コーヒーはドリップ式の方がよいと思った。

朝食が充実している。清潔で過ごしやすい。駅近で動きやすい。

駅近の為か提携駐車場がなかった。 大浴場が少々手狭で混雑時は洗い場に並ばなくってはならず、ゆっくりゆったりはできない。(部屋にはシャワー室完備)

Great location, cleanliness and comfort. The staff is very kind and communication is smooth. The room was cleaned as soon as planned, allowing to program the day smoothly. I recommend this hotel if you visit Toyama.

I wish there was a mini freezer inside the room, ready to keep an ice cream or make drinks cooler. That device was only to cool down and keep a bit fresh. I also missed some bottles of water inside the room.

Fantastic hotel in all departments and great central location, would definitely recommend. From when you arrive the staff make you feel very welcome. The room was perfect, great nights sleep and an amazing breakfast to suit Western and Asian requirements.

地方位置近JR站

大浴場地方太細，房間觀看大浴場狀況跟實際到大浴場完全不同，人流非常多，而且locker全full。另外酒店沒有停車場提供。

Teníamos acordado un precio con booking para dos noches por 55.000 yenes y nos quisieron cobrar 80.000 (casi 150 euros de diferencia) , pero al final tuvieron que rectificar. Por otro lado en el siglo XXI nos querían cobrar por el wifi , cuando lo regalan hasta en las estaciones de metro, ridículo (no nos hacía falta afortunadamente). Nos hicieron esperar hasta la entrada exacta, (3 pm) además pesar de que llegamos muy cargados y cansados del viaje, pero lo puedo entender, aunque la realidad, es que podrían haber avanzado algo del check in puesto que finalmente, no entras tampoco a las 3, con suerte a las 3.30. No nos ofrecieron detalles de cómo funcionaba la opción del desayuno, como no lo teníamos incluido , con gestos (porque no hablan inglés o lo hablan muy pobremente) nos decía que están prohibido entrar , un poco de risa.

綺麗で、富山水が美味しかった。お風呂とサウナも良かった。

大浴場にタオルがたくさん置いてあって助かりました！ 髪が長いので、宿泊先でいつも足りずに追加でお願いしたりするので^_^ 部屋で大浴場の混み具合が分かるのも親切だなと思った。

部屋の冷蔵庫が保冷のみだったので、冷蔵機能があってほしかった。

We like the location. It is within walking distance (just cross a junction) to the malls and train station.

No car park. We had to find parking and there is no stopping for the alighting lobby. As it was raining, it was very challenging for the family to unload and check in.

Conveniently located right next to the train station, the hotel was very modern and the rooms which was also reflected in our room. Some hotels around seemed to be of a lower price but the quality of the room for the price was still very good and check-in and out was very easy.

Centraal gelegen in het centrum vlakbij het station en openbaar vervoer. Parkeergarage in de buurt. Diverse uitstapjes gemaakt. Zelfs in Japan dezelfde warme traktatie bij inchecken gekregen zoals we die in Nederland krijgen bij Double Tree. Personeel uiterst correct.

Excellent location right next to Toyama Station with easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Modern and stylish hotel with very clean and well-maintained facilities.

L’hotel è molto bello e curato, le stanze grandi per gli standard giapponesi. La colazione a buffet è ricca e molto buona, per tutti gusti. La posizione è comoda vicino alla stazione. Il personale è molto gentile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great location and very clean

I like to mention 2 ladies: 1. Ami - at the reception. Guiest who will arrive while she is there - he is lucky one. She is the beeestt. 2. Ayumi - at the dinning room. Really she really cares about you and explaining in a very kind and gentle. Search for her while eating.

Room was spacious. Location relatively near station (my elderly parents could find their way back themselves). Gym was well equipped.

Chose Hilton for the brand and regretted. Welcome cookie was hard, Crabtree n Evelyn shampoo was dry, onsen was so tiny we always had to wait and squeeze with others, Toyama water dispenser was a chore to take water from as u have to keep pressing the button.

Room size, bed comfort, cleanliness were good. Buffet breakfast spread were good too. Location walking distance to train station.

非常棒的美式旅館，設備極佳，安靜，離車站非常進，去週邊旅遊很棒的旅館。

Location is hard to beat, 5 mins walk from Toyama Station and the nearest Toyota Rent a Car. Central to many restaurants and couldn't be more convenient for getting the tram. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, so even though it barely changed day to day, this wasn't a problem - there was something for everyone.

Photos on booking.com were incorrect - there was a photo of a bathtub in the King Rooms, but in actual fact it was only the Deluxe level rooms that come with a bathtub. Kind of disappointing for a hotel in Japan that this isn't standard.

I just want to reiterate again that the hotel is crystal clean with spacious rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. Ms.Mayu Kinoshita at the front desk was highly professional and highly effective. She impressed us with her excellent services and strong language skills. Not only did she help us with regular things, but also go extra miles to help us resolve issues using a Japanese app. We truly appreciate her help!

前回泊まった時は、朝食時のスタッフがとても親切丁寧で、落ち着いて食事ができて良かったが、今回は何となくバタバタしていて、スタッフとぶつかりそうになったり、全体的に落ち着かない雰囲気だった

Fantastisk hotell ! Att hotellet använder mindre plast, speciellt bra var badrums sakernas hade pappers emballage. En stor härlig dusch, sköna sängar, makeup spegel. Personal så service vänlig och tillmötesgående. Nära till tågstationen. Frukosten var excellent . Vi var så nöjda !

Wifi att den inte var gratis för alla gäster. Önskade att det var några rum utan heltäckningsmattor, en som är allergisk.

It would be nice to provide some simple cool drinks in the fridge . Nothing elaborate but it feels more welcoming than an empty fridge that is running for what reason ?

唯獨上網有一個比較古怪的準則。 一定要會員先可以有比較快的免費wifi 每次也要login，使用上比較麻煩

It was a great experience we had in Double Tree by Hilton Toyama. Room was spacious, I love the idea of a warm chocolate cookie give to us as welcome gift. Something that I'd not observed in other hotel chains. The bath onsen room was well equipped with sauna, cold and hot bath facilities. Distance from the train station to the hotel was less than 5mins away.

Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Zimmer gross und guter Komfort. Das Onsen Bad mit Sauna war super, säubern und entspannend. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
