Nice woke up building, and the homes were clean and well organized.

I checked in during normal hours between nine and five and had no problem. . I imagine if you check in later it’s self check-in, which may be a little confusing.

Fabulous style, quiet and well located. The staff was incredibly friendly and my room was very clean and enjoyable. The common areas are fabulous and snacks and coffee all day really appreciated!

It’s located in busy area so just be aware that as soon as you step out of the building you’re right in the middle of things. It’s great but also just something to know!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Sitges. Very helpful and kind staff and everything was great. The location is perfect for access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The bathroom towels were very small but that is a minor issue in the overall experience

The staff was amazing and so was my room outside.

The hotel is in a convenient location for access to the beach and the many local restaurants. Food was laid out for breakfast on a serve yourself basis - snacks and coffee were available round the clock. Particularly useful for the party going night owls! Room air conditioning worked well - thankfully because it was very hot and humid outside during our stay.

Sound insulation between the rooms wasn't great. However our room was well insulated from the outside world. This was useful because Sitges was noisy with party goers and, for two nights, a drumming competition on the nearby beach until the early hours! We wouldn't choose Sitges for a future stay in this part of Spain. We thought we could visit other locations easily by train but the train service proved to be very unreliable. Sitges is definitely 'party town' - not a place for peace and quiet.

La situació és perfecte al centre de tot, a prop de la platja, el llit molt còmode, i l'Alba molt simpàtica i atenta ens a aconsellat en el que ens a fet falta!

Hotel jest rzeczywiście bardzo blisko plaży. Do dyspozycji gości jest skromnie zaopatrzony bufet z przekąskami, napojami i ekspresem do kawy (słabej jakości) oraz lodówką. Na początku naszego pobytu przekąski były tylko słodkie, co nam nie odpowiadało. Jednak po jakimś czasie pojawiły się też opcje słone. Dobrym udogodnieniem są krzesła i parasole na plażę, ponieważ wypożyczenie takiego zestawu na plaży kosztuje 40 EUR za dzień i jest trudno dostępne. Cicha winda.

Inaczej sobie wyobrażałam hotel butikowy, Divino kojarzy mi się bardziej z hostelem. Cena za ten standard jest mocno przesadzona. Nawiew z klimatyzacji jest skierowany prosto na łóżko (pokój nr 7). Nie udało się zmniejszyć skali nawiewu, więc musieliśmy na noc rozkładać duży parasol plażowy, żeby klimatyzacja nie wiała prosto na nas. Drzwi nie wygłuszają hałasów z klatki schodowej. Do hotelu nie da się podjechać samochodem. W ogóle poruszanie się samochodem po najbliższej okolicy jest bardzo utrudnione przez słupki wystające z ulicy. Miejsc parkingowych trzeba szukać w odległości około 1 kilometra od hotelu. My parkowaliśmy na dużym parkingu przed wiaduktem kolejowym (4 EUR za dzień od 9.00 do 21.00), ale trzeba rano o 9.00 być na miejscu i przedłużyć parking na następny okres lub wyjechać. Znaleźliśmy też bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe koło posterunku policji. Tak, czy inaczej trzeba przejść z bagażami sporą odległość. Nie przyjechałabym do hotelu z dziećmi ze względu na okolicę pełną klubów nocnych, głównie gejowskich. Po zmroku okolica robi się głośna, tłoczna i nieprzyjemna. Gdyby ktoś mnie o tym uprzedził, nie wybrałabym tego miejsca na pobyt.

It was clean, very cool after being out in the heat, small selection of breakfast items each morning was nice, it was very quiet despite being so near to the bars and clubs.

Our body wash dispenser had been pulled off the wall in the shower and was left on the floor which made using it quite difficult. I think this should have been fixed prior to our arrival as it wouldn’t have taken long to do so. Also one day we arrived back to our room and it had been left unlocked after being cleaned. Thankfully nothing was missing from our room.

L’emplacement génial dans une petite rue piétonne. La gentillesse du personnel. Le sentiment d’être dans une maison d hôtes avec boissons et snacks H24. La terrasse avec la chambre. Le calme absolu malgré le centre ville. Bref super adresse

Un seul bémol : pas de rideau occlusif à la fenêtre d’où réveil avec le jour. Mais c’est un détail par rapport à l’agrément du reste.

Die freundliche Aufnahme, die Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise, das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und hat die optimale Lage mitten im Zentrum und ich hatte keine Lärmbelästigung durch umliegende Lokale.

We loved the feel of the hotel, and it was in a super location. All of the staff we interacted with were first class.

As the buildings are in the old part of town rooms are of limited size and therefore the use of space is really important. Better wardrobe design and a larger shower space would have made the room rating higher.

Our stay in Divino,Sitges was exceptional and such a special part of our trip. Rocío warmly welcomed us both personally and via WhatsApp before arrival, which made everything feel easy and seamless from the start. Arriving to wine, fresh fruit, and chocolates for our anniversary was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch. The accommodation itself was stunning, complete with a double spa and private terrace that made it feel incredibly relaxing and luxurious. There is a common area inc pastries, tea and coffee as well as terrace on first floor. The location was also perfect, close to everything inc beach, we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The room was spotless, stylish, and full of charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary stay

great location, friendly staff

We booked a suite ( room 4 ) and a twin with terrace ( room 8 ) at the rear of the property. The suite room was vast with a huge terrace and a hot tub inside. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We spent most our time out and at the beach so didn't use the tv but my 12 year old had no issues getting his favourites on NETFLIX. Staff members were extremely helpful and efficient and went to great lengths to make our stay enjoyable. Even putting out breakfast bags of pastries for our last morning, named and ready for our early departure. We have been visiting Sitges for decades and its nice to find something new for a short break.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Book rooms at the rear with terraces as they are very peaceful. While the bathrooms were more than adequate, they could do with modernisation, just to add the final touch.

Toppen boende!! Bra storlek på rummet och stort badrum, sköna sängar och täcke. Acn jättebra, även väldigt ljudisolerat trots på en gata med barer o klubbar. Också bra städat och en trevlig enklare frukost för alla gäster :) Gillade personalen som alltid var väldigt trevliga o hjälpsamma!

- El sitio, es muy bonito y cada detalle decorativo le daba una sensación de ser un espacio ameno y tranquilo. - La atención fue la mejor, gracias Alba eres una persona encantadora y amable. En todo momento están pendientes de tu comodidad y siempre están disponibles para ayudarte. - La ubicación es estratégica, cerca de la playa y del centro. - La habitación es enorme, merece la pena. - Hay un espacio para desayunar con terraza.

Creo qué lo único que recomendaría es cambiar el secador de pelo, está roto.

Très bien situé près de tout. Il y a beaucoup de bars sur la rue mais les fenêtres sont très bien insonorisées. Nous avions une chambre avec un balcon donnant sur la rue. Les chambres avec vue intérieure donnent sur la terrasse arrière. Literie confortable. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais rénovée et déco au goût du jour. Excellent service. Rocio est d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci !

La douche sans porte et avec seulement un rideau de douche. On doit être vigilant pour ne pas faire de dégât!

The location couldn’t have been more perfect! We walked to everything, the area around felt so safe as well. The rooms were fabulous and clean, such a cute hotel!! We can’t wait to come back.

Easy access, parking close by, and close to the beach, with everything within walking distance. They had small beach umbrellas and towels, which were super convenient. The people working there were genuinely kind and made it feel like a 'home' away from home. Breakfast is basic, so it's better had elsewhere, but there are heaps of nice places to have a croissant and coffee close by, so it's not a loss, just a nice morning routine. Perfect for a run or a walk early morning by the beach, and even though close to everything, it was quiet. The balcony was awesome for some afternoon downtime. The Rituals bath product was a nice touch, adding to the quality.

Very very noisy, there was also construction next door, we could not even open the window. In a narrow road, no privacy, facing the other building. Old building with minor renovation. Nothing like a boutique hotel, not worth the money.

The location of it! Near all amenities including fab restaurants and the beach down the street. Always Nice to have a complimentary breakfast. Staff was also very kind before, during and on departure.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel but some of the shared areas could be cleaned better including emptying bins.

The property was good - modernised and comfortable. Communication with the owner was good.

We made early starts - up before 7 and there was no hot water then. It was fine later in the day. On one of the 2 days, we asked for the room to be serviced but it wasn’t . The front desk was only manned during the peak of the day do communication was by WhatsApp.

The location, the staff, it felt luxurious and we felt welcomed and respected as guests. The staff were so helpful at all times. Great facilities - lovely bath as well!

The only thing, and this is being really nitpicky, is that the shower curtain kept blowing into the shower as we used it. In an absolutely perfect world it would be a shower door, but it was not detrimental to our stay at all.

The staff were really helpful, sending information prior to our arrival via what’s app and everyone we met at reception was really friendly. Our room was light, spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and we liked the addition of Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. There is an informal dining area/terrace with complimentary snacks, kettle, coffee machine that we appreciated.

Simple, clean, well maintained and comfortable. Lovely cafe with tea, coffee, toast, croissants, cereal, fruit etc for self service breakfast. Fridge in the bedroom. Great central location. Self check in after 5.00 pm. Great value.

This property is a beautiful place to stay. It’s extremely clean and just a stone’s throw from the Sitges seafront promenade. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Divino Hotel is ideally situated in Sitges old town. Lovely hotel with very comfy beds and nice room decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great stay.

Overall, the hotel was amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, even held onto our bags until our room was ready before placing them in the room for us. Room was a decent size, we even had a small balcony. Great perk with the free drinks and snacks in the communal area and the host was contactable via whatsapp throughout our stay which was a nice.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable and sound insulation could be better. We could hear people in the room next door perfecltly, whilst this didn't impact our stay it is worth noting if you are particularly sensitive to noise or a light sleeper.

The hotel location, simplistic design and style, super king 2x2m bed even in a small room, foam mattress and spacious bathroom. The location is more than perfect and the self-serve breakfast perfect...

That the bedroom bins could have been emptied everyday, the room water bottle refiled everyday as well as the breakfast baskets replenished everyday downstairs.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was off-season, a bit calmer maybe. The room was large and clean. I really loved the bathroom with golden accessories! The bed was absolutely comfortable.

The only minor thing was that the walls are relatively thin so you can hear some light noise from other rooms.
