Room was very spacious and had a nice balcony. The air conditioning is probably the best I have experienced, and very quiet too. The room was always cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast had a large range of foods and the quality was good. The staff were friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel, staff were really nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean too. Good choice for breakfast. The fact that it runs until 1 is really useful not having to run down before 10. This way you can have the option of a lie in when relaxing on holiday. Will definitely be back again.

The rooftop bar is great. The indoor part and section immediately in front of that could do with some work to make the lighting and ambience as nice as the far section.

Basic hotel facilities. The bathroom is challenging - walk in, turn one right to use dink, turn left to use toilet , turn the other way to close the door and shower. If you have a big bum or stomach you’ll be annoyed. Toilet papers as thinner than rice paper . But the breakfast Buffett is exceptional like no other. If you like simple and basic don’t opt for the breakfast, you’ll hate it. The pool doesn’t open until 11:30 am and it’s a dipping pool. You can’t do lengths.

Excellent service, wide variety of breakfast options including cava, very central location, friendly staff, great room cleaning, fabulous views from rooftop bar. Comfortably beds, complementary welcome drink in bar, complementary cakes and hot drinks at 5pm daily.

Only 12 sunbeds on pool deck so impossible to get one as people reserved them all day, also no sun on sunbathing area until 3.30pm. Strong smell of cigarette smoke on sunbathing deck and outside front breakfast patio as these were smoking areas.

Het hotel ligt echt op een ideale locatie, midden in het centrum en met de zee direct aan de overkant van de straat. De kamers zijn schoon en boven op het hotel is er een prachtig terras met uitzicht op zee en Sitges. Het personeel is erg attent en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is geweldig, met een enorm uitgebreid aanbod — absoluut het beste ontbijt van alle hotels waar ik ooit heb verbleven.

Er zijn gewoon geen minpunten.

It was all good, the shower was a little slow but no big deal.

Wir sind zufällig wegen unser Flugstornierung ins Hotel Platjador gelandet und wir haben nicht erwartet, dass 3. Sterne Hotel bietet so viel an! Branch, oder Früstuck ist SUPER! Sogar mit Sekt! Blick von Terasse ist wunderschön. Eva in der Reseption ist ein Engel! Wir konnten sogar früher ins das Zimmer reinkommen. In der Badezimmer war after sun Lotion, Schampoo... Das Bett war riesen gross und bequem. Das Hotel befindet sich ist auf die erste Linie zu Meer und Sitges Vielen Dank für Management und den Besitzer! Que algunas cosas como la alfombra son muy viejas que están en todos los pasillos y debería modernizar un poco mas por lo que cobran.

La amabilidad y la atención del personal de 10!! El desayuno/brunch es generoso, variado y de calidad. Y la fruta fresca y la limonada siempre fresquita y a disposición de los clientes en el vestibulo es lo mejor de lo mejor!!

La ubicación de mi habitación, la 124. La terraza da a un rincon sin sol, sin ventilación, con una "vista" horrible. Pero tranquilos, es la unica habitacion tan mal situada.

Absolutely loved this hotel! 🌟 Firstly, the staff were all fantastic — so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is incredible; you honestly couldn’t ask for a better one. Our room was super clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed. But what really blew us away was the breakfast! There was such a huge variety, everything was fresh, and they even had cava ! 🥂 It was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth getting up for. They also offer brunch options, which was a really lovely touch. The location can not be beat and the roof top bar views are magnificent Overall, we had such a fantastic experience. Kat was amazing, and we genuinely can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Fantastic customer service and extended buffer breakfast. The pool was also fantastic.

The cleaners. They were very loud talking to each other all morning and afternoon and did not change the sheets (still had sand in our bed) and forgot to give us towels and change rubbish on numerous occasions.

Depuis de longues années des amis m'avaient vanté le Platjador mais malheureusement je n'avais jamais réussi à y dénicher une chambre libre aux périodes qui me conviennent. Mais là enfin c’est fait, j'ai pu y passer une grosse semaine et j'en reviens ravi au point d'espérer y pouvoir retourner bientôt. Belle chambre avec une grande armoire (ce qui souvent n'est plus le cas dans des hôtels plus "modernes"), douche balnéo, balcon avec vue sur la piscine et surtout un superbe lit géant et confortable avec des coussins comme il faut. Sans oublier le grand buffet de petit déjeuner jusqu'à 13 heures (!), idéal pour les nombreux noctambules et lèves-tard logeant à cet hôtel à même pas 5 minutes de marche des principaux bars et tout autant jusqu'à la plage. Sans oublier la piscine (ou plutôt Spa en plein air), la citronnade offerte à toute heure, la belle vue du bar rooftop et surtout surtout la gentillesse du personnel. Et pour ceux qui viennent en voiture il y a même quelques (rares) places disponibles dans l'un des grands parkings de la ville à tarif très réduit par rapport au prix habituel.

Deux trois petites réparations de certaines des installations de la piscine-spa seraient le bienvenu, et peut-être changer la moquette dans les couloirs d'étages et escalier

A massive bed in an average size room. Good view of the surrounding beachfront area. Very good breakfast - quality and variety was excellent.

The hotel is looking very tired and worn. It could do with a fresh overhaul and upgrade. On arrival, I requested from the staff member on reception assistance with the air conditioning as the air in my room was very hot and uncomfortable. He complained about missing his train but then reluctantly improved the air conditioning. It was fortunate that the sea breezes kept my room cool and fresh.

Brilliantly located by the sea and in the middle of town. A nice pool area, and a fab rooftop bar. Good breakfast too!

The location cannot be beat! It is right across the street from the beach and was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

Our room faced the back of the building and faced an apartment that was in very poor condition. The front desk staff should alert guest who have this view because it was shocking. If we were to return to this hotel we would request a room at the front.

We loved it and we are definitely coming back 💙

Huuuuge bed and spacious room. Nice breakfast. Very good closet space. Good air conditioning, and it's great that they both have a pool (floor 1) and a roof top bar up top. This does not give a "luxury feeling", instead it feels homey and friendly. Location right by the water is absolutely splendid.

Didn't love the bed and the pillows. Would have like softer sheets. But got used to it quickly!

The perfect beach hotel. Great location, amazing extended breakfast, unforgettable sea view from the terrace. But the star of the show at the hotel is the staff. From the reception at check-in to everyone in the hotel and restaurant were smiling and friendly. Well done.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Le personnel est très agréable. Que ce soit les personnes qui gèrent le petit déjeuner ou les personnes qui nettoient les chambres, tous sont avenants, souriants, aux petits soins. Il y a beaucoup de complicité entre eux. Ça fait plaisir à voir et ça met une super ambiance dans l'hôtel. A noter : le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 13h. Excellente idée pour ceux qui veulent faire la grasse matinée.

Super hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Sitges, le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins à chaque instant, les lits sont confortables et les chambres très propres. La piscine est calme et agréable avec les jets d'eau, et enfin le gros plus c'est le petit déjeuner qui en plus d'être méga bien fourni est accessible jusqu'à 13h !

La tranquilidad , no hay sensación de mucha gente , el poder acceder a bebida y fruta todo un detalle .

The location of the hotel is brilliant. Right on the beach and a 2 minute walk away from the action in the town. The room was well apportioned and equipped, even though it looked a little dated. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool and sunbathing area is very small, but you’ve got the beach on the other side of the road so not a major issue and good to have the option. Breakfast was great, lots of choice.

The hotel decor is a little dated, but it’s a minor thing. The pool and sun lounge area was small, but useful to have and the beach is across the road.

Dachterrasse mit super Aussicht, Frühstück reichhaltig und bis 13 Uhr. Super für Brunch nach dem Ausgehen. Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Personal extrem freundlich.

Pool hat praktisch keinen Schatten. Nicht das Taxi im Hotel buchen! Ist zwar ein schickes Auto, das für zehn Euro mehr OK wäre, aber der Fahrer versuchte uns mehr Geld abzunehmen, weil er einen besseren Weg gefahren ist (war die ganz normale Autobahn), und er setzt einen am Flughafen nicht am Abflug ab, weil es da "issues" gibt. Nehme mal an, er hat einfach keine Lizenz, war alles ganz normal.

Breakfast was amazing. The buffet had everything and more. Rafael, the breakfast manager was incredibly helpful and kind. Very nice and friendly people working there. Glass of cava on arrival. Nothing is a problem. Really clean and tidy. Super nice roof terrace. Pool was refreshing.

Tolles Hotel in Top Lage, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Bar auf der Dachterrasse war ebenfalls toll. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe, die Betten waren bequem. Insgesamt war es sauber.

An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist das Hotel wohl renovierungsbedürftig, es war jedoch sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

The location was great. The bed was very comfortable to the point that it was addictive. The staff were diligent and friendly.

We stayed in room 110. The side tables and the desk didn’t have any drawers. So, it was hard to organize items. There were no electrical sockets beside the bed. The balcony was very small and its door was too heavy to open or close easily. They offer various items for their breakfast, but either average or low quality. Suggest to have less quantity but better quality.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen im Mai 2027 sehr gern wieder.
