The site was clean and well set out. The security guard was friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience.

Reception staff should be transparent regarding actual booking in time. We were early and told we had a five minute wait which turned out not to be an accurate.

The location was lovely and peaceful and close to the beach

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The caravanes were very clean and surprisingly high‑quality — much better than I expected. They were equipped with everything you might need: pots, cutlery, plates, glasses, wine glasses, and even a wine opener.We were also given a cottage on the edge of the resort, which was perfect. It was quiet, peaceful, and ideal for relaxing. Overall, a great stay and I would happily come back. And I could write much more positive things.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we didn’t know which caravan we would be assigned to until the moment we arrived. It also wasn’t clear whether towels would be provided — and unfortunately, they weren’t.Apart from that, everything was absolutely great. I spent a wonderful time there and I can recommend this place 200%.

Cleaners left a spray bottles on the shelf, no mop head on the mop, crisp crumbs on sofa bed. Ants…clearly not satisfactorily cleaned between bookings. Trim in main bedroom adrift with sharp nails protruding.

Everything was Great

The site was quiet and well maintained. The roads and paths were in good condition. I liked the fact that trees had been planted (which will be helpful for these hot summers we are having). A staff member checked in on us on the first evening which we appreciated. The accomodation was well stocked and beautifully clean.

We could have done with a small shop to get bread/milk etc.. I'm not sure if there was one but we couldn't see it on the map.

Comfortable caravan with 3 bedrooms, clean and airy interior, good WiFi . Double Room was good , twin beds have small space to move . Lounge and dining area are comfortable. Will book again

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The activities for the children were good. The jet skis were great. The indoor play area was clean. The swimming pool and its facilities were very good.

Annoying that the outside film screen didn't work due to technical audio problems, twice. We felt it could have been moved indoors. Also the splash area wasn't working, which the younger children had been looking forward to.

The site is well kept, stayed five years ago when it was new and only a few extra things there. Facilities team good and quick to resolve any issues with the caravan. Good meal deals with a light meal (e.g wrap and chips) and drink/ could be glass of house wine for £12

The cheapest Caravan was very basic and didn’t have any decking which is needed in summer. The third bedroom too small and was well used. All the swimming slots used up where we had booked last minute and facilities not great for teenagers/ 9 year old they got bored just staying on site.

Beautiful, Clean caravans. Great facilities and events for kids. Onsite restaurant and bar was amazing. Staff were super friendly.

For such large holiday park, it would be nice to have bigger swimming pool. Swimming slots were hardly available.

Everything was excellent as always!

There was great kids entertainment and we loved the location - nice walk around the nature reserve and a good park and splash pad, along with an indoor pool.

Caravan had ants on arrival but park was full so we couldn't be moved to another unit, and it couldn't be sprayed as I have a young child. I managed to remove them and prevent them coming back in using washing up liquid. Soft play needs updating as the foam is spilling out and is ripped and torn in lots of places. Definitely needs renewing!

It felt like a home from home. Staff were very helpful and we had an excellent dinner on site. Great location made the drive in and out of Portsmouth trouble free.

I can't actually think of anything. We got exactly what we came for.

The accommodation was reasonably big and well equipped. The park was quiet despite a lot of children.

The Green Room is the only option for food and drinks after 8pm and it is very noisy. Food service can also be very slow.

Location was beautiful. The surrounding wildlife was stunning and the access to paths around the harbour.

Mix up on arrival as someone else was already in our caravan, we were then given theirs which was smaller. Splash park was out of action the whole time we were there. Over an hour waiting for food on the first evening with desserts arriving before mains. Very noisy while trying to get kids to sleep as surrounding caravans were in hot tubs and oblivious to anyone else.

Not too busy night little site for a few days

Wasn't cleaned to a high standard. No key lock for front door as its a fob. Wasn't ideal as my son could just pull the handle to unlock it. No curtain net on long living room windows so people could see in.

We had a great stay at mill rythe, perfect for the children, great location, lots to offer and close to a supermarket for anything you need. We would go back again.

A few people smoking weed onsite, meaning we had to close all windows at night when it was peak summer heat. 30+ ċ not the best when you have small children

Location and for me and my son we had an 8 berth so felt very comfortable

There was no decking or outside seating , we paid a lot more than other sites so it would of been perfect to have the outside space for seating

Clean caravan and well kept grounds. Staff were all very kind and friendly. We were without children but could see it had a good set up for family entertainment.

Single beds in the caravan are not suitable for adults. I am 5ft 5 and not very heavy and my feet were hanging off the end. The mattress was also very poor, I could feel all the springs and the base of the bed. The park was also quite far from the beach and couldn’t use the pool as it was fully booked for our entire stay.

I enjoy the part where there was enough entertainment for the children. I loved the silent disco and bingo as well.

I didn't like that we couldn't get spot on the pool. And the food at the green room take too long to arrive. Also there wasn't much variety of food .

Swimming pool was fully booked and no one informed us also the stuff was annoyed with customers or something 😒 .

The only thing that wasn't so good were the ants inside the van. Under the van was sprayed by one of the maintenance team but it made no difference, so we were unable to cook or keep food in the caravan.

This is a rebuilt site with all new facilities. Like it!

We booked this as just a place to stay for 2 nights to visit family on Hayling following a bereavement so wasn't your typical "holiday". The accommodation was comfortable. We had a superior caravan, 3 bedroom - 1 double with ensuite toilet/sink and two twins. No air con or fans so it was very hot, although we weren't there for the hottest part of the day. We didn't use the facilities other than the onsite restaurant. Remember to take your own towels!!

Couple of negatives. I did have a few ants in the bedroom, only noticed on the last night so informed reception when we checked out. The restaurant, we ordered food and drinks via the app, waited about 20 mins, no drinks so then asked to find out the app had gone down and no orders had been received!! Were told our order had then gone through but ended up waiting quite a bit for our drinks and probably an hour in total to get our food. So would suggest not using the app if you're particularly hungry!! Once it arrived the food was ok (chicken tikka masala)

It was a great location, private and excellent accommodation, with lots of stuff for the kids to do.

We had a family of ants taking over one of the rooms, we could not get rid of. That was tricky but the only thing that was a gripe, other than that, it was great.

Location was lovely and quiet. Inside the caravan was perfect and very well prepared by Lucy. Staff throughout were very welcoming and friendly.

Glass on the patio could have been cleaned to remove cobwebs, and new cover required on hottub to stop debris getting in. Door warps in heat.

I liked everything

The bed was broken and had to report 4 times before something was done about it as the broken legs were just put back on the bed so it would break again when anything was put on it. The toilet button broken off.

A lovely location (although the traffic into Hayling Island is appalling). The caravan was nicely furnished. It was very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant was cool and the food was pretty good (see comments below).

There was an ant infestation in the caravan. We asked for it to be remedied, and we are not sure whether anyone visited as it was just the same when we returned in the evening. We took it upon ourselves to resolve and we managed to keep the ants down to a minimum. There was no low lighting offered, so no lamps in the lounge, no bedside lights and no dimmers fitted. Just very bright overhead lighting. This was a great shame, and could be easily resolved. Food offering on a Sunday was farcical. It stops at 8.00pm and as I went to order, a large group came in ahead of me. By the time I got to the front it was gone 8.00pm and I was refused service. We were there until 8.30 pm and meals were still being served!! Thankfully a very kind member of staff recommended a good Indian Restaurant, which delivered to our caravan - it was delicious!

Exactly where we wanted to be!

The site was very accessible, clean and tidy. We only ate in the resturant the 1 night out of the 5, but there was a good choice on the menu and both me and my oldest son enjoyed the meals we had. Unfortunately we only used the accommodation as a base because we attended the Goodwood Festival, and they were long days.

There was nothing that particularly stood out for me or caused an issue.

Should have provided fans in this hot weather. Bit of an issue with ants in and around door of caravan which was annoying. Bit of smell from drains Bar service in missing squirrel was painfully slow Sunday night. Food was good quality. Need more draft lagers of better quality on draft. Madri horrible, just over priced Carling. Access road quality, terrible.

Friendly welcome. Park was very clean and tidy and looked really nice when you walk round. Style and design of the bar was lovely. Caravan was clean and modern.

Swimming pool was not open for public swimming on the day we arrived. More could have been done to control the temperature in the van for arrival. It was 39 degrees in the van with windows closed and took a long while to get to a temperature that was bearable. Would have been good to have had some kind of shop for basics.

The site is a very well looked after, extremely peaceful and very friendly staff. The accommodation was very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped.

Unfortunately the restaurant food wasn't that great. We had a meal very over cooked, another meal completely different to what was ordered and a 3rd meal given with a substitute due to running out of rice.

Very well-maintained resort, beautiful cabins, modern and very comfortable.

Lack of fans or air-conditioning. The hot tub was too hot in the heatwave. Please remember to book your swimming session in the pool, as it's not free access.

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Die gesamte Anlage ebenfalls sauber und modern.

Die Ausstattung war nicht ausreichend. Es fehlten Suppenteller und große Müslischüsseln. Benötigt wahrscheinlich nicht jeder, aber zu einem vermieteten Mobilhome gehört eine komplette Ausstattung.

No clear signs of where to go to get to your caravan, the dryer rack was too small and the noise from outside from construction was very noisy in the morning.

The entertainment venue and the outdoor surroundings were fabulous.

The caravan was awful. Dirty. And for the price we paid, we were expecting some decking for evening chilling. Instead we got steep steps out of the patio doors and the main door. Our caravan was full of ANTS!! Even after a maintenance guy came and sprayed some sort of pesticide inside and outside the caravan!! Stains all over the carpets and furniture and food marks up the walls. . Previous occupants belongings under the mattress/bed in the bedroom.

Most of the facilities were new and absolutely stunning. Far exceeded my expectations. Really lovely park and friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

The only downside was the pool facilities. The changing room are in desperate need of an update. The showers didn't work properly and the majority of the lockers didn't work. This is the only negative I have as the rest of the facilities were so brilliant.
