Chada Veranda Hotel

Ample parking and location near to bars, restaurants & shopping centre

I needed a reasonably priced hotel for one week in the centre of town. Chada Veranda filled the bill. Great location, comfortable bed, good aircon and efficient service.

The stay would have been probably good if

簡單有效，雖然老舊但管理的還不錯 房門後面的感應器會強迫關閉冷氣是唯一的缺點，除此之外我覺得都還好 每天會送兩罐水

super hotel qualité prix dans le centre de khon kaen

The rooms are now a bit dated needs some cosmetic work especially the bathroom. The reception staff and cleaners we very pleasant and helpful unlike the owner/boss never spoke on any occasion. Made a complaint about the condition of the swimming pool dirty all around the perimeter plus debris surrounding walkway dirty as was the shower cubicle. Toilet facilities pool area dirty. Hardly any seating old dirty and tables same and damaged. All fitness equipment dirty and in bad condition Nothing like the pictures on your booking site. Just to say won't be staying again

Room left much to be desired. Not one drawer in the room to store anything.(table or dresser); basin tap water in bathroom was very little. No water thermos as listed and I would have used it it was supplied. All else was just ok. Nothing to rave about.

Close to everything you need, most of town is walkable from there

Has everything a backpacker of tourist would need, staff friendly, housekeeping good and the pool was handy.

Damen i resepsjonen virket lite engasjert.

Lots of parking space Close to shops etc Great value

good

Location was excellent, especially for Songkran!

Chanda Veranda was in a great location for getting around, shopping and easy on/off highway. The staff was very helpful, I enjoyed the pool and workout room right there. I stayed in the suite so had plenty of room to spread out my things and repack.

I would highly recommend this property when in Khon Kaen. It is centrally located and for the price cannot be beat. Thumbs up to the staff they were wonderful.

Hotel room was a good size, bed was comfortable AC working properly. But Wifi was weak, it was either too slow or not working. The room could use some touch ups for better looks (touch up paint, change chairs for better looking ones, as well as re-do the grout on the tiles as it made it look dirty). Overall it was a good stay. They allowed me to check in a but earlier and also help me store my luggage after check out.

Having stayed ar the Chada on many occasions, i can say that it s very close to all things. The hotel is a little jaded around the edges but everyone is so friendly and nearby restaurants and bars far outway this for the price.

This hotel is centrally located in Khon Kaen and is near everthing you might want from Malls to nightlife. The staff was wonderful my entire stay. I even extended my stay until the 25th. For the money this hotel cannot be beat and I would stay again and would highly recommend this property.

Good location. Good price. .........................

Good location, clean spacious room ,Thai restaurants near hotel

Central but yet difficult to locate unless you have a Thai person with you.

Very central with plenty of eateries and bars close by. Hotel staff are excellent along with the room rates.

Room was clean and well looked but disappointed with bathroom amenities.

The property was in a good location close to shopping, food and nightlife. A short walk to everything. The only problem I had was that the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Good value for the money

Lighting in bathroom poor, but otherwise an excellent hotel for the price. Close to centre with shops, bars and restaurants close by.

We were accepted as Family........... Great Hotel for Chats with staff.............. 5 STARS

Very good hotel. Very clean. Good place. Parking with security guards!!

Very convenient location as it is within 5-10min walking distance to food places and Central Plaza. Room is simple, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Wery good !

Nice hotel in centre of everything. New pool adds to experience.

Nice hotel to stay in Khon Kaen. Close to food, shopping, local area. Nice swimming pool on site. Had an issue with WiFi which unfortunately took over 24 hours to correct. Aside from this was good location to stay and staff were friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it’s nice and modern, clean and pleasant. Handy to a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. Great wifi and TV, aircon and water pressure also fab. Bed a little firm, but still comfortable. Would have been great to have face cloths and more toilet paper, but minor in the big scheme of things. Would definitely stay here again, staff were very helpful. Thanks.

Great hotel in the centre of Khon Kaen. Excellent location. Room was superb for the price. Cheap restaurant just outside of the hotel has decent food. Close to the bars and Central Plaza. Will stay there next time. Enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10.

close to central plaza, city pillar/ temples, night markets and also restaurants

Nice place to stay for the price. Very clean. ........................

Good location easy to find restaurant and convenient store. Hotel is good but not new furniture and need to fix sth. The next building is under construction during our staying.

Stayed in this hotel for a night during my business trip, this hotel does give a very good value for the money. The location is great, very close to shopping malls and a landmark in Khonkaen. The room is big and quite clean especially compare to the price I paid. The service is not that bad. I would recommend everyone to stay here if you are visiting Khonkaen.

My stay was for 8 nights, had a little trouble with language barrier at first when ordering breakfast however that was overcome. They make nice coffee if you're not into instant. This has been my second stay there but two years in between, hence new staff

No negative aspects. All was perfect. I miss chada veranda Khon Kaen. The girl cleaning room was soooo beautiful alsi. Smiles all day. I love those people.

Great location, comfortable and modern at a cheap price

was exactly in the area where we needed to be. Excellent price/performance (600b p/n-p/r)

We had a great stay at Chada Veranda. Everything about the hotel was great, from the location and cleanliness to the value and friendliness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again on my next visit to Khon Kaen.

Nice hotel. Very modern. Rooms are spacious and clean. Excellent WiFi. Only issue was the curtains let light through so you will end up waking up as soon as the sun rises. Staff are helpful.

Great hotel this. Modern, big rooms. Right in centre of city. This will be my first choice in khon kaen from now on. Staff nice too.

Nice hotel but too much noise. Giving Housekeeping a walkie takie is like giving them an alarm clock. They leave it on their trolley in the hallway at full volume while they clean empty rooms. So many stupid hotels give higher priority to empty rooms than those with sleeping guests. The area around the hotel also has construction. So while this is a nice hotel in a good location it didnt deliver the first basic requirement - a good night's sleep!

This hotel is adequate but spoilt by two things: - The early arrival of the cleaners at around 7 am with associated banging of Doors, rustling of bags, conversation and cackle of radios which makes a lie in almost impossible. I cannot understand why they need to start at this time - I have never stayed in an hotel which does this so if you require to 'sleep-in' on your holiday go elsewhere. - The Surly, uncommunicative nature of the Staff at Breakfast who upon arriving barely look up from their mobile Phones and do not speak. Once you have established that you require breakfast it is finally delivered to the table without any eye contact or speech. I also noticed that one morning the Table on which the breakfast (Jam, butter, bread etc) was placed was crawling with little Ants who were in imminent danger of invading the aforementioned condiments. I pointed out this out to the 'staff' gesticulating that there were Mud Mud crawling on the table and that they should clean it but after looking at me with bewilderment they went back to their mobile phones. I then went to the receptionist to point this out who informed them that they should clean it. I appreciate this is not a 4 star hotel but at least it should be kept clean of Ants on the breakfast table and when asked to do so the staff should at least attempt to respect the customers wishes. This is not a language issue as my Girlfriend who being Thai herself has a reasonable understanding of Thai also pointed this out.

Normal stay .good for transit. But hsve to pay for safe

not friendly reception when I check in no smile reluctant to answer my inquirly. But when I check out ,another person is kind to arrange my transportation.

all good

This is an excellent hotel.Very close to restaurants and night life area.Good sized room.I will stay again

It was nice .. Friendly staff . Room was ok . Not a good view ..

I have stayed at the Chada before and I hoped it would be great again ... it was. The staff are very approachable and friendly and helped me out rebooking a flight. I thoroughly recommend.

We were visiting for the Songkran festival, so not your average time in Khon Kaen. That said, the hotel was surprisingly nice for the price, with a very large room, and the location was excellent: right in the heart of the city, near lots of food and entertainment options.

Nice hotel very clean great staff and in walking distance of nightlife area and the 2 main shopping plazas

Easy access in city

Good for value.

I've stayed there, with my family, for 14 days.

Its nice suronding

very convenient and 24 food, near central plaza and 7-11, bar & shop. Every thing good for live.

I was not sure to stay here since someone I know mentioned that it might not be good because of the price. Once I checked-in, I got a very good service and help for changing the room because I booked the twins which was the last room available online, but the receptionist saw me individually checked-in. He offered me double bed which I wanted. Thank you for a very hurry planned trip to this place. I finished my work here with a very good support for sleeping at night in a new building.

This hotel is fairly new and clean and well-run. It's more basic than you'd expect from the photos of the exterior, but better than you'd expect from the very low price. It's a budget hotel. But you do get a nice view, decent location, nice flat-screen TV, large fridge, small desk, and a few small chairs. At the price, it's a good choice for the budget-minded traveler, who doesn't need a fancy lobby and a swimming pool.

The hotel rooms here are not fancy, but they clean and more the adequate. There's a nice flat screen TV and an unusually large fridge for a hotel room. The base rooms are not large, but they are adequate. The view of the Pullman hotel is very nice, if you're on that side. Overall, it's much nicer than you'd expect for the low price. But be realistic - it's not the Westin. You can't expect fancy furniture or a nice desk chair. The hotel doesnt have a wealth of amenities (there's no pool, soaps are tiny). But it does have a free internet (worked well enough) and the staff seemed friendly and competent. I got the impression that they actually care about their online ratings. The location is pretty strategic, since it's close the smallish TukCom shopping center (KFC, Dairy Queen, supermarket) and walking distance to the big Central mall. Many restaurants are within walking distance, as are some night markets. Khon Kaen is very inexpensive by the way.

Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again. Comfortable bed, Great views from the balcony, loved staying here/

I booked from 12 nov to 18 nov but expedia booked 5 night. Lucky all worked out and staff were very helpful and courteous
