Reviewed Sep 19, 2026El check in fue muy bien, el staff es agradable y el desayuno fue un plus. La piscina estuvo bien pero pasan TANTOS coches y camiones que tenía que GRITAR para hablar con mi amiga.
El ruido de la carretera es descomunal. La ducha es bipolar e imposible de regular. Las habitaciones son super oscuras, no tienen luz natural. Tuvimos mucha alergia por las mantas (no tienen nórdico / acolchado). Por las noches estaba frío. Esperábamos tener dos camas dobles y al final fueron una y dos camas individuales. La habitación era grande pero no funcional. La luz de noche no iba. En definitiva, no quedamos satisfechas con la posada y fue peor de lo que nos imaginábamos.

Es un poco complejo comunicarse con ellos dado que te escriben de muchos números, además, parecen no comunicarse entre ellos, dado que primero me cobraron el IVA, luego otro número me escribió para reembolsármelo y nunca me hicieron el reembolso, es realmente decepcionante.

The room did have a noticeable damp smell, likely from lack of air flow in the bathroom. Overall, a nice place.

El desayuno podría mejorar. Pese a lo bonito de los espacios comunes, no se pudieron usar por mantenimiento del hotel. Los dormitorios son un poco oscuros. La ubicación es práctica para llegar a las cataratas y salir a Brasil, pero si se quiere ir caminando al centro, son unos dos kilómetros.

Morgenmaden kunne være bedre. Badeværelset var ikke helt ok, der var meget mug/skimmelsvamp i loftet. Lidt langt at gå til byen og fx butikker/restauranter.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Le personnel est très agréable, nous avons même eu droit à un petit cadeau pour notre anniversaire de mariage. La chambre est grande et agréable et nous avons très bien dormi (le grand lit est très confortable). Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix. L'hôtel est près de la frontière brésilienne, très pratique pour aller voir les chutes d'Iguazu du côté brésilien et non loin de l'entrée au parc côté argentin.
Des travaux avaient lieu en journée, nous avons du demander à l'accueil de faire quelque chose et immédiatement les travaux se sont calmés. Il manque des interrupteurs afin d'éteindre les lumières au niveau du lit. Impossible d'utiliser la piscine ou au moins le jacuzzi car l'eau n'est pas chauffée. Pas de repas sur place à part le petit déjeuner. Des bouteilles pourraient être proposées dans le mini frigo de la chambre.

I forgot 2 rings there and although they said they found them but then never mailed them to me (living in Argentina), giving excuses why it was not possible.
