Άψογο πρωινό και πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο γενικότερα.

Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, με άνετο δωμάτιο και πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber mit einem schönen Promenade Ausblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Das Personal waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Υπέροχο, καθαρό, άνετο ξενοδοχείο πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, ( ευχαριστούμε για την αναβάθμιση δωματίου) άνετα κρεβάτια και πολύ ωραίο πρωινό με θέα. Διαθέτει και πάρκινγκ.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό, ανακαινισμένο, μεγάλα άνετα και φωτεινα δωμάτια, κοντά στο κέντρο της Πάτρας και 5 λεπτά από το σταθμό του ΚΤΕΛ, υπέροχη θέα προς τη θάλασσα, πολύ καλή τιμή για τις παροχές και τη τοποθεσία του, πλούσιο πρόγευμα και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και ευχαριστούμε που κάνατε τη διαμονή μας στην Πάτρα ευχάριστη!

Das Personal im Restaurant ist nicht so freundlich und zuvorkommend wie in der Recption!

Very clean, beautiful room. The sheets and pillows were great quality. Staff was welcoming. Close walk to town. They have a parking lot for 6 euros a day. Excellent breakfast included.

La camera è grande e dotazione, inoltre dotata di tutti i confort. Ultimo e non ultimo ha una bella vista sul porto. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e buona

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Hafen und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht, das Bett war traumhaft bequem und das Frühstück im obersten Stock mit Blick aufs Meer bot auch sehr viel Auswahl.

Das Hotel ist recht groß und businessmäßig, was uns nicht gestört hat. Eigentlich war es echt toll.

Aircon took a while to cool down in the room about 24 hours no aircon in the hallways and no pool

We had a view of the sea, so it was nice. The breakfast and the restaurant were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The bathroom was outdated, the shower head kept falling. There were no amenities in the room such as tissues, cotton buds etc... They also did not refund the city fee after our daughter decided to book her own room, because it was paid directly through bookings.com.

Près du centre ville mais un peu trop éloigné - agréable restaurant sur la terrasse mais sur la carte peu de plats simples et trop de plats un peu trop chers

Au foarte putine locuri de parcare, fata de numarul camerelor. Trebuie sa fiti foarte atenti cand rezervati sa rezervati si parcare, altfel riscati sa nu aveti loc. Izolare fonica sub irice critica. Se aude tot ce misca pe hol, sau deasupra. Te trezesti de multe ori noapte cu sunete ce par ca sunt la tine in camera.

By far and away what made my stay so good was the welcome and utter professionalism of the welcome at Reception. The staff are a remarkable asset to this business and so good to receive his welcome at the end of a long ferry journey.à Other than that the hotel has everything you would hope to find in a central city location. A great bonus is the secure parking immediately next door for 6 euros. Very reassuring when you are leaving your car with travel contents inside. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you

Wir haben hier ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht. Der Check-in verlief super schnell und herzlich. Unser Zimmer hatte ein tolles, bequemes Bett und ein schönes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück im Hotel war hervorragend.

This hotel is a must in Patras. The staff is very friendly & helpful, the food is amazing, you cannot miss the sunset dinner at the restaurant on the 6th floor. We tried the pinsa, pork steak & chicken and they were delicious. The room was clean & the beds very comfortable.

Excellent friendly service stuff, comfortably located in the heart of Patras with great views overlooking the golf...The roof garden is a great place for a lunch meeting or to host a dinner celebration with menus that offer gourmet options that will satisfy your guests.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We really appreciated the warm welcome, the cleanliness and the attention to every detail. The location was also very convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout our visit.

Honestly, we couldn’t find anything we didn’t like. Everything was very well organized and exceeded our expectations.

We had a very relaxing stay in a spotlessly clean and large room with a view to an amazing sunset in the sea. Everything was exceptional, beds beyond comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive.

Φανταστικό πρωινό με πολλές επιλογές που ανανεωνόταν συνεχώς. Ο χώρος που σερβίρεται το πρωινό στην οροφή εξαιρετικός και για να πιεις ένα ποτό. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και ότι χρειαστήκαμε μας εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα (γάλα για το μικρό-καθαρισμός για κάτι που προέκυψε στο δωμάτιο-καθοδήγηση για το πάρκινγκ). Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, μπορείς να πας βόλτα με τα πόδια σε όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία. Όμορφη θέα από το δωμάτιο και γρήγορο check-in και check-out.

Υπάρχει θόρυβος από τα αυτοκίνητα και το τρένο επειδή βρίσκεται στον παραλιακό δρόμο. Ελαττώνεται αισθητά με κλειστά παράθυρα αλλά το βράδυ ακούγεται. Το κύριο αρνητικό ήταν ότι στο superior τρίκλινο που μείναμε αναφέρει τρία μονά κρεβάτια και αυτός είναι ο λόγος που το έκλεισα (για άνεση) αλλά έχει 2 μονά και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι στον οποίο κοιμήθηκα και έφυγα με ενόχληση στη μέση μου... Όπως μου είπαν όλα τα τρίκλινα είναι έτσι οπότε καλό είναι να διευκρινίζεται.

Comfortable one stay travelling from mainland Greece to Kefalonia. Restaurant on the rooftop was delicious and a good variety for breakfast. Very close to Patras port.

Πολύ καλό ο εκωτερικός χώρος του εστιατορείου

Δεν μου άρεσαι κατά το check-out ρωτήθηκα για το τι κατανάλωσα από το mini - bar, ενημέρωσα τον receptionist και προστά μου κάλεσε υπάλληλο στον οροφο που εμενα να τσεκαρει και αυτός την καταναλωση μου στο mini-bar. Θεωρω αυτός ο έλεγχος θα πρέπει να γινεται χωρίς να το ακουει ο πελάτης ή να γίνεται εκ των προτερων στο ckeck-out και να ζητηται η επιβεβαιωση του πελατη.

La posizione centrale è il confort della camera.

Hotelet är fantastikt fint, modern, sängarna jättesköna och ankdun på kudarna. Badrummet var enorm stor och jättefin!! Väldigt bra städat, jag avskyr att gå barfota i hoteller MEN här jag kände mig som hemma, allt glänste!! Läget är fantastisk bra, nära till kafeer, butiker, precis bredvid vattnet samt en parkeringsplats precis bredvid där man kan lämna bilen!! Personalen var så trevliga, städerskor, vid frukosten, baren, receptionen, alla var underbara!! Hotelet har en jätte god frukost samt platsen du äter i är wow!!! Har en fin roofbar också!!

Hotel modern , priveliștea de pe balcon frumoasa , spre port , camera spațioasă , baie mare , foarte curat .. totul la superlativ, mic dejun excelent , diversificat și calitativ , se putea servi pe terasa hotelului la ultimul etaj cu un view superb … am stat 3 nopți, pentru hotel , oricând aș reveni .. pentru activități nu prea .. inconvenientul era podul Rio Antirio .. daca voiai sa iesi din aria orașului Patras , trebuia trecut și dus/intors avea un cost de 32 € 😊 Parcare contra cost , cu rezervare prealabila. Până în centru cam 15 min de mers pe jos , un centru animat , frumos .. și portul , pentru plimbări pe faleză.

Parcarea , deși contra cost , era destul de mică , se parca pe mai multe rânduri , era necesar mereu să mute mașinile pentru a putea ieși , trebuiau lăsate cheile pentru a putea manevra mașinile ori de câte ori era nevoie 🥲

This hotel was in an excellent location. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff bent over backwards to assist. The parking was easy and the breakfast was excellent on the rooftop with fabulous views. 10 out of 10!

Vriendelijk personeel! Auto werd voor ons geparkeerd op beveiligde parkeerplaats naast hotel. Kosten €6 per dag. Mooi dakterras met uitzicht over haven. Ontbijt wordt hier geserveerd en gelegenheid om ook te dineren of iets te drinken. Dichtbij centrum met veel winkels en ook veel eetgelegenheden. Kamer was schoon en goed bed.

Klein puntje: douchecabinedeur sluit niet goed en de sproeier bleef niet goed hangen aan de muur terwijl je doucht.

Monday morning was waken up as heavy drilling to refurbish the adjacent room bathroom started at 7am. That was BAD as had a late night and long day returning home ahead of us. Complained to the reception. They apologized but... A good management would have done something simple say offer a coffee to accompany the apology. Not that a coffee is something important but it would have shown the truthfulness of the apology
