Cali River Suites

I liked it but they don’t clean everyday. I asked for cleaners, especially toilet bowl cleaner but he didn’t give me. I was on a trip and I didn’t want to spent time go shopping for cleaners. They wanted to use their cleaning services which is a bit expensive at $100.000 COP. I would not stay here again.

Very nice experience :)

Great Location! And quite

Items were broken in the room and hall lights were out. Request change in linen and I had to wash my own linen.

🌟Excellent customer service !! Easy access to different places around, the room, was clean and very comfortable. The lobby is perfect for business work 👍

The air conditioner not work

Excellent

I love this property..great value

This is a great place to stay! I highly recommend this establishment

All good

Excellent place to stay in Cali, in a safe location within walking distance of a mall with everything including a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and a gym.

This is very convenient for short stays and long stays. Very good service.

My room was ok for the price.

Carpets inside bedroom were not properly cleaned

Great Property

The property itself is in a good area of Cali and is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride away from lots of shopping areas and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the communication from staff was phenomenal. My check in was at 4PM, but my flight got in at 6AM. Enrique was kind enough to pop in early to allow me to leave my bags in the building until my check in time. He went above and beyond arriving several hours earlier than scheduled to accommodate me.

The property is close to granada. Its easy to stay here as a base

Air conditioning sometimes didn’t work. Other than that it was great.

It is central to most areas of interest

Excelent property

I like how the city is integrated with the river

The hotel has no running water and said that was not their fault.

I like this place. A ten minute walk in either direction will get you to some nice restaurants or stores. You can cook in the room. Check in and out is nothing. I recommend it.

The Manager Enrique knows how to work with the visitors. The Hotel is small but everything is good!!!!!

We stayed 5 nights, property policy no housekeeping until guests checked out, they only replace towels every other day.

I love the fact that they are super kind and friendly. I love that . Always taking care of you .

close by restaurants, bakeries, shopping etc.

Very tranquil and close to most places of interest

Very tranquil and safe area that is close to most places

A comfortable home in Cali within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions in a clean, modern building with secure access and in room safes for your valuable documents and small valuables. Very reasonable rates in a very comfortable area with local food shopping and bank access for cost conscious foreign travelers. Some apartments have all you need for cooking and dining in your living area or just enjoying take-out services (Rappi) is a popular option. The staff led by Enrique and his assistants are very friendly and helpful and do an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the facilities. The building is very close to the very scenic river and the park grounds that abut it. And it is surrounding by restaurants with a variety of cuisines and everything from food courts at the Centro Comercial Centenario, local dining establishments, American fast food favorites, street food stands to the Intercontinental Hotel fine dining options.

No comments not enough of snything

I enjoyed my stay at this place and would stay here again.

For the price the property was great. The surrounding area was not the best.

Really nice place and Enrique the best

Being able to cook, the freedom to go and come as I please.

The property had roaches and insects. The front desk personnel was not professional. The area was decent but i would not stay at this apartment again.

Good location

Great Property

Great area and great apartment to stay at. Some communication was lacking since you need to call since it's not a hotel and they need to let you in. Also, no one answers on Sundays and that can be problematic. Grocery store is 2 blocks away. Many fun places to dance salsa are maybe 15 minute walks.

I went to Cali to have dental work done and was given the recommendation to stay at this property. And I am so glad they did. This property came highly recommended and I see why. The property is very well kept, has security measures (2 locked front doors). The suite that I had was really nice. Everything was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Yes kitchen- stove, oven, and microwave. And the price was definitely a plus. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Cali.

I really like this place for a long stay. I walked to the store and cooked in the room. It was quiet and I got some work done. The tv went out every weekend but oh well.

It’s close to everything…

The area was close to where i had to do business

Enrique and his team went over and above to make us feel safe and welcome. Great area, walking distance to all amenities.

Great location, Clean and big studio, Enrique was helpful, we definitely will choose this property again

The place is well located, quiet and immaculate. Get the largest room you can, it's worth the extra money. Close to everything. Arrange your check in and check out in advance, there's no 24 hour reception. Enrique is THE MAN.

Great place to stay, very safe area and a shopping center a few blocks away.

Great place, close to Boulevard Rio which is always live

Great place to stay. Front desk Enrique was not timely nor responsive when needed. Other than that no complaints.

The hotel is super nice, amenities are amazing, clean, hot water, cable, secure. The outside areas are poorly maintain by the city.

Well located hotel in Cali near many parks and Centenario mall. Very feiendly and helpful staff.

Great customer service parking is right around the corner. Restaurants are nearby. Lots of places to visit walking distance. Staff was really good.

Excellent property, very quiet near all tourist areas.

Very secure property, within walking distance of any necessities.

Easy to go around. I really liked the laundry service. I was really surprised about the street noise, but I guess that is every where. The tv didn't work properly.

I highly recommend this as an hotel amazing deal

Well maintained room, but there is no one to clean the rooms daily, or change the towels. Bring your own soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

Building lacks nearby parking and that makes it not viable

Great rooms, great host, nice place to stay. I would recommend housekeeping and not for a fee. All and all great vacation.

Fast service. Friendly staff.
