Ad Lib Hotel Khon Kaen

Ad Lib is been and will be our favourite hotel khon kaen. The hotel service is impeccable and the location is perfect. You can work or relax and eat well with your guests or family. We travel around the world 4-6 times a year and this hotel is our absolute favorite. We have been customers since it opened. I recommend it!

What a great hotel. In the centre of town, excellent room, great service by the staff in all areas. Good value for money exceptional views best pool I've been in while in Thailand. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety and the coffee was perfect. Will be back again.

Got in early on a flight from bkk. Khet and Biwty were able to get me checked in early. Nice clean modern rooms. Food is pricey but delicious. Would recommend.

This is marvelous accommodations with lovely semi-panoramic views of Khon Kaen. Quality food selections for guests, especially Food by Fire and Seasons 27. Lovely serenity views from Sky bridge and rooftop Pool. I highly recommend and would return with family (or adult time).

Great service from K.Tarn and K.Aimy. We ordered an iced latte and an iced matcha latte. The coffee was great and the matcha was not so strong.

The views were spectacular; we stayed on the 23rd floor with a balcony. Very nice. All the staff were helpful, smiling, and generally wonderful. The Italian specialty restaurant on the 27th floor had amazing views as well. Our hostess, Yhok, took our order and we were served by Mink & Namtarhi. Superb food, perfect service, wife said her Caesar salad was the best she ever had! Thank you ladies. We highly recommend the Ad Lib if you are planning to stay in Khon Kaen.

I don't expect KKC will have this, room is very comfort, facilities is great and café at lobby is better than some cafe in town staff name Miss Tarn,Ami and Ashi the well taking care if me. Coffee is aromatic good Tests.

The hotel is beautifully designed and very clean, with a strong commitment to sustainability through the use of eco-friendly products. It offers great facilities, including a restaurant and other convenient amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the price is very reasonable for the quality provided.

Clean room, elevator, workout room. This was a much better experience with staff this time. Thank you for your attention to detail!

This is the best hotel to stay at in Khon Kaen. I have stayed here previously and will continue to do so in the future. Great location if you're after a massage, money exchange, 711 or somewhere to eat. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are definitely the selling points of this hotel. It is worth every single cent of having a corner suite. The views at night are breath taking. All levels of staff continue to excel in their roles in welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is a pleasurable one.

I visited the roof top bar and restaurant. The experience was truly amazing. I had a Singapore Sling in the lounge. The view is the best in Khon Kaen. It's a very cool lounge with chill music and soft jazz and soft lighting. Then I had the baked duck on a base of truffle infused mashed potato in the restaurant. Truly 5 stars * * * * * . I savored every bight. Coupled with an Italian red wine recommended by Ludovic, the F&B director. It was the perfect pairing. Compliments to him and other staff members, Park, Oil, Yhok, First, and and others too numerous to mention. A very memorable experience and highly recommended!

Stayed in 2414. Hotel was great n staff was courteous with good service. Five star ratings n Mr Phuri was excellent. Hats off to all the service oriented staff

The hotel staff (Khun Khet) was really kind to upgrade me a corner suite with a fantastic view of KhonKaen! Breakfast was fabulous with varieties of selection.

I have dinning at Food by fire. I love grilled duck beast so much. Also they have Isan whiskey that very amazing. Staff is very nice (Keng Jib and chef)

Room very small,no closet space, elevator system ridiculous

All waitresses (คุณตาล คุณแป้ง คุณน้ำทิพย์) were nice and welcome us to this place. This place had many good-looking and delicious desserts, comfortable seats.

Love the sevice, the staff here is real great, well-trained and super friend. The breakfast is quite good. The best location, right on city center, lots of street food and convenience to get around. Would come back anytime in Khon Khean

I had the opportunity to stay at Ad lib hotel on my birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a lovely birthday surprise on the bed, along with a cake and a heartfelt birthday card. Upon check-in, K. Parkpoom (Front Office Manager) provided a warm welcome, gave me detailed information about the hotel, and personally escorted to the room. The service throughout my stay was exceptional and all staff were friendly and attentive, especially K. Oum (Duty Manager), who was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. The swimming pool and fitness center offer a beautiful panoramic view of Khon Kaen city, which made my stay more special. Thank you to the team for making my birthday getaway so smooth, relaxing, and unforgettable.

Great for families and couples. We stayed at Pullman, because we always have before, but when we tried Ad Lib, we were convinced that this hotel will be our future stay when we do come back every year. Staff was great, especially Phettip “pingping” she was very helpful in showing us the layout and informing us of the different floors. She is a great asset to the hotel. 5-star

High class hotel with amazing views over the city, stunning rooftop infinity pool and wonderful staff. Great, central location and free parking in the secure basement. We had one of the corner suite rooms which was spacious, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Bed, linen and pillows are all top quality and we slept like babies. Breakfast is excellent with lots of western and Asian choices. Overall this is a superb hotel and we can’t wait to return.

This was our third time at Ad Lib, and unfortunately, this will likely be our last. The hotel itself is new and beautiful inside. But, we have been underwhelmed by the staff. Upon arrival this time, they asked if we have visited before. That was a surprise since this was our third time. Both Chatrium and Avani, for example, always make a point of welcoming us back, upgrade our room, and really make it known they are happy that we returned. Staff members at every turn are super kind, friendly, and helpful. This is not the case at Ad Lib. A few staff members are great, but most act like they couldn't care less that we are there. The restaurant on the 27th floor is very average, and the bar seems to have untrained bartenders. The drinks are too sweet, mostly ice, and just not tasty. Again, the hotel itself is beautiful and we love the room, but this is Thailand, and people are helpful, kind, and friendly everywhere we go, but not so much at Ad Lib. We are easy guests, by the way, and we are very kind to all we meet. We are the kinds of customers they need to keep.

Everything is perfect. Food and staff are good! Especially Chen, he is very helpful and nice!! The service is undoubtedly perfect, view at bar is amazing. I enjoy the swimming pool a lot too!!

Very much attention to the guest

Painfully small rooms in a new up-to-date facility with very friendly staff. Overall An A- visit. First a few problems, the elevator system - what the heck?? If your room is on floor 24 you have to go to floor 27, walk across the building, and take another elevator down to 24. There are nearly zero direct elevators to floors. Staying on 18? Have to go to 27 - walk across the building, take another elevator down. This may be the norm for some but in my 43 years I've never come across such a design and I'd give it an "F" - but thats just me. Ok the positives: great breakfast, exceptionally friendly staff, nice, safe neighborhood. Would I stay again? absolutley (fix those elevators and small rooms)

เดินทางจากสนามบิน 8 กิโลเมตร (โดยประมาณ) ใช้เวลา 15-20นาที ถึงโรงแรม เมื่อถึงโรงแรมมีบริการที่จอดรถยนต์ อาคารติดกับที่พักzoneเดียวกัน หน้าโรงแรมมีบริการร้านMassage🧎🏻‍➡️🧘🏻‍♀️และร้านค้าอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เดินออกมาหน่อยก็มี ร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อ 7-11 และ ธนาคารBBL ทั้งซ้ายและขวาเมื่อหันหน้าออกจากโรงแรม .. ..... ครั้งแรกที่เข้าพักที่โรงแรม AdLib @khon-kaen เมื่อถึงหน้าLobby น้องพนักงานReception ชาย (คุณบอล.) ให้การต้อนรับช่วยดูแลสัมภาระออกจากรถยนต์ น้องน่ารัหยิ้มแย้มและดูมีใจรักงานบริการ เมื่อถึงหน้าFront Lobby คุณอุ้ม และคุณบิวตี้ ให้การต้อนรับ และทำการลงทะเบียน check in ก่อนเพราะแฟนเดินทาวไปทำงานต่อ ...คุณอุ้ม (น่ารักมากๆค่ะ) ให้คำแนะนำต่างๆพร้อมทั้งสอบถามการออกใบเสร็จกำกับภาษีในนามบริษัทไว้ล่วงหน้า จะได้ไม่ผิดพลาดในวันcheck out . จากนั้น คุณบิวตี้ และตุณอุ้มอธิบายรายละเอียดตามPolicies ทั่วๆไปก่อนเข้าห้องพัก .... ...คุณอุ้ม ดูแลพาขึ้นไปยังห้องพักและอธิบายการใช้ลิฟท์ (Lift) เพราะโรงแรมจะแบ่งzone ของชั้นเช่า สนง. และ ชั้นสำหรับลูกค้าเข้าพัก ที่นี่อาจจะสับสนหน่อยๆใน2-3ชั่วโมงแรกในการขึ้น-ลง ลิฟท์ แต่พอผ่านไป5-6ชม. ก็จะเริ่มปรับตัวได้ ขึ้นลงเปลี่ยนชั้นที่ fl.27(เป็นหลัก) แล้วไปสลับลิฟท์ ห้องพักที่zoneหลังห้องอาหาร ทุกๆอย่างก็เริ่มลงตัว เมื่อทำซ้ำๆในการขึ้น-ลง 😹 แต่ลูกค้าบางท่านอาจรู้สึกไม่สะดวกสบาย สับสนในการใช้ลิฟท์ (ความเห็นส่วนตัวค่ะ) ... จากนั้นถึงห้องพัก ห้องสะอาด(พอใช้ในระดับ 7.5 จาก10คะแนน) ยังมีกลิ่นอับชื้นที่พรมยาง ที่รองพื้นกันลื่นในห้องอาบน้ำ(📍แม่บ้านไม่ได้ยกพรมพลาสติกสีขาวออกเพื่อขัดตระไคร่น้ำ)และลดความอับชื้นจากลูกค้า ที่อาบน้ำและทิ้งสิ่งปฎิกูลระหว่างอาบ จึงมีกลิ่นอยู่ในzoneห้องน้ำ... ในห้องนอน สะอาดพอใช้ ระเบียงแม่บ้านไม่ได้เช็ดฝุ่นที่ระเบียงและโซฟา ให้สะอาดมากพอที่จะใช้นั่งได้ ลูกค้าต้องทำความสะอาดเอง🤧 .... มาที่ MiniBarในห้อง 📍มีเพียงน้ำเปล่าในตู้เย็น2ขวด /มีชา 2ซอง/กาแฟmoccona 2ซอง,แยกครีม น้ำตาล และน้ำบนbarอีก2ขวด ......(📍ขอแนะนำให้ ควรมีมินิบาร์ที่มีอาหารเครื่องดื่ม ขนม ไว้สำรองให้ลูกค้า โดยแบ่งเป็น ส่วนที่ต้องชำระเงินกับCompimentary จริงๆแล้ว ห้องพักในราคา 3,500 ++/คืน (เฉลี่ย 3,500-4,500) ควรจะมีบริการ อะไรที่มากกว่าน้ำเปล่า ชา กาแฟ ที่เป็นพื้นฐานทั่วๆไป ปรกติไปโรงแรมมามากมายค่ะ ที่นี่คือ โรงแรม 5ดาว แต่กลับมีเพียงบริการน้ำเปล่า ชากาแฟ ที่เหมือน โรงแรม 2-3ดาว จริงๆควรเพิ่มเข้าไปคือ โค้ก หรืออัดลม สัก2ป๋อง และขนม1-2ห่อในต้นทุนที่ไม่แพง นมกล่องเล็กๆ ขนาด 120ml เข้าไว้ ให้มันดูupgratให้สมกับ รร.5ดาว และเพิ่มในส่วนที่จะต้องคิดค่าใช้จ่สย addไว้ในbar เช่น แอลกอฮอล์ เหล้า น้ำอัดลม น้ำผลไม้บางชนิด ถั่วธัญพืช บางชนิด ใส่ไว้ในบาร์ เพื่อเป็นทางเลือกให้ลูกค้าซื้อบริการในห้องที่มีให้ครบครัน....🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏼อันนี้ 5ดาวนะคะ ฝากผู้บริหารให้พิจารณา (📍พอไม่มีในส่วนนี้ ทำให้ ลูกค้าเกิดคำถาม เกิดข้อเปรียบเทียบกับ รร.ใกล้เคียง จริงๆควรทำไว้ และจะบวกไว้ในราราห้องพัก ก็ยังดีกว่าไม่มี Compimentary ที่มันพิเศษมากกว่าน้ำเปล่า ชากาแฟ สิ่งเหล่านี้ เป็นพื้นฐานที่ รร.ทั่วๆไปมี แม้แค่2-3ดาวก็มีบริการค่ะ .... มาที่ zoneของใช้ในห้องน้ำ 📍อันนี้ไม่เข้าใจมากๆในเรื่องการไม่มีแปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน หวี สำลี คัตตั้ลบัต หรือแม่แต่สบู่ก้อน ให้ไว้ในห้องน้ำ เมื่อสอบถามไปยัง พนง. ได้รับคำตอบว่า เป็นกาลลดโลกร้อน OMG 😹เดี๋ยวก่อนนะคะ นี่มันคือปัจจัยหลักในการเข้าพัก ที่ต้องมีไว้บริการลูกค้า ลองคิดนะคะ ลูกค้าต้องร้องขอ จะมีพนักงานนำมาให้ที่ห้อง 🚩-ถ้ามีวางไว้ แล้วลูกค้า Happy จะหยิบใช้ตอนไหนก็ได้ ไม่ใช้ รร.ก็นำไปใช้ต่อได้ 🚩-ถ้าไม่มีวางไว้ แล้วลูกค้า ขอทีละห้อง พร้อมๆกัน แล้ว พนักงานต้องเดินนำไให้เป็นห้องๆ คิดไหมค่ะว่า เสียบุคคลากรที่ควรนำไปทำอย่างอื่น มากกว่าให้พนักงานตอยมาส่งแปรงสีฟัน หวี สบู่ก้อน (🚩กรณี ไฟตก ไฟดับ ติดต่อพนักงานไม่ได้ ในเช้าวันที่14 มิถุนายน 2568 แล้วถ้าลูกค้าจะใช้แปรงสีฟันเช้าตรู่ โทรหาใครก็ไม่ได้ จะทำไงค่ะ )🤷🏻‍♀️ ฝากถึงคณะผู้บริหารให้พิจารณา การจะมาลดโลกร้อน น่าจะไม่ใช่ประเด็น น่าจะลดครอส คชจ. มากกว่า ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งของจำเป็นมากๆ หากจะลดโลกร้อน ไปลดกับอย่างอื่นดีกว่าไหมคะ ที่มันดูเห็นเป็นรูปธรรมมากกว่านี้ (นี่คือคำแนะนำจากเสียงผู้รับบริการจริงๆที่เห็นปัญหาจริงๆ)... 🚩-ในห้องจะมีรองเท้า สำรอง เพื่อให้ใช้ในoutdoor (อันนี้ดันไม่ช่วยลดโลกร้อน🤦🏻‍♂️กลับเพิ่มด้วยซ้ำ //สิ่งควรมีแต่กลับไม่มี รองเท้าใส่ในห้อง slipper มันมีแบบลดโลกร้อนที่ต้นทุนถูก แบบ บางๆ ควรมีไว้ เพราะโรงแรมออกแบบและปูพื้น ที่เย็นเมื่อเปิดแอร์ในห้องพัก 🧏🏻‍♂️จะให้ใส่ รองเท้าoutdoorในห้องน่าจะริดเชื้อจากพื้น จริๆ มันต้องมีคะ ด้วยหลายๆปัจจัย ที่ลูกค้าไม่สามารถเดินเท้าเปล่าในห้องได้ เพราะ รร. ปูพื้นปูน ที่เย็นไวต่อการดูดความเย็นมาก (♦️หากผู้บริหารต้องการให้เห็นภาพ ลองให้แม่บ้านเปิดแอร์ทิ้งไว้4-6ชั่วโมง จากนั้น เดินด้วยเท้่เปล่าที่พื้นในห้องพัก จะได้เห็นภาพจริงๆคะ ว่าลูกค้าจะรู้สึกอย่างไร♦️) ..... มาที่อาหารค่ำ ที่ชั้น28 sky bar เราทานเป็นอาหารอีสาน ฟิวชั่นหน้าตาดีมากๆๆ 🚩ของชื่นชมchef 👨🏻‍🍳🧑‍🍳 เชฟทำอาหารออกมาได้ดี ติดตรง ปรับความหวานลงหน่อยคะ (คนขอนแก่นนิยมทานหวานมากๆ จากการทานอาหารนอกโรงแรม ได้รับเสียงสะท้อนมามากๆว่า หวาน) ทำให้เชฟอาจติดหวานไปนิด แต่หน้าตา อาหารแซ่บต่ะ สั่งเป็นต้มแซ่บปลา ส้มตำข้าวโพด เนื้อย่าง ข้าวเหนียว และสั่งไวน์ไปขวด🥗🍲🍷🍸🍹 ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดีมากๆ จาก 📍คุณแมกซ์ (Max) Bartenderประจำชั้น28. คุณแมกซ์เอาใจใส่ลูกค้า ยิ้มแย้ม พูดคุยสร้างสัมพันธ์ภาพดีมากๆ ชื่นชมในความ entertainment ของคุณแมกซ์ค่ะ ที่เอาใจใส่ทุกโต๊ะวันนั้น 12 มิ ย 68 ในค่ำคืนนั้น น่าจะมี 3-4โต้ะ และมีเพิ่มช่วงดึกๆ คุณแมกบริการได้อย่างมืออาชีพ . (ถ้าไม่ติดว่า พนักงานของโรงแรม จะชวนน้องมาทำงานที่กรุงเทพ ขอซื้อตัวมาไว้ที่ร้านอาหารของเราเองแหะๆ)😝 ..... เมื่อถึงเช้าของ13 มิยื68 เราก็อย่างเคยติดต่อ ภายในโรงแรมค่อนข้างยาก และ 🚩wifi ไม่เสถียร ลูกค้าพักห้อง 2307. Great hotel

My first time visiting KhonKaen and stay at Ad lib with friends, upon check in I have so many questions and get lose and khun oum duty manager come to assist me. She is very helpful, kind and nice service. The room is nice, view and restaurant are good.

I came to try the coffee and cake here, and it was amazing. The staff-Tan and Namtip were very helpful in recommending the cakes, and you can also go up to the top floor to enjoy a great view of Khon Kaen city. And for cake you must try fruit cake 🍰🍰🍰

The hotel's design was very well thought out, easily top the list of hotels in Thailand. Hotel was greatly complimented by the service and food provided from the Italian and Grill restaurants which I highly recommend. Thank you Kawfang and Ploy whom welcomed us so friendly and even tour us around the hotel and to our room. Would like to specially thank Gift for the service provided during our dinner at Fire by the Wood. She was courteous, attentive and professional at all times and it did helped us gain a better impression of the hospitality provided by the hotel.

Crazy lift system. Ground to 27th Floor, then walk through Restaurant to next set of lifts to go down to 23rd Floor. Same for exiting building. Overall “service level” very good. Arrangement of Bed in room has un-necessary base as obsticle.

Sehr schickes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gym könnte besser sein.

I love the atmosphere , drink , cake and croissant. Their materials are excellent. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Those are Achi , Tarn , Dylan and Suji. The place is at the center of the town , so it is easily accessible. I will come back again for sure. Very recommended ! Let’s visit !

During the time in this nice hotel, there're many impressive things such as the room cleanliness or the breakfast variety. It's a good place for one time to stay and especially for K.YOK who is the subperb staff for helping me in any inquiries.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ad Lib Khon Kaen. The excellent staff took great care of us from check-in to check-out. Pae, Baifem and Yo really did a great job everyday from Kaen Ground restaurant. The hotel really is a fantastic experience with the Skywalk, rooftop infinity pool and great restaurants. Our room also had a nice sized balcony to go with a spacious room. Can't wait to come again!

Great hotel, although heads up, you have to take two sets of elevators to get to the rooms from the lobby. But the room was spacious and clean, the pool on the roof was great, and the bar was relaxed and fun. Staff were excellent. Chen at the front desk in particular was wonderful.

Ad Lib is a wonderful hotel with a very strong staff who are always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. We went over New Year’s Eve, and there was a rooftop viewing of the fireworks. Unfortunately, we were told it would cost us 7500 baht for a table, bottle of wine, and Italian food. We were already paying customers, so we expected some consideration for that, but we were told it was 7500. We ended up finding a different option for much cheaper and it was wonderful. When we got back to the room the next day, there was a notice under the door detailing the party the night before and claiming that for guests, the table was complimentary. That means no charge. Anyway, it was disappointing, but we still love the hotel.

Such an incredible place to stay. The views were phenomenal, the room was very nice, the rooftop pool and lounge area were absolutely stunning. Would recommend staying here anytime you are in Kohn Kaen

객실은 좀작은편이나 위치,수영장,조식 모두 좋습니다 단점이라면 도심 중앙이라 차량이 많아 출퇴근시간은 많이 막히는 편이고 객실출입이 좀 번거로운 편입니다.

Die Zimmer liessen wir alle 2 Tage aufreumen und Reinigen. Ordnung und Sauberkeit war Hervorragend. Es giebt nichts aber auch gar nichts zu Bemängeln. Personal war sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff are great. Wi-fi drops out a lot which is not convenient. Room is very good. Location has Tops supermarket next door and places to eat. Hotel food is really good but wine is overpriced so could not enjoy. Rooftop bar has the best views over khon kaen.

Pour le reste, le personnel pléthorique est très avenant et prévenant, et les prestations sont solides. Probablement le top à Khon Khaen.

A very nice facility

Everything is good!

Beautiful place, unfortunately a bit of a musty smell in our room at times. The lift situation walking through restraunt is different but you get used to it. Room service a bit pricy for what it was, cold toast and crossiant basket, but was impressed with dining at night. Staff were friendly and overall would return.

Very modern designed hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gym equipment very good. Although room was nicely appointed we didn't like the bed. It had a large frame but king size mattress didn't cover all of it. Thought it was dangerous with sides of frame exposed on each side We both knocked our legs when getting in and out of bed. Not good for elderly people.Also no wardrobe available.

Very modern hotel with friendly service and good food options. Level 27 dining great. For breakfast or evening meals . We had an air conditioner that was a little too cool but they came and adjusted in professional manner

Booked hotel as I know the area and wanted to relax, reacquaint with my family in a higher end hotel. I was not disappointed. Service was excellent from all sections of staff, rooftop pool area with skywalk was clean, well maintained and has good views over the city. As I arrived late in the evening I only used the restaurant for breakfast and the quality /options of food for local and international travellers was very good.

Our stay was one night only. We enjoyed the hotel and its services. We’ll be back.

This was my first stay at thi hotel, the service is great, ammenities are excellent and the view is fantastic. I will stay at Ad Lib hotel again!

Khon kaen was a pit stop for me before and after a 710km long road trip. Ad lib was a wonderful place to take a breaks and relax .. well located nicely done up and very comfortable..

Loved our stay here! The hotel was very modern, beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again.
