Receptionist didn’t explain about parking. I had to pay. Then morning receptionist was a lot better. Still was an inconvenience to get your ticket to reception then to ticket both then u can use it to get out. It was to much work

The room was super clean with a nice shower and plenty of room. The staff were GRWAT! I would definitely stay there again.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025Nunca me apoyo nadie con mis cosas ni por qué vieron que se me caían todas tuve al final que exigir un botón cuando ya no podía más, los elevadores son un caos por qué el hotel estaba lleno y para subir o bajar era casi media hora de espera les falta mejorar la atención del personal por mucho y si no tienes tiempo o vas en fin de semana la plaza está saturada y no hay estacionamiento entonces tienes que dejar tu vehículo lejísimos del hotel

El hotel está en la zona comercial de Punto Sur, por lo tanto hay a muy pocos pasos una gran variedad de tiendas, restaurantes y casino a elegir. Estacionamiento techado y bien vigilado. Los cuartos son amplios, de buen diseño, acogedores, modernos y junto con el baño, muy limpios. La cama es cómoda y está frente a una gran pantalla de TV. Tiene una gran alberca y el gimnasio está bien equipado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, tanto para estancia familiar como trabajo.

Sin mantenimiento, descuidado, el jabón de pared de la ducha estaba vacío, no tenía con qué ducharme, esto habla del cuidado cero a los detalles, las toallas y sábanas viejas y deshilachadas, el piso de la habitación sucio. Carísimo para lo que es. La experiencia es de un hotel de 3 estrellas carísimo y descuidado.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024Pros: I liked the location of the property. Do not have to travel far for food which is a plus considering how much traffic there is. It takes about an hour to travel 12 miles in midday traffic. Lots of restaurants and shopping upstairs and downstairs. Cons: I booked months in advanced and was placed in a handicapped room. The staff member who checked us in did not mention this. I only realized this once we were in the room. I’m not sure how this happened as I arrived before checkin time so there must’ve been rooms. They should have done a free upgrade. My sister stayed in a different room and ended with bites one of her legs. Not sure if it was bed bugs but they looked like it.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024Hotel service is the worse I have ever seen in my life . They cleaned my room and forgot to replace the towels and floor rag. No problem , I went downstairs and requested it. This was 1pm. By 3:20 pm I still hadn’t received my towels. After many calls and going downstairs twice they sent it. But guess what ? They forgot the face towel and the floor rag ! Service is lousy and they seem not to care about the customer. It’s a pitty because is an ok hotel , but I cannot say the same for the staff. Good service is hard to find in Mexico ! Do not recommend the hotel.

Un aspecto que deja mucho que desear es lo tardado de los elevadores, se debe esperar demasiado para subir o bajar. Creo que deben mejorar ese punto.
