Rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Room service was good.

The dish TV was not working as the cables were cut. The tap water stopped suddenly. It seems it was due to empty water tank. Not expected during a hotel stay.

Rooms need maintenance. Doors need to be painted as they are all stained. Housekeeping is poor, and the table, chairs, and counterstops have to be cleaned for the next guests. The shower needed to be fixed as it was leaking from all over the roof. AC was not running well. Ceiling lights are so dim.

Why is booking recommending this hotel? It is an absolute disgrace to your service with this type of unnecessary distasteful listing

1/5 - Do not stay here* Cleanliness was zero. Bathroom had a terrible smell, old bedsheets on the bed, and no basic amenities provided. Very disappointing stay. Hotel needs major improvement in hygiene. They charge 2493 INR and I personally went some other hotels which is better than this . But unfortunately I paid that’s way .

I stayed the hotel a year back, it was clean and good value for the money, but this time the experience was bad, the cleaning could be much better, especially the toilet

No breakfast provided in the hotel. Location is not much near but if there is no other better option is not available then only we can go for this

Room is not clean and not properly maintained. Mainly bedsheets and not clean and mosquitoes are there.

There is no breakfast. No provision for breakfast or bed tea . No hot water for a shower. No assistance to help you with the luggage. Mind you we were a group of people, all above 72. Regret for having chosen this place and paid them so much .

Bad smell from bathroom and lot.of insects

Location was perfect. The lady in the reception was very helpful, nice behaviour very talented lady. Room was not that much neat specially washroom it smells so bad. Thank God that we didn't sleep there we just used room for fresh'n up. If they keel the room cleaned then it will the best place to stay and visit temple. Once again I want to mention location was really perfect for temple visit and that lady receptionist was awesome 😎

The hotel informed us one day prior to our stay that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning and that no alternative arrangement could be provided. Upon check-in, we also discovered that the television remote control was unavailable, as it had been locked in another room and the concerned staff member was away. Unfortunately, the remote was not provided throughout our entire stay. Despite these inconveniences, only a minimal discount of 55 rupees was offered. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this property for future stays.

Once we reached there the hotel people told there is no bookjng in my booking number. 2 weeks back i personaly called and confirm my booking but i dont know what happend the lasf momment. Hotel people clearly told there is no rooms available so we selected other hotel so i will not book any hotel here after through booking .com . Thank you

Rooms are not clean for the price you are paying also the first room which we got had a water issue, tap was not working well then the shifted to another room.

Rooms were big and relatively clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

The bathroom and toilet had very foul smell emanating from the drainage. Had to ask the staff to spray room freshner to disperse d smell. Paint was peeling in few places.

We chose not to stay there since the room was not as per expectations. The pics were misleading.

Receptionist Sobha Mam was so friendly and also accomodated for extra stay which wasn't planned initially while booking. Staffs were friendly overall.

Providing room with basic facilities was lacking like electric kettle and stocking up tea/ coffee items were missing , unless asked, the room wasn't provided with all amenities prior checking. Tv wasn't working properly most of the time and signals were at distress almost all the time. It would be great from Management side ,if these are checked and rectified prior check in .

Needs to provide clean sheets for each customer. Guy at reception argues we as guests have to inspect and ask even as we check in. Few Bathrooms are leaky and shabby
