Nos gusto la amabilidad del personal, a pesar de la barrera del idioma, ellas nos ayudaron en nuestras necesidades! El desayuno bien, los empleados de la cafetería muy amables.

No nos gustó que no nos avisaran que la piscina estaba en obras, era una época de mucha calor, afortunadamente nos niños podían bañarse en una zona pequeña de la obra

Worst hotel I have ever been in. The customer service was nonexistent from the moment we arrived. I was travelling alone with two small children, and there was no assistance offered with our luggage.

We also weren’t given any directions to our room or information about where breakfast was served. The pool area was under construction, with large potholes surrounding it, making it extremely unsafe for young children. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised. To make matters worse, the following morning the entire pool was drained without any communication to guests, and there were no pool towels available.

L'emplacement. Les petits déjeuners avec un grand choix du restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel. L'hôtel nous donne des bons que l'on échange au restaurant.

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. En ce moment, de GROS travaux côté piscine avec des trous de plus d' un mètre de large et de profondeur et on te dit que tu peux utiliser la piscine qui est trouble sans oublier que la moitié de la piscine est bachée à son bord à moins de 10 cm de la piscine avec les outils toute la journée.... L' image du bâtiment en forme de bateau correspond à un établissement qui jouxte l'hôtel et qui est un restaurant qui accueille le public (hôtel et hors hôtel) mais qui n est en rien l'hôtel. La location d'un scooter électrique qui a une autonomie très limitée. Nous avons dû en partant à 10h00 du matin revenir pour 14h00 car plus d'autonomie...

Phòng cực kỳ có mùi, ẩm thấp, lavabo dơ, cửa hỏng chốt trong. Khi báo lại với nhân viên lễ tân thì báo là cửa không mở được từ bên ngoài, cửa nó là như vậy, nhưng bên em vẫn hỗ trợ đổi phòng cho chị. OK, em đổi cho chị, đổi sang phòng lavabo chưa từng được dọn. Với giá hơn 900k/đêm thì đây là trải nghiệm tệ nhất.

Emplacement, l’établissement est récent

Il y a des travaux autour de la piscine ni l’établissement ni booking.com nous l’a signalé ! L’eau de la piscine n’invite pas à se baigner. Très bruyant des 6h du matin car la porte d’entrée n’est pas étanche aux bruits et quelqu’un parlait au téléphone dans le couloir qui nous a réveillé très désagréablement.

Breakfast is delicious. Room is comfortable and clean.

Great hotel to stay in Soc Trang. Very clean and staff were amazing . Good breakfast . Recommended

Hôtel moderne et confortable, personnel très serviable.

Petit déjeuner très quelconque, sans choix pour un occidental, et servi hors de l'hôtel dans un vaste restaurant voisin équipé d'attractions et jeux pour enfants. La piscine de l'hôtel n'est pas privative, très utilisée toute la journée par des familles extérieures.

The new building, friendly staffs.

The room is a little bit small and the shower doesn't have anything to separate with the dry area. So the whole floor is wet when you taking a shower.

quite decent giving the town is not a big tourist place.

The staffs here are very nice, the hotel outside looking nice but when you check in the room, it was terrible , the bed is like a piece plywood , the water is running so slow, and the restaurant has a lot of ants. I wouldn't come back to this hotel again..

First I should say that, the hotel is probably the better one in the area. However my mattress was as hard as sleeping on a table. My hip started hurting if I slept too long on one side. The fridge in my room also smelled like onions. I opened it once to put a water in there, but never retrieved the water because of the smell.

Clean, quiet room. Having a desk with chair plus another chair with a small table was convenient for two people. Sufficient electrical outlets to charge devices. Adequate space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Easy check-in with very efficient and pleasant front desk staff. Nice breakfast.

Mattress was a little too firm. No door on the shower. Overall our room was fine for one night.

Clean, and the staff where very friendly and helpful. We where a big group of Aussie there for a weeding and they definitely made us feel very welcomed

Pool couldn’t be used, as it was all milky and ‘under maintenance’. Too bad, as the pool was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. Mattresses very very very hard.

Our room was not cleaned well, the refrigerator didn’t work, the air conditioner remote didn’t work (we had to have the air conditioner on fast fan all night or not at all) and the bed was super hard.

I was in town to visit relatives and stayed here two nights. Pros: fast & delicious Vietnamese breakfast choices, pool and little playground. Cons: very firm beds, limited food options (no dinner available at the hotel restaurant), limited service available in the area. I was willing to overlook the cons and give 5-stars because my kids enjoyed the pool but then my room was overcharged for at check-out. They claimed that my kids breakfast were not included even though they gave me the meal vouchers at check-in and my kids were included in the room reservations (I was charged the extra headcount). By the time I found out about the extra charges, it was already paid by a relative. Instead of arguing with them, I just let it go.

Stuff was nice

We booked this hotel just because we needed a sleepover to take a ferry to Con Dao. It was already a problem to arrive, since futa bus just left us in the middle of nowhere and we had to go by bikes with random people, who charged us as much as we paid in Ho Chi Minh for the taxi from the airport. We booked this particular hotel because it had a pool. However, the pool doesn't seem to be ever cleaned, so we ended up not using it. The first room we got was small, not clean enough, and had trash under the bed. Also, Keep in mind that the only "window" in the room is the door, which leads to the common hallway. So if you want privacy, you stay with curtains closed the whole day. No fresh air of course, unless you want to stay with the door open. The first room had a lizard inside running around, so the stuff was nice enough to change a room for us. However, the second room was even less clean, and the same situation with trash under the bed, the bathroom was smelly and rusty, and there were ants. I was already too tired to complain. Another point was that we asked to wash our clothes. It's extra charge. They told us it was around 50-60 cents per piece. Which we agreed. But what a surprise was to pay the next morning more than 20€ for the laundry. We travel with a backpack. We don't have 40 pieces of clothes even if we gave ALL our clothes. So, I assume they counted every single sock and underwear as an individual piece. Overall, I really dont recommend the place. I am pretty sure you can find something better for this price.

Nice pool and good working AC. They have a TV that you can connect your Netflix to! That was amazing.

Very good rooms, excellent staff. Amazingly helpful when we had trouble to organize our trip.

Smallish rooms but clean and tidy. Staff very little English but did their best. In the main street with access to plenty of food and drink. Shallow pool but refreshing. Breakfast was good with a range of choices. Good jumping off place to go to Con Dao via the ferry.

Hard bed. Location of the shower is where the bath tub is so its not comfortable, not safe since there is no non-skid mat on the tub. Breakfast is ok, but since it is also open for non-guests as it is also a coffee shop, there are a lot of people (mostly men) who smoke.

The hotel was clean and the staff were kind. We enjoyed our free breakfast and had a fun time at the pool. We were able to walk to dinner, and the hotel helped us get a car to the ferry the next morning. Like many hotels in Vietnam, the beds are firm.
