Потрясающе красивая ухоженная зеленая территория отеля, сотрудники очень дружелюбны, особенно хочу отметить Рано, помогала нам, всегда была на связи и продлила нам выезд в 14.00 , за что отдельно большое спасибо. Превосходный завтрак с большим выбором блюд, кофе сразу предложили принести за стол, после завтрака можно брать напитки с собой, на выходе есть бар. По территории отеля курсирует шатл до пляжа от кафе, где проходят завтраки. Нам сказали, что купаться не рекомендуется, очень сильные волны и нет спасателей. Но никто не запрещает. Волны были небольшие и как оказалось, что там мелко, вероятно был отлив. Мы плавали с удовольствием. Ребенок нашел большую красивую ракушку и мидии. На териитории пляжа бар, после 22.00 можно просто там сидеть на пуфах или качелях. Бассейн с видом на море. Так же удобно , что есть выход на улицу еды, можно поужинать, купить фрукты и пр.

Дверь на балкон плохо закрывалась. Вода в душе плохо уходила.

Das Zimmer wahr sehr grosszügig und auch recht sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit grosser Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Unsere zwei Kinder (16+8) haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schade fanden wir dass fiele der Angestellten kein oder nur wenig Englisch verstanden. Zudem hat uns der Strandabschnitt nicht so gut gefallen. Die Liegen waren in einem eher schlechten zustand. Sehr schade das der Strand an sich sehr schön war.

Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is fantastic—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Their positive attitude made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the dedicated guest caretaker—we had the pleasure of being looked after by Manager Rano. Her attention to detail and genuine care ensured that our stay was not only smooth but also memorable. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended.

Прекрасные просторные номера

Я не понимаю восторженных отзывов. Это обветшалый отель, по неадекватной стоимости за ночь. Кондиционеры не регулируют температуру (душно в номере). В душевых (что в номере, что в раздевалках на улице) воняет затхлой водой и плесенью. Один бассейн открывается в 10:00, другой в 09:00, но к этому времени только лениво подтягивается персонал. На море нет лежаков! И самое интересное - на территории только один ресторан (китайский) и он работает до 21:00! Персонал с большим трудом понимает вас с переводчиком (нас заселяли 40 минут). Этот отель в целом одно недоразумение за большие деньги.

The hotel is very nice: a huge beautiful territory, fantastic breakfast, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. For those who are visiting Haitang Bay for the first time, swimming in the sea here is not possible: very strong wind, dangerous currents… The sea is more for admiring and wetting your feet) We lived in a large room with a swimming pool, the room is really big and comfortable. We stayed in January, and it was cool to swim in the room's pool. Therefore, the daughters only swam in it on a large inflatable flamingo, jumping into the water only once, but my husband swam a couple of times. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, the architects did a great job; very cool landscaping and height difference work. the details of the hotel : There are 3 swimming pools on the territory - adult, stylized as a natural bath;), the warmest and it was the one that most of the guests swam); children's with slides - my daughter did not get out of it, there is a foam party every day at 5 pm. Delight); and the pool overlooking the sea - very beautiful, but very cold) and it was empty))) the pools have a lot of equipment such as a huge variety of inflatable circles etc. Children's entertainment: in addition to the slides mentioned above in the pool, there is a detached building (camp) with a children's room for games and creativity, a room with slides and a dry pool, and a children's kitchen. Classes are held there almost every hour every day according to the schedule, including cooking class. And this is not only for toddlers, but also for young teenagers there is a special program. Moreover, a playground is right next to the building. Special thanks to the Chinese girl who knows Russian quite well, Daria. She was in touch with us on WeChat the entire time we stayed at the hotel and helped us when needed.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. We would especially like to highlight Albert, a member of the reception staff, whose attention made all the difference. He was always very helpful, attentive, and willing to assist at any time, making us feel welcome from the very first day. Without a doubt, his professionalism and friendly manner contributed to making our experience even better. We would definitely return.

I couldn't swim at the hotel beach, as swimming is not allowed. I understand this is for safety reasons; that area is dangerous due to sea conditions.

The room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We also liked the breakfast. And we’d like to stay with them again.

部屋が最高。２ボウルの洗面で５人家族でもゆったり、お風呂もとても広くてくつろげた。清掃も問題なし。 バルコニーも広く、テーブルとソファがあるので毎晩お酒を飲んでくつろいでいました。波音が聞こえて癒されました。オーシャンビューをお勧めします。 海までは、ホテルのガーデンを歩いてすぐ。遊泳は禁止なので海水浴には向きません。 ホテルのガーデンはとてもよく手入れされていて、鳥のさえずりや花の香りに癒されます。朝ごはんの後の散歩にお勧め。 一周しても大した距離ではないですが、歩くのがつらければ数分待てば送迎の車（トゥクトゥク？）が来ます。

英語が通じないスタッフが結構多かった。夫が中国人なので特に問題はありませんでしたが翻訳アプリがあると安心。 クラブラウンジのカクテルタイムは、温かいフードが3品ほどで食事代わりには物足りない。ただ、デリバリーや外で買ったものを持ち込んでも問題なかったのでそこはよかったです。

Man kunde lätt promenera runt mellan de olika faciliteterna, vänligt för äldre och yngre människor. Rent och städat, trevlig personal. Nära till kaféer, restauranger och andra butiker. Frukosten var riktigt bra och älskar hur man faktiskt kan känna sig avkopplad när man är där.

アトランティスや免税モールに近い。年末年始だったが、そこまで混んでいない。プールの水は冷たかったが、私たちは入って遊べました。朝食も美味しかった。グランドハイアットに安く泊まれた。スタッフは親切でした。

設備は手入れされているものの古さは感じた。サウナがない。部屋の中にある照明はつかないものが何個かあった。ヤーロンベイで泊まったホテルがかなり良かったのでどうしても見劣りしてしまった。

Территория отеля представлят ботанический сад.Территория была приобретена в 2013 году, как я понял, сответсвенн, все насаждения разраслись и превратились в прекраснйы сад. На берегу успела сформироваться шикарная кокосовая плантация. Комнаты имеют свежий вид, отличное белье, отличная уборка.Очень грамотно и тактично выбирается время и пожелания гостей к уборке.Завтраки -достойныые, учитывают вкусы европейцев, китайская кухня тоже предсталена хорошо. По территории доставляют машинки, если кому не хочется ходить. Интервал- минут 5. До 16PM по территории очень мало людей. Ужины -великолепны.

Улуга "ужни в воздухе". Кран для подъема гостей поднят все время и это придает шикарной территории и замечательным видам из всех комнат ощущение, что стройка продолжается. Поэтому не стал фотографировать.

Очень понравился отель и его невероятно ухоженная территория! Один из немногих отелей в этой бухте, такой зеленый и богатый! В бухте Haitang Bay не плавают, и мы это знали до того как бронировать отель, поэтому остановились на Hyatt с бассейнами, джакузи и СПА! Мы пользовались всеми услугами: ужин в номер, обед в ресторане отеля ( по ценам также как и в ТЦ рядом, но тут продукты точно свежие) гриль бар на ужин, шампанское и чай в номер, SPA - интересный опыт ( не скажу, что уникальный). У мужа был день рождения, отель поздравил и приятно удивил сюрпризом! Персонал -отличная команда👍 Кстати, многие не знают, что вдоль всей бухты можно гулять по «green way” это дорожка, которая пролегает через всю сеть отелей, а также по ней вы дойдете до Duty Free - огромный shipping mall. Очень классно пройтись , особенно если на море сильный ветер. Spoiler- если пройти по пляжу из отеля направо , в часе ходьбы отличный бар с прекрасной музыкой 🎵

整个酒店布局不错，近沙滩的椰林区很棒。园区内走动时，工作人员比较礼貌。管家小凯服务亲切，反应速度快。中餐馆态度好，服务佳。

前台人员可以再亲切一些。

Персонал на высоте, но английский язык конечно в Китае знают не многие (закачивайте при поездке offline переводчики на китайский, не забудьте и DiDi такси тоже закачать). Сделали небольшой апгрейт. Мы забыли планшет, но нам прислали его в другой отель👍🏻 98% постояльцев китайцы.

Купаться не получится в море, но это не минус и мы знали. Купаться только в Ялонг Бей. Закуски и напитки в клубном лаунже достаточно скромные. Но, отель отличный, полный релакс, молодцы👍🏻

房间很大，浴缸超大，视野很好，酒店园景很美。

服务完全达不到五星级酒店的水准。订了两间房五天，前台先是搞不清楚Booking的订单是押金还是已付。我们一堆行李，前台竟然问我们是自己拿上去还是要送？认真的？酒店的信息一点不提供，全靠问路！谁做的培训？！海棠湾的酒店没有管家还是头一次遇到，说是人手不足。更奇葩的是这是我唯一遇到早餐要排队的！家里老人起得早一点先去吃早餐，桌子已经有了，等我们到了报房号不行还要里面出来人接？！管理简直一塌糊涂！要不是悦趣营的工作人员都很热情，我连6分都不会给。这家Grand Hyatt管理层可以回去重新上学了！

Персонал абсолютно не разговаривает на английском.

Отель очень понравился, соотношение цены и качества, отлично. Всё на высшем уровне не смотря на то, что отель не новый, но в номерах нет запаха, мебель не убитая, номера просторные. В номерах убирают хорошо, на ресепшене решали все наши вопросы. Хорошая, ухоженная территория. Завтраки хорошие, вкусные, разнообразные. Ужин просто восторг, морепродукты, рыба, мясо. Отличный бонус, что из отеля есть отдельный выход сразу в торговый комплекс, где очень много ресторанов. Не смотря на некупальную бухту, из-за течения, мы знали об этом, мы обязательно вернёмся в этот отель.

Wonderful garden, pools and the hotel itself.

Every service and info are provided mainly through WeChat. Options for those who doesn’t have WeChat are not developed well. Beach bar. Cocktails, coffee and snacks we tried were total crap.

Большая территория, очень мало народу, единственной гостиницы выход в торговые ряды прям из гостиницы. Аптека , магазины и кафешки в шаговой доступности . Рестораны на территории гостиницы очень доступные по цене, рекомендую питаться в них .

Great great resort staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean.

Friendly staff. It was busy during breakfast, but they quickly cleaned up the tables and refilled the food. Also safety guards at all the pools.

The resort was large, but not alle the signs were clear.

The hotel offers beautiful scenery, easy beach access, well-maintained gardens, festive decorations for Chinese New Year, attentive service, and good-quality food in the breakfast buffet and superb-quality dinner in Yu Cun restaurant.

The air conditioning in my room blows an unpleasant odor, the carpet is stained, the TV is malfunctioning and lacks screen casting, some LED lights flicker, and the curtain track is stuck which caused the curtain cannot be completely closed. Poor soundproofing allows noise from upstairs. The outdoor swimming pool is poorly maintained, with broken tiles at the bottom that may cause injuries. Public restrooms have a strong odor, and changing rooms lack cleaning supplies. Smoking control is inadequate, with cigarette butts found in non-smoking areas.

Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean. Hallways and most common areas are open air so no conditioning. It’s hot and humid.

Wifi connection is very slow, we went a few times during our stay to the Atlantis and there its much faster!

Manager Derrek LIU was perfect. Go the extra mile to make sure we had a very enjoyable stay.

A good place to spend your vacation.

The hotel looks quite impressive when we talked in, very peaceful. the staff were very helpful and friendly, we had a late checked in, they helped us with luggages and explained things well. breakfasts were really good, had lots of choice mix of western and Asian food. Easy access to a very quite beach which just the end of the hotel and they offered free photo shooting with 5 free pictures. the hotel is just next to the 68 food hall where has lots of restaurants.

both restaurants within the hotel were very over priced as well as the spa.

I liked private pool it was so nice. Room was big. They gave us extra bed without problem. Staff service was good.

I ordered private pool inflatable flamingo 48 hours. But they give it to me. I’m very disappointed that I couldn’t give my son what he wanted. I saw my next room had flamingo without guest. Even though, my birthday happened during my stay in this 5 star hotel they didn’t give me anything. Even 4 star hotel give paper greetings. This is small gesture.

We had a wonderful stay for the second time in Grand Hyatt Haitang, the staff is very helpful and will fulfill all your needs

Only bad points were maybe a little too many people impacting the overall tidiness of the hotel and the construction outside in front of the breakfast area.

We loved the property itself. Very peaceful and almost a great escape! I liked the walks in the gardens; the view from our room. That the staff (tried) to meet our needs.

So many things as you can see in the photos my suite was so dirty! Shanghai being opened doesn't explain why I had to have hair in my fridge or food swept under my carpet, cigarette smells in a none smoking room! They managed to clean after I told them. I met with a manager in the club and I pointed out how poor cleanliness is and the floor of the club right where we met was dirty and he took no notice even if i showed him. The hallways and lobby stayed dirty during our stay even if i told them. This is the dirtiest Hyatt I've been too. Nomatter how they try to make up for the next day something else was below expectations. I hope to be back to this beautiful property, but I hope when I do so it is under better management and the hire private cleaning contractors.

We spent all our time at the Edition, up the road.

这家酒店超级棒！尤其适合带小孩子的家庭，基本上进去就不用出来了，水上乐园，恒温泳池可以足足玩一天，酒店早餐很有秩序，种类丰富，各项服务都很周到。

整体上来说酒店很不错，房间很大，房间用品不错，设施也很新，房间的浴缸很大，阳台很大，早餐非常丰盛。 不足的是泳池离酒店有点远，泳池偏小，没有太多景观，沙滩很好，但是风浪很大，没有太多的水上活动。 酒店直通食街，吃的选择比较多，但里面的超市价格黑贵。

酒店房間整潔舒適，環境配套也一流，但前台工作人員工作效率稍低，單單Check in 花了半個小時，還等到18:00才有房間Check in

Poor hygiene: the floor is dusty and stained with lots of stains. There may be insects in the pillow. I found that my left cheek is swollen and itchy when I sleep. There is a problem with the drainage of the bathroom. I have the same problem when I change my room. It was not a pleasant experience.

Overall super good experience. Very nice hotel for families. Service was so so at the beginning but it improved along our stay and it seems is much better than other hotels. Family rooms are impressive (fully equipped apartment with 2 rooms). The children room is absolutely amazing.

The hotel is unquestionably beautiful. The grounds are lush and gorgeously landscaped and maintained. Our room and the public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. We were very disappointed in a beachfront hotel whose beachfront we were forbidden to swim in. We understood that this was for safety reasons but we did not know this in advance. We were restricted to the hotel family pool because the "grownups" pool was closed. The family pool was crowded and very warm.

This was the first weekend getaway for a group of friends after the Covid travel restrictions. The hotel still had some limited services (no spa, no pool bar, some pools still closed), but what was open was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, the rooms are large and very comfortable and it all feels like a wonderful tropical getaway. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very good. There is a food street mall right next to the hotel which provides different options for dinner. The staff were very welcoming, and if the level of English spoken was limited the desire to help was nevertheless clear.

조금만 걸어가면 바닷가도 있고, 조식도 맛있었어요 특히 외국인인데도 친절한 직원들이 좋았습니다.

레이트 쳌아웃이 되지않아 실망입니다. 그러나 5층 짐 에서 늦은시각까지 쉴수있도록 배려한것은 감사했어요. 룸상태와 전망은 최고였고,아레나몰이 가까운것도 최고였어요. 중식당의 음식은 너무비싸고 평범한맛이었어요.

It is a great surprise for me. Such a wonderful hotel at a good price. Nice facility, very clean, modern design. Beautiful landscapes. Access to a small quiet clean beach. Very friendly staff, nice and warm. The breakfast buffet is superb, big selection, both chinese food and western style. Plus, it is right next to the biggest food and shopping center in this area. There is a shortcut from the courtyard of this hotel, that takes you two minutes. Definitely will come back!

Room wasn’t ready until almost 2 hours after check in time and the staff didn’t do much to ease our wait. Pool had missing tiles and some loose tiles and some trash. Nice hotel bar with views (the ones showcased in many of the hotel’s photos) is only open for club guests from 6-8pm and only till 11pm for normal guests. Food offering does not match the five star hotel, except in price.

Fantastisk hotell som anbefales på det sterkeste. Vi hadde et supert opphold. Dyr men god mat. Men rett utenfor hotellet er det mange restauranter, shoppingsenter og vannland. Husk å ha adressen til hotellet på kinesisk da taxisjåføren vår ikke kunne lese engelsk.

There was a mixed up with the bookings when we arrived. We booked the Huan Villa but when we arrived it was advised that there were no more villas. They placed us in two executive suites for the first night and upgraded us to the presidential suite for the remaining two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Services throughout our stay was great, would definitely revisit

We arrived at 2:30pm and waited for 2 hours till 4:30pm to get a room ! Staff claimed that my room are not yet ready! Disappointed for the late check in ! And in the second day ,after playing at the pool till 3pm and back to room for rest ,sadly the room has no housekeeping service ,I didn’t put any do not disturb alert n after clarify ,staff said too busy so not yet do the house keeping. What a bad experience ! The facilities overall meet a 5 star level however the services is much much below standard.

최고입니다. 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 리조트에서 놀기에는 이만한 곳이 없어보입니다. 몰이 가까운 것도 장점입니다.

도착했을때 오후 5시까지 방청소가 되어있지 않아서 체크인이 딜레이 되고 다음날은 밖에 나갔다 들어오니 오후 6시가 넘었는데 방청소가 되어있질 않았음 청소를 요청하였더니 다른곳은 하나도 청소가 되어있지않고 단지 수건만 몇개 교체되어 있었음

The hotel room was clean and had very good facilities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Terence Ng from Yu Cun restaurant who made our stay extra special with his hospitality. There was also a shopping/food complex just outside the hotel. Only thing that I did not like was the check-in which took very long with barely any air con at the reception area (had to also stand to wait in the queue).

가성비 엄청 좋고 시설도 엄청 깨끗하고 좋았어요 매우매우 만족스러운 호텔이고 조식도 맛있었어요 하지만 직원들이 영어를 다 잘하는건 아니여서 좀 아쉽습니다.

깨끗한 숙소와 풀. 특히 풀의 물이 아주 깨끗합니다. 주변에 아레나몰도 있어 저녁에는 식사와 쇼핑하기에도 더없이 좋습니다.

항공시간에 맞춰 체크인, 체크아웃 시간을 조정해줬으며 아레나몰이 연결되어 있어서 편리했습니다. 트윈베드룸을 신청했는데 다른 휴양지에 비해 침대사이즈가 작은 것이 아쉬웠습니다

Breakfast had to line up for a bit but overall good food and good service. Hotel is very kids friendly. Dinner at Chinese restaurant was awesome.

The staff are really nice and helpful. Room are definitely clean and neat. Especially the bath tube which I love the most

This hotel is as good as the description. However, there are 3 things that was discouraging: 1. The hotel doen't provide chairs and beach umbrellas at the beach. Understand it's a new rule from the local Government (explained by a staff), but it does affect the value from a guest point of view. 2. Some facilities are getting old and stained, in need of some maintenance. 3. One of pools there was for adults only when I visited 2 years ago. It was a great area to relax, have a swim, drink and eat. However, it's now full of kids... jumping and yelling, the same as the other pools.

Great pool area, nice breakfast and high quality rooms. The beach is a public beach and not really so swimmable. There is a small mall with some restaurants attached to the hotel, otherwise nothing else anywhere near the hotel expect other resorts.

Wifi is bad. Can easily get insects bites, provide insects repellents.

I stayed in this hotel last year. However, one year after, I really can feel the change. The facilities are older, the room, especially, bathroom is less clean. As well as, the bedding articles are moist and with wired smell.

Overall is very good except both WiFi and network is very bad
