Mình có việc từ SG về Sóc Trăng nên nhận phòng muộn vào lúc 4h sáng. Các anh/chị ở đây đã hỗ trợ cho mình trả phòng muộn hơn so với lịch trả phòng thông thường. Service cực kỳ tốt luôn mọi người ơiiiii đáng để lưu lại địa điểm này.✨✨

Staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and nothing was ever too much trouble, not even durian! It certainly was value for money. We will stay again when next in Soc Trang.

Great location in the centre of everything. It's across the road from the Vincom shopping centre and a large supermarket, a 5 minute walk to the bus station if you're arriving or leaving by bus, and an easy Grab or Xhan SM/Green SM taxi ride to pretty much everywhere. The staff were friendly and kind, and check in was quick and easy. The room was small but really functional with a cupboard /shelving unit for luggage, a rail to hang clothes, and a mini fridge which I liked as it meant I could easily self cater breakfast and snacks, plus keep water cool. The bed was firm but comfortable and the room also had a small desk and chair. Wifi was good and there was a lamp next to the bed so you didn't have to get up to turn the lights on and off. It's a small thing but it's a helpful convenience. Wet bathroom which was well appointed and functional with steady hot water. Some toiletries provided (body wash, shampoo and a spare toothbrush) which was thoughtful. The building has an elevator which is helpful if you have heavy luggage or any mobility challenges. Soc Trang in general was a pleasant surprise for me and the hotel was great. I'd gladly stay again.

My only negative is that there's no curtain on the window. I was in room 302 and the window faced the stairwell so it was lit 24/7. Having a curtain would help darken the room for sleep. It's not a big deal and I didn't mention it to the staff at the time - I just used my sleep mask. But a curtain would be great.

Personnel très gentil ! Hôtel et quartier agréable avec plusieurs petits cafés sympas au calme dans l'impasse derrière. Chambre propre et calme pour celle qui donne sur la petite rue. Près du centre et à 5min à pieds de la navette Superdong pour départ à Con Dao.

The windows were not closing properly so it was really a nightmare/challenge to find some sleep because of the (traffic) noise. The hotel is/was in front of the main street going into the city center and there is traffic 24/7.

Clean room, comfy bed, decent size room, clean bathroom, close to the bus station. Good place to stay for a day before going to Con Dao or returning from Con Dao.

I thought the 2 cup noodles placed together with 2 water bottles were complimentary. I was wrong, had to pay for the cup noodles. I don't mind paying, it's not much anyway. but either there's no information about the price of the cup noodles, or I just did not find the information.

The staff works at nightshift very friendly

The last day I stayed there had been an electric interruption cause of no lift for residents.

It was close to the busstop and there was a shopping centre around the corner. Good room, with a very nice shower.

The location. You can seat outside and watch people. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop around the corner which has the variety selection and you can order food from the stall outside as well.

Air con wasn't working.

This apartment is new, although the rooms are small it is modern and clean. There is ample power and lights, nice big windows, friendly reception / security. Large bathroom, again, all new as at December 2024. Good location, SocTrang is reasonably spread out so everything is far however this is located in a nice area and it’s handy as there is a new shopping mall with supermarket 100m away.

The rooms are on the smaller side but the family room we had was a simple efficient layout. The beds are rock hard, I swear after 3 night I pulled some muscle I never knew I had in my lower back, when I say hard I mean timber planks might have more give 😊 my recommendation is request for an extra duvet and sleep on top of that.

I loved everything here location, especially rhe staff, room was super clean, i was able to check in earlier without any extra cost and I was able to have the most amazing tome here on this hotel. We had amazing conversation with other people who stayed on the hotel and with the staffs. I will always come back here for sure

We didn’t get information about check out time, we saw checkout time on our reservation from 6am to 12am on the app. Therefore we checked out in the afternoon and we were charged late checkout fee. It wasn’t much but we wished we were informed about it.

Location, it is in great location. I stayed for 1 night during my motorbike road trip. Food stores are nearby.

Location is key and the location is right next to the big mall vincom in the small city, The cleaning ladies were very nice and always made our rooms fresh! We tipped both ladies and they always were happy. Rooms decent but the closet and light switch was in an awkward position where if you have the power on and open the closet it accidentally taps and turns off the lights. Kind of annoying when trying to get clothing. The security is really nice and watches your mopeds and the doors. Tip him he does so much and always smiles!

Vietnam isn’t a family friendly environment, there’s always smoking in the area and the men don’t stop smoking (chain smokers). They smoke in the umbrella chairs and drink throughout the night and smoke. I have a one year old and would not recommend the balcony rooms because when people smoke it blows right over into the room. You have heaps and heaps of cigarette smoke in your room. My family doesn’t smoke. I literally was going to check out of the room and move hotels but since we had friends and other family along with us I couldn’t move. the last few nights but my husband said moving to another hotel would be more work with a toddler. If they could have a sign to please step away from the entrance it would make the stay 10x better. Also if you lose your single room card it’s a 50k (vnd)charge just an fyi they only give you 1. Also on booking.com check in says 12 noon and when we went to the location at 11:30am they said that check in was 4pm and there would be an additional 100k for checking in early. We ended up checking early for both rooms and paid an extra 200k. Almost the price of another night because of the confusion. Even the email advised us that we were expected at around that time. If the time was to be changed there should be an update on the site and the information we were given and not charged extra. We ended up paying extra but it is an inconvenience.

The location is good and the facilities are clean.

I booked a standard room on the app. There was no option to pay in advance. However, the room was cancelled due to late check in (around 6pm). Thus, I had to book a deluxe room without any support.

Nice and clean room , great location

The female reception staff was one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met in a hotel in Vietnam! Despite not having a common language we communicated excellent and patiently with the help of translation Apps. On arrival I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was really nice. The room is not really big but very clean and comfortable. There's a big comfortable bed, good WiFi, clean bathroom with an extremely powerful shower with hot water. Despite facing the main road it was very quiet at night. The hotel is located in a perfect location, walking distance to the local busstation and the Superdong office for ferries to Con Dao. Excellent morning market nearby, many restaurants, cafes and food stands in the evening very near to the hotel. Supermarket nearby. On my departure did the receptionist organize a seat in shared taxi to Can Tho which was very comfortable with door to door transportation and not more expensive than the Futa bus. She made sure that my driver knew where to drop me off in Can Tho.

Absolutely nothing!

The room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. 500m from the bus station.

We had to move on the second day due to a sewer smell coming from our bathroom. They were very accommodating to get us into a new room. And my husband and I both had trouble staying connected to the WiFi. Other than that it was a good stay.
