酒店体验不错，入住体验非常愉快，让人感到非常舒适和安心。酒店服务的细节体现在每一个点点滴滴，让顾客倍感温暖，整个酒店的硬件设施都是很不错，还有泳池可以玩耍，站在每一层露台看风景也很舒服。

Ich hatte dieses Hotel bereits im Jahr 2025 besucht und damals sehr positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Leider entstand bei meinem erneuten Aufenthalt der Eindruck, dass inzwischen an vielen Stellen gespart wird, sodass das Hotel meine Erwartungen diesmal nicht erfüllen konnte. Gleichwohl überzeugt die Anlage weiterhin durch ihr hervorragendes Design und ihre ruhige Lage abseits des touristischen Trubels. Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht, findet hier nach wie vor ein attraktives Umfeld.

Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschte aufgrund umfangreicher Renovierungsarbeiten erheblicher Baulärm, sodass wir insgesamt dreimal das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt im Vorjahr waren die Zimmer deutlich schlechter gepflegt: Die Wände wirkten verschmutzt, das Mobiliar war sichtbar abgenutzt, und der Service erschien wenig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch in der Bar ließ die Qualität der Getränke zu wünschen übrig, da bei alkoholischen Getränken offenbar sehr sparsam ausgeschenkt wurde. Überdies empfanden wir die Kommunikation als wenig transparent, und der Kundenservice wurde unseren Erwartungen nicht gerecht. Zusätzlich waren mehrere Restaurants sowie die Bar zeitweise beziehungsweise vollständig geschlossen, ohne dass dies im Vorfeld ausreichend kommuniziert wurde. Da ich das Hotel im Jahr 2025 als ausgezeichnet erlebt hatte, entschied ich mich, ein Jahr später erneut zu buchen. Leider wurde ich diesmal enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat sich spürbar verschlechtert, weshalb ich das Hotel künftig nicht mehr besuchen werde. Sehr schade.

Alles in allem gute Unterkunft für den Preis, der Strand ist auch sehr schön!

Se fumaba dentro del hotel: vimos a gente fumando en la piscina , en las terrazas y alguna colilla en el baño. Como esfumadores nos resultó MUY desgaradable. El personal del Seacatch fue muy irrespetuoso con nosotros. Inluso llegó a reirse de cuando hacíamos el esfuerzo de decir alguna palabra en China. No volvería jamas al Seacatch solo por eso. My muy difícil de comunicarse con el personal en inglés.

The hotel is very clean and has stylish decoration. We are very happy with the various activities for kids and adults as well. Another remarkable experience is the fire show of the night, you will never want to miss it! The only drawback I can think of is that the location of the hotel is a bit far from the nearest food mall or shopping area.

The towels in the room were changed everyday but I find them don’t smell very fresh.

Приличный завтрак, есть как и китайская, так и европейская еда! Пользовались услугами прачечной - постирали и погладили все отлично! Сам отель новый, номер соответствует фото.

Приходили на завтрак к 10:00, невозможно было найти чистый стол, там просто не убирают столы после завтрака, из персонала одна официантка, которая в целом не вывозит такой объем. Расположение ужасное, новый район, никакой инфраструктуры рядом, моря по сути нет, пляж не обустроен. Январь - низкий сезон, отель не работал на полную мощность, часть декораций с водой высушены, бассейн холодный. С 15:00 до 18:30 в отеле просто невозможно нигде поесть, не работает ни один ресторан, в рум сервис тоже почти нечего нельзя заказать из нормальной еды. На ресепшен не говорят по английски, только с переводчиком, ужасно не удобно коммуницировать.

This is an excellent hotel, modern and very well designed. The room was a good size and very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The shower was good with nice towels. The grounds are very large and beautifully kept, like a tropical horticultural park. Swimming pools are excellent, especially for kids, and there are indoor and outdoor activities for them as well. The nearby beach is very beautiful and very quiet, however swimming is not advisable due to the strong currents. The staff do not speak much English but they have translation apps and we managed OK. The cleaning staff are good and very helpful. Breakfast on the whole is good, especially, and understandably for Chinese guests, with lots of hot options.

For westerners like myself breakfast was not so good. The plates are cold, which is not a good start, and most of the 'hot' food was barely warm. Omelettes would have been nice, but the guy cooking them seemed unable to make one that wasn't raw and runny in the middle. We had a problem with the food we ordered from room service where it was badly presented. What was supposed to be crispy food was covered in cling film so that it was actually soggy by the time it got to us. We had two bad experiences in the Hainan Chinese restaurant. On the first occasion, the sweet and sour pork was ruined because the pork itself was what seemed to be just cartilage. When we complained, the waiter was unable to cut through a piece of it with a knife. So that was sent back. On the second occasion, we ordered a different dish and stated specifically that we didn't want any chili. The waiter noted this, but the chef ignored the request, and instead we got a very hot dish. So that was returned as well. There are other restaurants within the hotel, but we didn't give them another chance. It's a shame that the food wasn't up to the standard we expected, but all was not lost as there are food outlets and a KFC in the Fantasy Town theme park about 20 minutes walk away.  There is also a street food market about 40 minutes walk away. We would have rated the hotel 10/10 if the food was better.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. First of all, the breakfast was very disappointing. It felt like I was in another country rather than in China, and it did not meet my expectations at all. Secondly, the organization of the sea water projects is very poor. Even basic things are not done properly, and everything feels disorganized and unprofessional. I was especially disappointed with the transportation service. At the beginning of my stay, a driver was provided to take us to and from the sea, but at the end I had to take a taxi 🤦🏻‍♀️. This kind of attitude toward guests who pay for your services is unacceptable. For people who value their time, I do not recommend staying or relaxing here

Piscine trop froide

Интересная архитектура, чисто, тихо, рядом с морем, рядом небольшой пригород до которого можно добраться за 10 юаней на такси, если магазины и рынок. В пешей доступности парк для детей, колесо обозрения и другие аттракционы, в этом же парке есть супермаркет. Завтраки вкусные, персонал отзывчивый, изменились обстоятельства и отель согласился без штрафа сократить пребывание на один день. Нам повезло, и мы попали на новогоднее открытие, были традиционные новогодние угощения, глинтвейн, пирожные и тортики и закуски, выступали артисты. И даже был настоящий снег. Каждый вечер была небольшая шоу программа. Очень понравилось наличие прачечной с сушильной машиной. В самом отеле есть магазинчик, в котором можно при желании купить фрукты и алкоголь. Бассейны чистые и ухоженные, лежаков всем хватало. На такси доехали до острова обезьян, минут 45 в пути.

Архитектура отеля

Нас встретил болеющий менеджер:чихал и кашлял в лицо. Нас заселили в номер с бассейном, но с выходом на стройку. Вся пыль и шум. Да, позже нас переселили. Но не прошло и дня, чтобы в номер не приходил техник чинить бассейн: насос, свет. Странная система ресторанов: с 14-30 до 17-00 у тебя нет возможности поесть на территории отеля. Сотрудники говорят «идите на улицу» Меню, которое предлагают как рум-сервис, не соответствует действительности. Мы заказывали и ни одно фото и рецепт не совпали. При этом, нам ни разу не объяснили, зачем вводят нас в заблуждение. И выражали крайнее недовольство, что мы не хотим есть то, что не заказывали. Хлопали дверью. В номере не было ежедневной уборки. И когда я уже не вытерпела и заказала. То клинер пришел на следующий день. Отель не на первой линии, как пишут. А через 4 полосы активного движения без пешеходного перехода! Пляж не оборудован. И стоит знак «купаться запрещено, потому что нет спасателя».

Hotel is clean and well maintained overall besides the areas under construction. Their restaurant, Sea Catch, was one of the best meals I've had on the trip. Free self-service laundry which I appreciated.

We arrived around ~10pm straight from the airport, the front desk receptionist could not speak English, or Cantonese, or Hainanese. It was very difficult to communicate, and as our first time in China, we had difficulties getting our payment apps to work, and none of the workers could help us, and they did not accept cash (CNY) or credit card. After a long time spent struggling, we finally paid and they led us to our room. We discovered that the room was used and not cleaned. We were told to wait until they finally found us a different room and led us there. This floor was under construction, with protective papers along the entire corridor. We were starving and exhausted at this point and they pointed us to their 24 hour online ordering menu system - however, every single food item was sold out. We had to call the front desk again, communicate with the language barrier, they sent someone up to our room after 15 minutes and said they refreshed the system, so now one item (spaghetti) was available. Throughout the week we stayed, their "24 hours" online dining menu was very limited and restricted overnight, typically offering one item while the rest was always sold out. The design of the room was inconvenient - 1) shower is enclosed separately and not designed well. No place to hang dry towel or clothes while in the shower room, no entry way to the shower room to get dressed without being exposed to the entire room 2) bathroom enclosed separately, has no ventilation, 3) the closet door is a sliding door that will block the bathroom sink or bathroom counter every time you need to access the closet. Our room keys malfunctioned for no reason and would not operate the elevator or room door. Had to go back to the front desk to have them re-activate it. Thermostat did not work at all, room consistently 25+ celsius even if we turned it down.

La stanza con la piscina privata è stupenda. Posto perfetto per bambini, ci sono diverse aree giochi e una bella piscina per bambini. Spettacolo di fuochi serale.

Apparentemente l'edificio sembra una clinica privata. Colazione non delle migliori, un po' tutto lasciato al caso. Personale troppo giovane e inesperto, accoglienza così così, nessun sorriso e nessuno che conosce una mezza parola di inglese, assurdo. Per non parlare dei clienti dell' hotel, maleducatissimi, non so se è normale in Cina non rispettare la fila, mentre sei alla reception c'è gente che ti passa letteralmente da sopra per chiedere cose e nessuno dice niente.

Да, расположен в новом районе, добираться во все туристические места приходилось на такси в среднем по 30-40 минут до центра города. Больше всего не понравились однообразные завтраки, блюда, которых вроде бы много, а есть не чего. Уже на второй день, поиск еды на завтрак превращается в челлендж. По фруктам, ананасы подавались только с солью и красным перцем, что очень специфично и прямо скажем не вкусно, разве нельзя поставить рядом специи и те кто любит, добавит сам… убирают каждый день, но как попало, постель заправлена чистая, а вот поверхности, пол, зеркала нет. Чай, комплементарный два пакетика (черный и зеленый) за неделю пребывания так и не обновили, что тоже вызывает вопросы

Просторный отель. В зоне видимости не больше 5 человек, да и в целом отдыхающие в массе встречаются только на завтраке. Отличный бассейн. Есть магазин на 1 этаже с фруктами, напитками, снэками. Детям раздолье в виде игровых (детей там можно оставлять) и бассейнов + в местном магазине мини отдел с игрушками. Еда приличная как и кофе (кофе по неприличной цене). Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец, халатов. Есть банкомат на территории отеля, который принимает карты РСХБ, комиссия за снятие 200 рублей. Дальше безоценочные факты: Далеко от улиц с магазинами. Мало русских туристов. Персонал английский не знает, общение через переводчик на телефоне. Пляж не оборудован, кроме подиума 5×5 с качелью. Там иногда играют музыканты. По пляжу можно пройти несколько километров и не встретить людей.

Довольно однообразные завтраки (но выбор ассортимента действительно большой), на завтраке отсутствует черный чай.

Breakfast was good. We took the private pool room which was nice. Good value place to stay. The stretch of beach nearby is nice.

Even though the check-in time indicated had already passed, then room was still not ready. It took another hour to be able to check-in. Check-in queue was also very long. There was supposed to be a cocktail package included in our booking, but the staff had no idea what this was and we weren't given any cocktails. After checking out and going home, the staff contacted us saying that they had forgot to include one item on our bill, and we had to transfer them the sum from home and incur foreign exchange fees. This was even though we had checked-out at the reception! Hence there are a number of service issues that could definitely be improved.

Шикарный отель со всеми удобствами. Ездили с детьми, для детей очень много развлечений . 4 вида бассейна , 2 из них детский . Кухня отменная . Все понравилось . Номера классные новые, чистые ,современные . Единственный минус для меня это отсутствие ковра на полу ,пол холодный , немного из за этого не уютно в номере,но и это я думаю даже не минус .

что попал в тайфун

Отель оправдывает свою стоимость. Наш номер располагал собственным небольшим бассейном, глубина которого составляла около 60 сантиметров. Несмотря на скромные размеры, наличие бассейна создавало приятную атмосферу для отдыха на балконе. В стоимость проживания входила ежедневная подача коктейлей в лобби-баре на шестом этаже. В целом, отель оставил положительное впечатление, хотя его расположение имеет некоторые недостатки: район, в котором он находится, является новым, и вокруг ведутся строительные работы, что ограничивает возможности для прогулок. Кроме того, море в этом районе не подходит для купания, пляж безлюден и характеризуется высокими волнами. Рекомендуем данный отель для краткосрочного пребывания.

Хороший отель для отдыха. В 15 минутах ходьбы есть местный "лунапарк" с магазином и кафешками. Но их, возможно, надо будет преодолевать под палящим солнцем, т.к. есть большой участок без пальм. Вокруг идёт стройка, через пару лет, наверное, будет более приятный курорт в этой бухте. Если дружите с китайскими приложениями - удобнее всего для перемещения по бухте арендовать электромопеды.

Пляж довольно грязный и необустроенный от слова совсем. На километры в обе стороны на пляже ничего нет, только стоят столбы с камерами и в воде торчат деревянный столбы для сетей, используемые местными(что не безопасно). Вокруг отеля идёт строительство пешеходной инфраструктуры - дорожки, местами, перекопаны, высаживают пальмы.

It was a bit noisy due to the location of the helicopter field and some construction works, but hotel itself was nice.

Limited choice of on site dining. Lacking in program apart from swimming , far away from sea. Far away from other dining and activities outside the hotel.

A perfect stay, all in all!

1. Stylish Hotel. The design of interiors and exteriors is perfect and looks good. The hotels garden is gorgeous. A great place to walk tonight. 2. The staff was really friendly and helpful even though mostly nobody (just 1 guy) been speaking any English. We were struggling with a hot pot and they helped us a lot. Same works for breakfasts. And for luggage. They were really helpful. 3. The breakfasts menu is not very diverse. Tho food tastes really good. It been boring to eat the same stuff 2 weeks in a row but it was really tasty food anyways. 4. They had 2 Russian TV channels. 5. The hotel’s territory and common areas are really clean, especially in terms of China. Common restrooms are perfectly clean.

1. The room was somewhat worn out and that’s really weird for a hotel of one year age. 2. The conditioner doesn’t work to cool the room. 3. The cleanliness of rooms is not perfect. It’s dusty and somewhat messy. You need to claim better cleaning and it’s not very comfortable. N 4. They don’t renew shampoo, gels and that other stuff unless you claim it. 5. The European food at a roomservice is terrible and horribly overpriced. Cezar salad was a joke made by 2 yo kid. It even didn’t look like at menu. 6. The beach you gotta go thru the public road and beach is not well equipped. That wasn’t a big issue for us but it doesn’t suit for any person who’s going to beach rest a lot. 7. I haven’t been giving any heck but the entertainment program is just a joke and they have several slightly different options and just mix them. 8. The location is not perfect, a lot of consideration areas around. You need a taxi to get anywhere comfortably.

Air condition cannot be adjust, its set on 24, and it was too hot in the room.

Excellent breakfasts. Gorgeous sea and coastline.

Disposable slippers were brought to the room only after a separate request (this is surprising for a hotel of this level). They did not congratulate my wife on her birthday (they could have at least left a greeting card).

Re the buffet restaurant, dishes are not clean. In room, pillows are not comfortable.

We had a seaview suite, though the seaview was only able to be seen if we were out at the balcony and at an angle. The bedroom was bright, spacious, and high ceiling. Move decor throughout the hotel. New and clean but need work on staff training and service.

Breakfast has lots of choices, but the quality was average for what you paid for. Staff english level and helpfulness need to improve. The pool bar had no staff most of the day during pool opening hours and no contact information available on how you could order drinks or contact any staff. I was unable to locate any staff to buy water for 2 hours. Eventually, I have to go back to v the room to get water. Pink salt bar cocktails were below average. One signature gin cocktail basically was just gin and ice with no flavor at all. the presentation was completely different from the menu. Disappointing.

Please install a charging facility for electric bikes in the parking. Please take care (even if it's not a part of the hotel territory) of the small path that gets to the beach as it is full of rubbish and really unpleasant.

We were at the hotel with my family, with two children, from February 15 to February 22. A luxury hotel with excellent staff. The hotel grounds are clean and beautiful. Big rooms with balcon. Good and high-quality room cleaning. Warm pools, lots of sun beds. The hotel is suitable for families with children, there are many playgrounds (open and closed), a children's water park, animators. Convenient parking. The hotel has big garden, its very beautiful. Many trees and flowers. Very good breakfast, lots of exotic fruits, the food is delicious, not spicy. We were full. There was an evening show. The sea is close, across the street. The sea is warm, the beach is clean. The hotel does not speak English and Russian well, but the Internet translator helped everyone. Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel. We were the only Russians, the rest were Chinese. They treated us very well, helped us, explained. People are very kind and friendly. Thank you very much to the receptionist Jane. Her work was excellent. She helped us with absolutely everything, where to go, how to get there, find the lost thing. We became very friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel. We'll do a video review on YouTube later.

The hotel stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, clean and immaculate with balcony and fantastic sea views, the bed was so comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Many workers can not speak English. It is very difficult for me.

The hotel is very new. We like a lot the design, very open and modern. The spaces are very open and the wind flows through the buildings which is fantastic a it can be very hot. The rooms are big and comfortable. There are many areas in the lobby and different areas where you can sit and enjoy. Specially when rain this is very useful. The gym is great with new equipment. The swimming pool is amazing, super big and with lots of beds and umbrellas to rest. It is very clean. There is also a pool-playground area for children with lots of fun games. The buffet breakfast is very good and has a great variety of food. The hotel staff is fantastic lots of smile and greetings and very attentive all the time. I would like to say special thanks to Alex who spend lot of time explaining to us the hotel services and different interesting places to visit around. We also liked a lot the Pink Salt bar on the 6th floor with amazing life music. I would recommend this hotel for their modern construction, big size areas, and great staff.

the beach is beautiful, but there is nothing there and you cannot swim as it is not allowed because of the dangerous currents. It is a pity that there is not an area with some beds and umbrellas to stay by the sea, even if you cannot swim.
