Very clean, good facilities - breakfast included (which we missed due to leaving early). Its also walkable to shops and restaurants.

荷物が置きにくい。玄関が広くて部屋が狭いので、スーツケースを部屋で広げることができず、レイアウトを不便に感じる。

全く不満はないです！

Reviewed Jun 28, 20261.先住3晚，寄存行李後輕裝再往溫泉旅館3晚，再回來入住時，3行李已放置在房間中了，十分體貼。2.服務人員十分有禮貌及耐心。3.1樓有咖啡及冰茶。4.連住選擇不清潔房間，會將備品掛在門把上。5.走到往空港之巴士起站只需10數分鐘。票價1500日圓，最好留1小時時間。6.附近山形屋百貨公司10:00-19：00及天文館，應該可以買足大部分的物品，建議留一整天。7.每層僅尾碼11之方間有櫻島火山景觀。

1.面對櫻島火景觀其實在兩遮蔽物中間。2.雙床房規劃浴室在中間，切斷了臥室整體性，感覺狹小，不過規劃有感覺用心，如窗前小沙發等。3.自助洗衣機烘乾機各兩組，本以為會等候，後發現洗衣機30分400日圓，烘衣機每15分鐘200日元，烘衣機使用60分才烘乾，1200日圓，是十數天以來最貴的。正常是洗衣機200-300日圓，烘衣機20-30分100日圓。4.可能未達到四星級規模。

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Posizione eccezionale vicino a viuzze e gallerie piene di vita e localini interessanti. Vicinissimo anche al porto da dove parte il traghetto per Sakurajima. Personale cortese e disponibile. Il parcheggio è di fronte alla struttura e lo si paga una volta arrivati in albergo, quindi molto comodo. Se soggiornate per più notti e lasciate affisso il segnale che indica che non occorre la pulizia della stanza, vi lasceranno fuori dalla porta della camera una borsa con asciugamani puliti, bottiglietta d'acqua e fazzoletti.
Non ho nulla da segnalare.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026We picked this prior to taking the ferry to Yakushima, and it is a prime location for this pre-ferry-night. It is a 10min walk to the ferry from this hotel, and at the same time close enough to a lot of great restaurants in Kagoshima and places to go to on the day before. The breakfast in the hotel is very extensive, as it is a set breakfast that you pick (also western set options, but we opted for Japanese breakfast). Tip for when you take the ferry, is to check if you need the left or right terminal (Yakushima slow ferry is to the right when facing the water).
It has a bit “stuffy carpet” smell, especially in the hallway and a little bit in the room. Also the breakfast area is a bit small, so make sure to pick your timeslot the day before if you want to have breakfast in time before you need to leave.

Da ich nur 2 Näche blieb und mit kleinem Gepäck reiste, kam ich mit der offenen Kleiderablage zurecht. Es wurden vier verschiedene Frühstücke angeboten, bei freier Café-Wahl. Ich empfehle Italien-Blend. Die Lage zwischen dem Vergnügunfszentrum und dem Hafen ist Ideal. Alles ist fussläufig in wenigen Minute. Erreichbar, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Um die Ecke ist ein 24/7 Store.
Was mir nicht gefiel. Ein Aufzug kann bei 11 Stockwerken zu Wartezeiten führen. Ich war um 14:00 im Hotel. Für einen sofortigen Zutritt zum Zimmer wollte man eine Extragebühr. 30 min später, war es ohne Gebühr möglich. Das enttäuscht im Dienstleistungsoroentierten Japan, bin ich das von Europa noch gewöhnt. Dass ich mich für eine Frühstückszeit entscheiden muss ebenso. In Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz geht man Fühstücken, wenn einem danach ist.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Hafen im Zentrum von Kagoshima. Es ist ideal für Reisende die auf verschiedene Inseln fahren wollen. Das Zentrum ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man konnte wählen zwischen einem japanischen und europäischen Varianten.
Das Zimmer war relativ klein und ohne Schrank oder sonstigen Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel verfügt auch nicht über einen Parkplatz für Autos.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The location was excellent, with many restaurants and dining options within walking distance. It was also very convenient for visiting Sakurajima, as the ferry terminal was nearby. We especially enjoyed the ochazuke breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day.
The room was a bit smaller than other hotels we have stayed in. While it was clean and functional, guests who prefer more space may find it somewhat compact.

Reviewed May 22, 2026La ubicación al lado de los ferrys (no tanto de la estación kagoshima-chuo) aunque al lado se coge el tranvía que te lleva. Cerca de tenmonkan (tiendas y restaurantes). Habitación muy grande para lo que suelen ser los hoteles en Japón. Desayuno kaiseki muy rico.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Le confort de la literie, la chambre est bien équipée, aménities, bouteilles d’eau. nous avons passé deux nuits au calme. La situation est parfaite : à 7 min à pied du terminal des ferry pour yakushima, 10 min de l’arrêt de bus pour les bus aéroports, et proche des arcades shopping . Le petit déjeuner inclus est excellent et copieux , on nous a permis de choisir entre 3 menu la veille, pour nous ce fut le set Japonais . Je remercie le réceptionniste qui a été patient pour nous aider avec un problème de Takkyubin . Tout le staff est chaleureux, vous serez très bien accueilli.
