Reviewed Sep 11, 2026When we travel, we look for a reasonably priced place with a comfortable bed, a good shower, air-conditioning and heating as well as a television. We don’t spend our days in the room as there is always too much to see and do, but we do like a place to come back to for an afternoon siesta to recharge our batteries. Jayko Boutique fulfils every one of those criteria as well as being in a fantastic location in order to explore the beautiful city of Jerusalem. It is close to many many restaurants, supermarkets and shops, as well as all public transport.. The host was extremely helpful and getting in contact was easy with replies within seconds. If ever I came to Jerusalem again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there.
The only thing I didn’t like about the property was having to leave.

בגדול הכל היה טוב. החדר היה נקי, אהבנו את המקלחת. טובה, נקיה, נוחה, מוארת אהבנו את החלון במקלחת. היתה מלא שמש כיפית בבוקר ואהבנו גם את המרפסת המתוקה. היה בגדול די שווה וכיף. בהחלט מקום לחזור אליו. הם גם שמים לב לפרטים הקטנים.רק לוקח לצוות קצת זמן לחזור.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026מיקום מרכזי עם תחבורה ציבורית נוחה מסביב וכן חניונים לטווח ארוך במחיר סביר. דירה מרווחת. אפשרו לנו להניח את הדברים בדירה החל מ10 בבוקר (עבור שהייה ביקשו תשלום נוסף). המטבח היה מאובזר. יש טלויזיה אחת בסלון ואחת בחדר השינה. זה לא מצוין בתיאור הדירה.
הדירה לא היתה נקייה כראוי. איש הקשר היה חסר סבלנות בטלפון בעת ההגעה. זוג מבוגרים על ספפה לא נוחה והילדים ישנו על מיטה זוגית לרוחב. לא הסכימו לספק לנו שמיכה נוספת. הקומקום החשמלי היה מלוכלך מאבנית והגעיל אותנו להשתמש בו. לחץ מים נמוך במקלחת. הדירה בהחלט דורשת השקעה וריענון.

לא ממליצים בכלל. הגענו אחרי שלוש ומשהו שעות נסיעה כדי לגלות שכל האסלה מלאה בטיפות שתן ושיערות, שיערות גם בכיור, שטיח מלוכלך, שמיכה עם כתמים. זה בלי ליקוים נוספים מסביב. מאחר ולקח לשלוח אלינו מנקה כשעתיים פלוס! נאלצנו ללכת לקנות אקונומיקה ולנקות בעצמנו. על אף התנצלות של בעל הדירה והבטחה לפיצוי עד רגע זה לא טרח לחזור אלינו וללא כל פיצוי.

Lighting in the room was not strong and there was no place to leave luggage when arriving earlier than check in and leaving late than checkout.

שאר החדרים היו מלאים במשפחות עם המון ילדים.ים מזרונים על הריצפה, כל הדלתות היו פתוחות כל היום כדי שהילדים ירוצו בין החדרים(כנראה שבת חתן או ארוע אחר) לא יכולנו לנוח דקה. ריצות של ילדים דפיקות בדלת בלי הפסקה וכאילו היו לנו תופים מעל הראש. צריכים להבין שאם משפחות כל כך גדולות נכנסות לחדרים אז אין טיפת פרטיות ושקט לזוג שרצה שקט בשבת.

המיקום קצת רועש. בעלי הנכס לא הסכימו לביטול למרות שהבקשה הייתה כיממה לאחר ההזמנה וכשעוד יחידות שלהם היו פנויות. הסברתי להם בכנות שהייתה לי טעות בהבנת אופי המקום(רציתי מקום עם לובי וארוחת בוקר משותפת) ועדיין סירבו בכל תוקף לבטל.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025The bedroom was cosy,beautiful space.All the kitchen appliances available.The heater so nice and warm.The bed so magical,I enjoyed my stay and I will come back again.Restaurant,transport and other shops just so easily accessible.Jako Boutique is the best.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025מקום נעים ומקסים בלב העיר ירושלים. מיקום מושלם ודירה רחבה ומוארת, נוחה מאוד עם מטבחון מאובזר ועם כל מה שצריך. הצוות זמין תמיד ונענה לכל בקשה. היינו כבר פעמיים ובטוח נחזור שוב! ממליצים בחום!!

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025המיקום מטורף הכי אטרקטיבי בירושלים! החדר מעוצב בטוב טעם רואים שהשקיעו בניקיון החדר ודאגו שיהיה את כל הדברים שצריך לשהות כגון מיקרוגל, מקרר, כלים, מוצרי הגיינה בשפע, מים חמים. המבנה שקט ונעים.
הספה ישנה, הראש מיטה קצת מאובק וריח כללי לא נעים שמתרגלים ששוהים בחדר.
