The furniture was practical with very little comfort. Sleeping was uncomfortable, I had to sleep without the pillow because it gave me a sore neck. The lighting in the bathroom was unpleasant as well as the strong smell of chlorine.

We were a family of four, the appartment only had sets of towels for 2 people.

הגענו 4 בנות וגילינו שהשירותים לא היו תקינים, לא הגיע אף אחד לתקן אותם בטענה שאיש האחזקה שלהם לא זמין ונותרנו כמה שעות ללא שירותים.. המנהל עשה איתנו וידאו כדי שאנחנו ננסה לתקן אותם באופן עצמאי וגם זה לא עזר. בסופו של דבר העבירו אותנו לדירה ממול אבל היא לא הייתה נקייה (למרות שהמחיר ששילמנו כולל דמי ניקיון)

The property was not very clean, the balcony door and furniture on the balcony was very dusty. The bathroom had a leaking tap which they had to fix and the bathroom furniture was all damaged. The pictures on the website were different to the apartment i received so its quite misleading.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025מיקום מעולה, ממש בתוך השוק, היינו בדירה עם מרפסת שמשקיפה לכנסת. נחמדה מאוד. הדירה מאובזרת. ביום העזיבה, ביקשנו להשאיר את התיקים ולאסוף מאוחר יותר וסייעו לנו למצוא פתרון לכך.
הדירה קטנה, ניקיון סביר ולא מעבר. קצת הסתבכנו למצוא את הכניסה לבניין, צריך לשים לב לכתובת המדויקת שמקבלים במייל ביום ההגעה

הקוד ששלחו לנו לכניסה של הבניין היה הקוד השגוי וב2 לפנות בוקר שהגענו לדירה לא הצלחנו להיכנס ולא היה שירות לקוחות שיענה לנו ויעזור לנו.. נתקענו עד השעה ארבע ורק אז הבנו שהקוד שנשלח הוא קוד שגוי.

הפריע לנו מאדדד שהמיטה השלישית, שזו הספה...קשה מאוד לפתיחה. ממש לא פשוט לפתוח אותה ועד שסוף סוף הצלחנו גילינו שהיא לא 100% תקינה... ולכן גם לא הייתה נוחה לשימוש. בנוסף, אין במקום אף בן אדם שאתה יכול לבקש ממנו משהו שאתה צריך. לא עזרה בפתיחת המיטה ולא מצעים נוספים שחסרו. המארח, שאומנם הוא בן אדם מאוד נחמד, נמצא רק דרך הטלפון ואם לא תפסת אותו, אכלת אותה.... זה לא נוח . בהמשך כשהשגנו אותו הוא גילה אכפתיות... אבל לנו זה היה כבר קצת מאוחר ואחרי לילה מאתגר.

- הדלת לחדר שינה הייתה נעולה כשהגענו ולקח כ2.5 שעות עד שפתחו אותה. - החדר היה מאוד צפוף וקשה לעבור בצדדים של במיטה. - מרפסת פתוחה לרחוב הרגיש לנו פחות נעים לשבת שם.. ממליצה על הקומות העליונות במקום קרקע.. - החדר בנוי צר וארוך. מאוד ממליצה אבל על שאר הקומות של הדירות ששהינו בעבר ולא על הקרקע.

In the description of the room, it said there was a sofa bed. We thought that meant s pull out bed or futon. It was just a big sofa. We had trouble getting hot water in the shower.

The apartment needs wall painting, they look bad, make the apartment look not clean. Also, there is pretty loud noise that comes from ac in the bedroom from time to time.

Mendy our host was so helpful, especially as we needed to extend our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Jerusalem.
a few basics would be helpful (salt, pepper, cooking oil, washing powder, extra toilet rolls, cleaning products). The bedroom is very dark as it is also the safe room, so extra lighting needed. Also a choice of pillows as they were really hard and new towels please.
