Pero llegas y te reciben genial, los desayunos son fantásticos, muy amables en esa sección del día que es de los Highlights de nuestra estadía y la terraza funciona para compartir un rato y okay
La cortina del baño... Hay oportunidades con divisiones sencillas o más bonitas... Ese detalle le baja presencia a los baños. Las Almohadas, eran muy blanditas para nuestro gusto y necesidad

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Resaltó la pulcritud, amabilidad comenzando por los porteros , personal de habitación, cocineras y barmanes, la sazón es muy buena y las dificultades nuestras fueron solucionadas con mucha diligencia.
Lo único que creo debe ser mejorado es la calidad del café o tinto, no corresponde con la calidad en todos los demás elementos que hacen de este lugar un sitio elegante, cómodo y con aroma a hogar !!!

A las 05:30, creo que ha sido el personal del desayuno, nos ha despertado con la música a tope. Nos hemos acordado de toda su familia….🤬🤬🤬 Normalmente, la gente va a las discotecas a escuchar música y a los hoteles a descansar. Eso habría que explicarle a esa persona.

The area is residential and not many venues within walking distance. Overall, my experience was great! I highly recommend it.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2023Everything! After our trip to cartegena, we needed a comfortable and modern place to relax for the remainder of the trip. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is great in my opinion. The chef, the cleaning , the staff, the receptionists, the security were all helpful and professional. The bathroom is really modern and big compared to other hotels which was a big advantage for my lady. The photos were accurate. Hopefully, they add some chairs to the 5th floor deck. It's a really nice spot to spend time.

Believed I was receiving good value for two days with breakfast included, but ended up paying almost double because I had lunch at the hotel restaurant and drank a small bottle of Gatorade and fruit juice from the refrigerator. I know price gouging, but theirs is absurd. The rooftop terrace, a selling point in the photos, is under construction and not usable.

There are many. The location is in a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood without any signage, and it seems the owner doesn’t want neighbors to notice this is a hotel. It’s difficult to get in and out of the gate to even buy some grocery. The stores nearby all close early (some at 5:30pm). In the room, there is no night table so despite room’s large size, it’s difficult to live in it. The breakfast is bare minimum.
