The stroll to the town and beach were ok but the available tuk tuk made more sense

Nice clean and peacefull property with decent amount of space and amenities and host is also very generous person

lovely location and our room was clean and airy although being round the back was a little dark as we didn’t get the sun

property was fine. 10 minute walk to beach actually took 25 at least but lovely when you got there

Clean, spacious room and clean bathroom. Nice kitchenette. Staff were helpful. I checked in around 10 p.m without any issues.

Can't really use kitchenette service as basics like oil and salt are not kept. I fried some bread in butter and the whole room was filled with smoke as there is no chimney or window near the kitchenette. Keeping some information about taxi and bike rental available in the room would be nice. I had to go to reception and wait there while they helped me with this. A fridge with cold drinks to purchase in the reception area would be a very welcome addition to the facilities.

There were no pavements or sidewalks between the hotel and village, it sometimes felt a little unsafe when walking particularly at night

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much bother - from a couple of extra pillows to some wine glasses. Apartments were well equipped, including pool towels. Pool area was lovely. Tuk tuk available to pick up and drop off at restaurants/beach.

There were some noisy residents one night, staff dealt with this swiftly to minimise disturbance, no messing around. Fantastic!

Останавливались в этом отеле в прошлом году на 2 ночи и в этом этом 2026 году, тоже 2 ночи. Хорошее соотношение цена+ качество. Есть разные комнаты, с балконом побольше и меньше. В комнатах есть холодильник, маленькая плита для готовки и посуда. Это удобно. В отеле много отдыхают Европейцев. Бассен выглядит красиво, не пользовались. До пляжа идти пешком погулять не сложно, мы любим гулять. Улочка очень спокойная и тихая, относительно центральной улицы к пляжу Колва. На Колве очень шумно и много людей. До магазинов лучше сходить в Бенаулим или Колву. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть продуктоввй магазин. У пляжа, который находится по дороге от отеля даже можно помыть ноги от песка. Песок светлый, пляж чистый. Есть кафе, мы ходили в кафе Sukorina. Нам там больше нравилось. Для тихого спокойного отдыха.

Качество постельного белья- синтетика. Спать в нём жарко. Индия текстильная страна! Нужно использовать бельё из хлопка. Желаю хозяину поменять постельное белье и полотенца уже тоже серого цвета. С детьми идти будет далеко до пляжа.

Excellent séjour dans cet établissement où nous reviendrons très certainement. Le studio loué était parfaitement adapté à notre attente. Le lieu est à distance raisonnable de la plage. La piscine est fort agréable. Le personnel d’accueil est très professionnel et agréable. Je recommande sans réserve !!!!

Shorter distance to beach would be good

Apartment was large and airy, the bed was comfortable and the shower fine. Staff were very polite and helpful. We were glad our balcony overlooked the street rather than the pool - far more interesting! We would go back, but we don’t mind basic accommodation. If you’re looking for luxury or tasteful decor, this isn’t for you.

Kitchen was poorly equipped. Kettle, toaster, microwave all fine, but only one ring to cook on, and a serious lack of cutlery and utensils.

Beautiful property well maintained and clean rooms. Staff is also very good. Good for family.

Cleanliness was poor. We arrived at apptox. 4 AM amd the room was not cleaned,floor dirty, rubbish under sink, dirty towels stuffed in wardrobe, smell of bad odour throughout the property. The bathtowels have seen better days, no hand towels for use in bathroom. The noise from the air conditioning unit on room above constant rattling in evening. The lack of basic cleaning products, cloths. No slip mat in bathroom (provided later) shower-room water "scrapper", as after using shower floor absolutely soaking so not able to use toilet facilities without it becoming dirty.

Location fantastic away from hustle and bustle and very peaceful. The staff were always happy and sandy and Sam were glad to help with anything. Rachel was proficient in her role as was the other man in reception who helped us book train tickets.

No plug in bathroom sink but we never actually asked for one! A toaster would have been nice but otherwise, kitchen equipment well stocked.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had stayed. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it was super spacious. By car it's 3 mins from Benaulim beach. Very cosy and beautiful location. Loved our stay and will surely be back.

Everything about this accommodation was just simply great. I have been to Goa 4 times, and this is by far the best hotel/apartment I have stayed in. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The staff were exceptional and just really, really lovely people. The surroundings were nice and peaceful and it was only a short walk to the main strip of Benaulim and the beach. The rooms are huge, well decorated and again very clean. Overall, I highly rate this place and would recommend it to anyone. I am 30 and took my mother and it was perfect for us, as it would be for also couples and even families with children. Thanks again, we had a great time 😊🫶🏻

Staff is really helpful and gives you references for bike rental and restaurants. They clean the rooms everyday. Rooms have all facilities like microwave, induction, washing. Location is very central to good cafes and beaches.

Sam and Sandy were really helpful. They were always available if you needed anything. Also, the room was spacious for three people with all the amenities.

LOCATION, ROOM.

These apartments are huge with their own separate kitchen area! The property is well kept and very clean, thanks to the staff. The pool is welcoming to cool down in. There are no food or refreshments currently at this property but shops and bars are within a 5 minute walk away.

Lovely large apartment,clean and the staff were all exceptionally helpful and nothing was to much trouble They have bicycles for hire or you can borrow to pop to shop to pick up essentials the nearest beach is about a 15 min walk but lovely and quite perfect for relaxing. Many thanks especially to Sandy who had all the answers to anything we needed to know so kind and helpful

Stay at this place was really pleasant as the staffs were very kind,polite and cooperative; location wise it was peaceful and near to beach area; even you can get contact and details about rental scooty and auto services (though that was handled by another person which is also good) . As my stay was at 1BHK which was quite specious with required amenities.

Campus doesn’t have food court in it, but you can order from zomato or Swiggy. And if not within walkable distance you will get some stalls for food.

Clean rooms with kitchen utilities, washing machine, microwave and iron. I like the swimming pool a lot and it’s way more cleaner than anyother. The place is very peaceful. I will certainly visit again.

I loved the property. Genuine caring staff specially SAM made our trip exceptionally memorable. He was always there with a smiling face for any help event late night or early morning. We felt home away from home in this property. We’ve got Coastal Suites forever in hearts and well assured whenever we visit Goa this will be our go to place in a heartbeat ♥️ thank you for your hospitality we have left with a wonderful trip and memories to be cherished all our life.

There was nothing wrong with the property

We stayed there for 9 nights in February. The staff were fantastic. Room was clean and spacious swimming pool clean . Had a karaoke night on one of the nights with food provided by the management (delicious 😋) the staff done most of the singing and they were very good. All in all a lovely place and I'm sure we will be back

Only down side is the dogs next door but that's goa

Every thing was perfect. Quiet location. Very clean and operational pool. Humble staff . Not too small and not too big . Well ventilated. Had a mini kitchen and fridge and a washing machine in case u want a long vacation . They also gave and extra bed without any extra charges .

Just one thing would have made it perfect 10. Shower curtain or shower sliding door. Whole bathroom got wet after showers .
