二日目に掃除機をかけて欲しい

Tout l emplacement la propreté la piscine je ne peux pas dire l'accueil puisque on fait tout électroniquement avec des hologrammes assez marrant, mais par compte quand on a une question, ils sont disponibles notamment pour payer le parking

Very good location in Kagoshima, close to many restaurants, sights (acquarium and ferry to volcano) and transportation to/from airport via bus. Easy usage of free luggage lockers.

Not the biggest fan of automated checking without any human present. The onsen was lacking any form of decoration or relaxing spirit, was just a plain bath without anything special - Dormy Inn group is doing much better in that.

期待以上です。受付は有名なワクワクする作りで、変なホテルに来れた！と言う楽しみが味わえます。部屋も清潔で、ツインベッドの部屋にデスクがあるのも非常にありがたかったです。部屋には服のエアクリーニング機なるものがあり、濡れたお洋服も乾燥モードですぐ乾きました。また何と言っても大浴場、近くに大浴場のある宿が見つからなかったのもあり非常に助かりました。ユニットバスで縮こまって浴びるシャワーではなく、大浴場で豪快に頭を洗え、足を伸ばして浸かれるお湯があるのは最高ですね、旅の疲れも癒せました。

ロビーにゴミ箱があると助かります。

Excellent hotel business avec chambre de taille petite mais raisonnable, grand bain public et possibilité de stationner au parking voisin pendant 20 heures pour un prix très raisonnable (1500¥).

Pas de personnel à la réception sauf à la demande. Tout se fait de manière informatique. Indications pour le parking absentes. Heureusement que quelqu'un etait sur place.

Mottozimmer sehr lieb eingerichtet - hatten das Shinkansen Zimmer, einfacher Self Check in - sehr viele amenities! Mangas!

とてもお安くなっていて、場所的にも大満足でした。

水回りの汚れが少し気になりました。

2回目の宿泊です。部屋も大浴場も清潔で立地も便利。また利用します

給水機や氷などが置いて有りバイキングのアメニティーも沢山有り便利でした。

子供用の歯ブラシ有れば尚良し。 大浴場のお湯の温度が低いと良かった。 子供には熱い。

変なホテルなのに変なところがショボいし、スタッフが少ないため対応に時間が掛かる。

天文館メイン通りロケーション（ただし車寄せはない） 新しくて清潔 シングルベッドが大きい 大浴場（小ぶりだけれど） 外部に営業もしている朝食レストランの定食が丁寧で美味しい（ご飯のおかわりもできる）

昔、東京で展開したばかりの頃の「変なホテル」はチェックインを恐竜のロボットがしていたと記憶しています。今回それを楽しみにしていましたが、ホログラムになっていて…進化したのかもしれませんが、リアル恐竜だともっと良かったなあ。

部屋は清潔きれいで、居心地が良かった。また大浴場も良かった。

部屋のテレビの所に鏡が欲しかった。またドライヤーが風力が強すぎて風力の調整ができるドライヤーが欲しかった。

El perdonal muy lindo, pero la comunicacion ers digicil porque hablaron muy poco ingles.

アクセスが良い。 朝食が素敵。 受付が面白い。 コンセプトのあるお部屋もあったがそういうのじゃないお部屋を選んだが、落ち着いていて良かった。 部屋のテレビが見やすい。 ツイン部屋だったがテーブルが、2人で買ってきたものを食べるのにはちょうど良い形、広さだった。 宿泊部屋や大浴場に行くにはカードキーをエレベーター内部のボタンの下にかざす必要があり、セキュリティとして良いと思った。

The hotel was in a great location, super clean, in great condition, quiet and comfortable. Although it was self check in, a staff was available to help us when we had an issue. The spa area was spacious and very clean.

We found the mattresses a bit on the hard side but that is quite common in Japan.

提携している一階のレストランで、おにぎり・ご飯・おかゆ・肉寿司・鯛茶漬けからえらべる朝食が美味しかった。パン派の人はゴメンナサイかも。

変なホテルは初めて利用しましたが、チェックインが無人なため、クーポン利用の際はチェックイン前に人を呼んで申し出る必要がある事に（掲示はしてあったが）気付かなかった。チェックインのやり直しはさせて頂けたが、やはり有人チェックインの方が丁寧と感じた。

The breakfast was awesome the staff even made up a vegetarian meal for my wife not on the menu which was greatly appreciated. We were checked in and out by a hologram which was a novelty as was the “concept” room. The location was very handy but unfortunately we arrived in time for an extreme weather event which limited our activity in Kagoshima

部屋がきれい。ベッドが広かった。 繁華街に近いけど窓を閉めれば比較的静かだった。 安く泊まれた。 非対面でチェックインできる。

部屋が香料くさかった。清掃した人の服からにおいがうつってるのか、布団も柔軟剤のにおいがほんのりしていて、これまでホテルではそういうことはなかったので、少し残念でした。

お風呂の温度と水風呂の温度は最高でした 朝食美味しかった

Considering the low price, this was more than OK. It's easy to reach from the main train station and is right next to a major shopping, food and entertainment area. The hotel itself is fine, however it doesn't look super new or modern. Although the room was rather small, we had enough space, and the LG Styler was also nice to have. We didn't miss anything significant. Most amenities are on the reception floor, along with washing machines and luggage storage. This is mostly a self service hotel, but staff is on location to help, if needed.

I simply don't like carpet floor, there were many stains in the hallway and also some in the room. The bathroom was tiny. The kind of tiny where a part of the sink is in the shower. We sent our luggage forward to our next hotel (from the same chain), and I had the impression that the staff member was a bit overwhelmed with the request. It worked out fine, but the process was very slow and the complete lack of English in tourism is a bit worrisome.

もっと恐竜のイメージが強かったのですが、あまり変ではなかった スタッフの方の対応は、とても良かったです

桜島島か見ることができなかく残念でした。

The room was decent with nice new air conditioning. The room looks new and the toilet too looks clean and new. The reception was cute with the Dinosaur and Samurai greeting you but we still had to call for help to register and get our room keys. The staff were really helpful with parking as well. She did the math and showed us it was cheaper to get the Hotel's parking voucher than parking by the hour. She was really patient as we had to use Google translate to communicate.

The parking was next to the hotel so though it was extremely inconvenient but because we were not familiar with the area we had to first park our car at another parking lot, find the hotel and ask them for directions to their carpark then had to go through how much it cost to park there if we buy the voucher from the hotel. It really took quite a lot of time aftershock then we had to go back to the carpark, drive our car to the hotel's car park and get our luggage to the hotel. Overall was a tiring experience.

大浴場が良かった。立地が中心地で便利だった。 ホテル全体がキレイで清潔感があった。

コーヒーが欲しかった。（部屋にもなし） せめて、朝食のレストランでコーヒーサービスが欲しかった。 部屋のカーテンを開けると一面隣の壁！！光がほとんど入らず、朝から電気をつけなければならないのが残念。

Camere piccole senza visuale, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera perché la,prima era troppo piccola con il letto messo in un angolo e la moquette era appiccicosa. Ci hanno dato una camera a due letti

The whole experience was good. The novelty of being greeted by a dinosaur hologram, but staff are also on hand to help with a smile. For the cost, this was an excellent night's stay and we went over to Sakarajima, which is very accessible and easy to get to.

I liked everything.

ロケーションは天文館近くリムジンバス停も近くとても利便性いいです！ 朝食も美味しく朝からパワーアップ

Manche Zimmer haben kaum Tageslicht weil sie seitlich durch ein Nebengebäude verdeckt sind

les chambres sont très modernes le petit dej est pas mal, ce n'est pas un buffet mais un menu que l'on choisit. Les horaires sont très larges, pratiques. Onsen à l'étage assez joli Bien placé et parking partenaire juste à côté

立地が天文館前で良かったです。 大浴場付きで、疲れが取れました。ベッドの向きが、従来の向きと違い、窓側に頭が向いて使い勝手が良く、洋服の簡単なクリーニングマシンが設置されていて、臭い取りが出来、画期的でした。

朝食のメニューが、和食だけなので、バイキング形式だと嬉しいですね～。食事は、美味しかったですよ！
