Helpful staff and spacious rooms with all amenities like breakfast. Also access was given to different sightseeing options from the property and guidance for exploration in Goa.

The location is a bit remote to access the tourist spots but it is very ideal if you want a relaxed vibe.

Had an amazing stay at Treebo Majestic Palms near Colva Beach during our Goa trip! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained — just what you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was ideal, close to the beach yet peaceful enough to unwind. A special mention to Mr. Lucious, the owner — he was extremely cooperative, welcoming, and genuinely caring. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Truly appreciate his kind and down-to-earth nature. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colva for a comfortable and pleasant stay! 🌅✨

I like the ambience.

The proper was neat and clean and was very satisfied with it.

Exceptionally well mainatined and clean property with ample support from the staff and the management. (A little remote site as you would expect in goa, hence you need the support if you are not having your own vehicle).

Breakfast very good and tasty. Location very good, the place was easily accessible and Goa Miles taxis were easily available. We enjoyed seating in the balcony in the evening. We enjoyed our stay there.

Staff is super friendly. Owner maitains the property himself which is why it ensured quality. Breakfast is not elaborate, but its managed pretty well.

PROBABLY THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ANNOYING WAS THE CONSTANT SOUND OF THE AC WATER DRIPPING ON THE TIN SHEET THAT WAS COVERING THE GENERATOR. SINCE THIS WAS RIGHT OUT OF THE WINDOW, THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD IGNORE EVEN WHEN I TRIED HARD. Oh yeah just one more thing.... during breakfast, i really had to insist for a 2nd cup of Tea. The cold look from the staff upon asking it was unreasonable.

Great staff, very comfortable room. I like how you can order food online and eat it at the hotel with their plates and cutlery, so it feels like a restaurant. Lovely facilities. Highly recommended.

Poor communication before arriving. I have an international number so they couldn't contact me apparently. And I couldn't call them, horrible phone system for the generic Treebo Hotels team. My reservation was actually cancelled by the system but still confirmed on booking.com. Thankfully Lucio was very understanding and there was a room still available. And this particular Treebo was really good when I arrived. Also located a bit far from the beach. We really enjoyed the bike ride with free cycles provided. But for some people the 10-15 bike ride may be undesirable. But we also enjoyed being in a quiet area, just helpful to know.

The ambience was remarkable, moments shared were exorbitant.

Hotel caters to basic needs. Its not a fancy place, use it to stay a night or two in transit. Couple of good restaurants about 10 mins walk away.

Excellent breakfast and very good facilities. Excellent manager who made the stay feel homely; he gave excellent advice on how to plan the day in South Goa.

You have to take a bike given by Treebo or a 15 min walk to visit the Colva/ Benaulim beach or nearby town. So the hotel is a bit isolated.

Excellent stay 👌 beautiful location, Lucio was attentive and went the extra mile. The room was spacious had great WiFi. TV had a fire stick. Toilets are very clean 👌 lucio let us the bicycles for free. Enjoyed my stay here and will be back again. 🙌

Welcoming owner and the cleanliest place I have stayed in.. we had a wonderful stay and a peaceful one.

Spacious big room and washroom.. comfortable bed big balcony... extremely clean property.. My biggest plus was the tv had firstick connection with all major apps connected, which I have never seen in biggest of hotels that I have stayed so far. Very close to beach that's a plus. The owner of the property is very kind and always helping and you can strike a good conversation. I had booked for single Occupancy and changed my mind for family but later I landed up riding solo to goa from bangalore and he made all efforts to get the extra cost removed. That was a great gesture. Overall one of the best stay in south goa I can say and affordable price and Spacious living. Great job!!!

This hotel was great. Really affordable, great big room and the team was super helpful. The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.

Location okay but it is a bit of a walk to Benaulim beach road and a bit hair raising with the Goa traffic. You kinda needed to go to the Benaulim centre to find busy bars and restaurants although the nearby coconut cafe was excellent.

The Treebo Majestic Palms is spotless . It's a new build and still in perfect condition. Fantastic shower with lots of hot water . Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a little distance from the beach, but they have bikes and scooters to hire. There is also a man that lives next door that drives a tuk tuk, so never a problem getting around .

the fact that it was a quiet place and not too far from a couple of beaches and restaurants. Also the owner was very obliging and accomadated all our requests and helped us with the transport too.

The bright and hospitable owner-manager makes staying here a treat. Lucio has an MBA and it appears that he must have majored in customer service. He helped me get an Indian SIM card and a long-distance taxi to my next destination. I especially liked the quality loaner bicycles that made it ever so easy to get to the beach.-

The accommodation provided a highly satisfactory experience. The premises were immaculate, exhibiting a high level of cleanliness. The manager and owner, Lucio Menenzes, has given a personal touch to this establishment by attending to even the minutest details. The room itself was spacious, a comfortable bed with a mattress. I particularly enjoyed the invigorating hot shower, which resembled a waterfall. Lucio informed me that it was solar-powered and operated by a robust pump. In addition to the comfortable stay, Lucio went above and beyond by arranging transportation services, including taxi and scooter rentals. Furthermore, he took the initiative to recharge my phone sim card. The level of customer care demonstrated by Lucio was unparalleled in my previous experiences.

First and foremost is the warm welcome and wonderful behaviour of the hotel owner Mr. Lucio who himself looks after everything. Location also nice nearby Benaulim beach and very neat and clean and interior decoration has got a classic taste. Really njoyed our stay there.
