hotel restaurant. However, the restaurant was fully booked for many days, so we could not use the voucher at all. This was a small issue, but it was still disappointing. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with a great location, beautiful views and very kind staff. I would be happy to stay here again, but I hope the hotel can improve the internet quality and make the voucher system easier for guests to use.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The room was huge with the private hot tub facing the sea. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Massage therapists were excellent. Hotel restaurants are recommended as well.

服務很好，空間非常乾淨、動線寬敞，房間備品非常齊全。室外拖鞋也相當乾淨。位置方便，門口有公車到熱海車站，過馬路有海灘可以散步，可以從四樓停車場到後方街邊店吃飯，不需要繞著山路走。

The hotel was exceptional. The staff, the location, the lounge area, provision for smokers, laundry, breakfast was always a highlight. The onsen bath on our balcony was a real treat. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I didn't use the main onsen on the top floor but I was told that it was a beautiful space and incredibly clean. This hotel and the facilities are better than The Shangri-La at the Shard in London, UK

I was never able to book dinner in any hotel restaurant, even days in advance. They were always full.

The hotel is amazing—fantastic location with a beautiful, spacious suite. The private onsen bath on the balcony was a highlight, and the large onsen and sauna facilities on the top floor were exceptional. Service throughout the stay was immaculate, and the cocktail hours in the lounge were a great added touch.

Honestly, nothing to dislike.

The room was huge. Technology inside room was a nice surprise. The open air hot spring bath was the highlight for sure. Staff customer service was beyond expectation! Hint: get the free hotel taxi to and from Atami station. Walking involves alot of stairs which is effort if you have luggage.
