Hotel położony na uboczu. Totalna cisza i spokój, dźwięki przyrody. Obiekt zdecydowanie przeznaczony dla osób które chcą się zrelaksować. W całym sporym obiekcie na 4 dni pobytu przez 3 dni byliśmy jedyną rodziną a tego pierwszego dnia była jeszcze jedna rodzina. To znaczy, że tylko nasza czwórka przez 3 dni przebywała w hotelu. Pod względem odpoczynku to kosmos, cały bardzo duży i bardzo czysty basen z ciepłą wodą tylko dla nas, bar tylko dla nas, plaża tylko dla nas. Na plaży Pan strażnik, cały czas uśmiechnięty, starał się jak mógł aby nam uprzyjemnić pobyt, pomóc w czymkolwiek. To był strzał w dziesiątkę po ponad dwóch tygodniach podróży po Wietnamie, taki odpoczynek. Plaża z bardzo łagodnym/płytkim wejściem, woda ciepła. Dla dzieciaków raj. Domki, super. Mega czyste piękny salon, dwie sypialnie i dwie super łazienki pod gołym niebem. Codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątane. Samo branie prysznica to była przyjemność. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Dodatkowo dostaliśmy rowery, co ułatwiało poruszanie się po ośrodku. Te tereny przeżywają wyraźny kryzys gospodarczy, tak więc w okolicznych hotelach jest pusto lub prawie pusto. Dużo hoteli stoi porzuconych lub ich budowy nie zostały dokończone. Na początku byliśmy zaskoczenia ale potem doceniliśmy to bardzo. Zrelaksowaliśmy się jak miliarderzy podczas pobytu we własnej posiadłości. Tyle osób pracowało tylko dla nas i naprawdę byli cały czas nastawieni optymistycznie i pogodnie.

Niestety strefa spa nie działa od dawna, tak naprawdę nie ma dla kogo, brak gości. Brak siłowni, to najbardziej mi przeszkadzało. Tak przydałaby się siłownia na wieczorne lub poranne treningi. Przydało by się częstsze sprzątanie plaży, chodzi o plastik (To problem całego Wietnamu).

Our confirmed 3-bedroom villa reservation was canceled at the last minute during New Year peak season. The property informed us privately that the reason was “renovation”, while the official Booking.com notification stated overbooking. This contradiction raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability. As a result, we were forced to urgently book a more expensive alternative elsewhere. If you value certainty and honest communication, do not rely on this property, especially for family travel or a peak dates.

The villas are architecturally beautiful, with high ceilings and tasteful décor. I appreciated the attention to sustainability, minimal plastic, organic amenities, etc.

Ưu điểm: - Phòng ốc rất rộng, Internet TV, máy lạnh khá mới. - Giường, chăn, nệm sạch sẽ - Rất yên tĩnh giúp ngủ khá ngon - Nhân viên khá nhiệt tình - Ăn sáng tạm ổn

Nhược điểm: Vị trí vắng vẻ, hầu như không có người qua lại, không có bất cứ điểm vui chơi nào bên ngoài. Bên trong do quá ít khách nên các tiện ích đều bị cắt giảm hoặc không đảm bảo. Cụ thể như: - Những khu nuôi thú bỏ hoang - Những căn villa đang sửa chữa ngổn ngang - Phòng chơi em bé không hề mở điện hay có máy lạnh, dưới cái nắng Bình Thuận thì phòng này cho có, không sử dụng được. - Rất nhiều phòng và tiện ích nhìn như bỏ hoang - Xích đu, bập bênh, xe đạp đa số đều hư hỏng ít nhiều, không đãm bảo. - Không hề có cứu hộ ở khu hồ bơi hay hỗ trợ ở các phòng tiện ích, chỉ có cứu hộ ở bãi biển Muỗi ở nhà vệ sinh ngoài trời, ruồi ở khu ăn sáng, dù resort đã chuẩn bị 2 chai tinh dầu đuổi muỗi cho khách nhưng cũng không hiệu quả lắm.

Staff were lovely and the surroundings were pristine.

The landscaping is stunning and the air feels so fresh. I loved waking up to birds and ocean waves. Breakfast options were decent.

Stayed 1 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The layout of the resort makes you feel like you have your own private world. I loved the open-air bathroom and the landscaping. Every detail felt thought out.

I came here solo after a work trip in Ho Chi Minh City, just looking for peace and nature, and I found exactly that. My villa was spotless, well-designed. Staff were kind and remembered my name, which was a nice touch. My only gripe is the Wi-Fi strength in some corners of the room, but hey it helped me unplug. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and authentic Vietnam beach experience

From the warm welcome to the comfortable bed, everything was excellent. I’d recommend this resort to anyone who wants peace, privacy, and a gorgeous beach

Loved the villa’s outdoor shower. Staff were lovely and the surroundings were pristine. The only drawback: the restaurant closes a bit early

I was a bit unsure at first since the resort is in a more secluded part of Binh Thuan, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Beautiful architecture, lush greenery, and a sense of space that’s hard to find in city life. I appreciated the welcome fruit. One small suggestion would be to have a gym. But everything else? Perfectly curated.

Because place but very remote.

We stayed twice as long as we’d planned as Perolas Villas was the most perfect place we’ve found where we’ve been able to work remotely and relax completely in our downtime. The staff were charming, attentive but never intrusive and did all they could to help us make the most of our time. Internet connection was excellent and we were able to make video calls with no interruptions. The separate sitting room enabled us to have the space to conduct meetings without intruding on each other. Most mornings we would start the day by wandering on the beautiful beach, often, with the exception of someone fishing, the only ones around. The massages were so relaxing, and we also loved the billiard room! And the pool was stunning and kept incredibly clean. The ‘outdoor’ bathroom was a bonus too! We had a couple of days when we left the resort to visit Ta Cu mountain and into Phan Thiet both of which we’d recommend.

Felt very abandoned when we were there in November, think we might have been the only guests there. It seems a bit worn down and not very well kept, but would be a great space if it was managed better! Lots of potential, maybe its better in season. Lovely (and empty) beach. Staff were nice, but don’t speak/understand English.

제일 큰 빌라를 친구 4명이서 갔는데, 빌라 자체 시설은 훌륭하나. 프라이빗 풀은 바닷물과 섞여있는듯이 짠물이였으며, 2층 마스터룸에서는 샤워랑 욕조 세면대 전부 뜨거운물이 안나왔고. 청소시 환기를 했나 체크인했을때 빌라 내부 전체 및 각 방에 벌레가 엄청 많았으며, 제일 불편한점은 내선전화로 프론트랑 연결이 안되, 유선전화로 직접 전화하거나 잘로로 대화해야하고 프론트랑 직원 전체적으로 영어가 잘 안통함. 재 방문의사 없음

A bit in the nowhere. Breakfast not so nice, little choices, sea view villas are great. Cocktails not so nice.

Check that the advertised buffet breakfast is available. We bicycle tour and were looking forward to it, but they didn't have it.

Value for money, we had a spacious villa all to ourself. as there were no restaurants nearby, we ordered room service food 4 times during 2 nights 3 days stay. Both western food and asian food cooked properly and came in big portion. They took 30-40min to cook so order early if you are hungry. most of the guests were local Vietnamese and they came for company' events. We enjoyed the long shallow beach which is just next to the swimming pool and literary nobody were there. Very quiet place and cycling around the resort was unforgettable experience. I did 60min aroma spa at the resort which was nice as well.

The location is middle of nowhere and it is almost 3.5hours drive away from HCMC. We went to the area as we wanted to go to white sand dunes. The tour didn't pick us up from the resort as it is far from assemble area. central part of the city is one hour away from the resort and there are no Grab available in the area. Ask the hotel staff to arrange for transport if you want to move around but it costs more than Grab. The hotel staff does not speak English so we used Google translate which was fine.

This is the place you can expect to meet your expectations when spending time with family.

Hele nette en mooie accommodatie op een mooie locatie en voldoende mogelijkheden met activiteiten. Nadeel is dat het eten wat in het restaurant aan het strand geserveerd wordt ergens anders wordt klaargemaakt. Dit komt de kwaliteit en de representatie niet ten goede.

The room was lovely. A huge comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Very clean. Bikes are provided to get around the resort.

We were very surprised that for such a lovely resort the breakfast room was empty! Although included in the price, when we turned up for breakfast all that was available in the dining room was a jug of water. No fruit juice, no food whatsoever. When we asked for a coffee, we were told via google translate, that there was no coffee available. We were then told by one guy, who we thought was a guest, but turned out he was the chef that he could cook an omelette or chicken and rice. We asked for the manager but she was not at work yet. We went back to our room and 15 minutes later, the manageress knocked on our door and said we could have breakfast by the pool. We took her up on her offer and our breakfast arrived by golf buggy 1/2 hour later, stone cold. Had it not been for the breakfast, or lack of it, we would have stayed longer. They would be better to advertise as no breakfast than to include it in the price and not provide it.
