我9月11入住5樓501房因為相信你們品質我連住兩晚，結果半夜警鈴大作，早上又警鈴大作一次，感受極差睡眠品質大受影響，員工當晚也毫無作為及補償，員工教育這麼失敗的嗎？真失火我是不是就要死在裡面？，請問我今天是沒有付錢還是有少給一毛錢嗎？隔天詢問員工也只是被敷衍系統問題潦草帶過，我是什麼很賤的人嗎？

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Size of the suite was spacious. King size bed was comfortable and spacious. Shower and bathroom good size. Staff very helpful. Good location in Ximen, close walk to very convenient public transport.
Control panel on bedroom ceiling flashing all night, not great if small lights impact ability to fall asleep. Only minor issue as everything else was great!

The floor wasn’t vacuumed when they cleaned the room and the pillows are pretty bulky/high. We couldn’t use the iron either as someone had borrowed it and not returned

Staff were available but seemed impatient when needing to go beyond the simple answer. Felt to be a nuisance several times with questions about luggage storage, tv issues, lost items. Maybe language issues but should still make guests feel comfortable to ask for help.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The location is pretty good, especially if this is your first time visiting Taipei or if you have to be around the main station. Close to downtown Xiem but it's not noisy at all. I would definitely return.
The staff could be nicer, only one of the staff was nice. The rest felt like they didn't want to be there and were not so friendly. Also, the room I stayed in was fine for me only but would be too tight for 2 people so be aware.
