Reviewed Oct 10, 2025It took me 5 min to drive from the Hotel to airport and shuttle took 40 min to pick me up... and in the morning almost loose my flight, since shuttle never arrived at the specified time, I had to walk to the street and take a taxi to the airport.

The VIP wine bottle was a miniature bottle for 1 glass of wine. The location offers limited dining options and the included breakfast was not the best but it offered a free shuttle to the airport that was convenient for us.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025The hotel is ok at best, we didn’t like the staffs communication, I had called into the hotel when I was at the airport to arrange my shuttle service and they had initially answered the phone and told me to go meet at a pickup location. I went to the pickup location and called them and they didn’t answer at all. After we called like 5 times they turned off their phone. We ended up getting a ride from another hotel, we definitely won’t stay here again, we ended up staying

Not a big deal but to step out on a wet floor towel was not fun at 5 a.m. I was aware of the circumstances; just surprised at how much water it ended up being. And we’re talking 5 min. Oh well

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Hangar excels in providing the basic necesities: cleanliness, close proximity to airport, easy customer service, and a transport service to and from the airport. I stayed for one night and I would consider staying here again if needed. There's also a homestyle mexican restaurant conveniently next door. The main hall for the rooms is a bit echoey, and depending on the traffic of people, some voices were loud during the night. Earplugs and an eyemask helped.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025We booked Hangar Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto through Expedia because it was listed as a VIP Access property and I have Gold status. The booking confirmation clearly stated perks including a free bottle of wine per stay and late checkout at 1 PM. At check-in, the front desk said they don’t recognize Expedia perks and called it a “third-party” booking. No bottle of wine was provided, and they tried to make us check out at 12 PM despite our reservation showing 1 PM. We booked this hotel expecting the benefits that Expedia promotes for VIP Gold members, but none were honored. Upgrades were also stated as “not available”. The room itself was fine, but the refusal to provide the advertised perks was disappointing and misleading for a VIP Access property.

She was not even trying to check us in or look up reservation until i asked if there was a problem? She then moved forward to checking us in. No mention of wi-fi or ammenities. This was our 2nd stay here and hope it’s not the last. The room and location was perfect just wished our initial interaction was more positive.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025I really liked the room and the Inn is located walking distance from the airport. What I didn't like was that the Inn is very noisy. There's nothing to stop or attenuate sound sources from other customers entering or leaving their rooms. I heard everything which made it hard to sleep. Also there are noise sources coming from the parking lot area which is next to the room I stayed. Other than that. It's a nice place and the staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025Music was very loud I asked to the lady in the front desk why was a lot of sound since we arrived till we left around 3:30am and she said probably was someone from another room but we don’t believe it because music was very loud. Our room was #311 so I don’t know if this room is close to the bar or clubs but stay away from this room or hotel specifically if you’re looking to have a nice relaxing before going to the airport or after your flight. It’s sadly paying for this hotel when you don’t have mire options.

There are several restaurants around that play extremely loud music, which made it very difficult to get any rest. I believe the hotel should take action — for example, by improving the window soundproofing or installing double-pane glass — so that outside noise doesn’t affect guests’ sleep. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the airport and it’s clean.

They than gave us a room infested with mosquitos, which they sprayed and had us leave for a while. When we came back there was no mosquitos, but the spray smell they had used lingered in the room all night.
