設施太簡陋 超乎想像 雖然是在台北車站附近寸土寸金的地段 也太令人匪夷所思的簡陋 比日本車站附近的一星旅店還糟

離台北車站很近，很方便。

The staff member told me that toilet paper should not be flushed in the toilet and should be put in the bin, but the sigh in the bathroom doesn’t say so. I am not sure which one is true. That’s the only thing that holds me back from staying again.

離火車站很近，附近是商圈，吃的東西很多，很方便的地方。

沒有早餐，也未提早告知阜杭早點預訂需在五點前預訂，很可惜，少了一個優勢。

地點不錯，鄰近西門町，在地下街z10出口旁，前往大眾運輸均走地下街，遇到艷陽或雨天很方便。房內空間算寬敞，衛浴乾淨。床舒適好睡。

隔音不好，樓上蹦蹦跳跳聲音很大聲。除濕機聲音大聲，關掉之後不知是室內空調或窗外躁音斷斷續續傳來，干擾睡眠。

位置比較近台北車站，交通方便

房間非常多蚊，非常不適，而且洗澡時會漏水，令洗手間全濕。

地點好，附近很多好吃的，交通方便，也可以12點再退房，東西忘記拿會打電話來詢問是否還需要。

代訂早餐的部分應該寫清楚截止時間，為了早餐選擇貴飯店，要訂時被告知只到五點，在那之前都沒有任何資訊，可惜了，雖然附近很多餐廳，但可以12點退房，誰不希望多享受一點飯店的貼心呢。

Kostenlose Nutzung an Waschmaschine und Trockner 😁 Die Lounge ist sehr schön und bequem.

Kissen waren unbequem. Das Badezimmer riecht nicht gut. Es fehlt auch einen Schminkspiegel. Wasserdruck im Bad ist sehr schlecht.

台北車站旁地點優秀，房間狀態乾淨良好。地下室交誼廳有微波爐和餐具。一樓有洗衣房有複數洗烘衣機。回報房間的問題也被迅速解決。服務人員優良態度佳。能入住前與退房後寄放行李。

每天都有打掃衛生，衛生情況很好 員工服務，態度也很好 也可以幫忙訂伴手禮和阜杭豆漿

WiFi 不行 全程連不上網，或者是連上網後速度很慢然後直接用漫遊5G 向飯店工作人員反映過，他們說他們也沒遇到這種情況 然後工作人員也有到房間看過也沒發現問題，工作人員來了wifi就好好的，一走又不行，這個體驗感很差 我的5 G漫遊服務到最後一天就完全沒有了 後面在路上要查路線資料就完全憑感覺和路標

Facilities are basic for the price.

台北駅から近く、繁華街へのアクセスもとても良い。館内も部屋も内装が新しく清潔でとても快適に過ごすことができた。しかもリーズナブル。フロントスタッフの対応も親切丁寧で、日本語対応可能で便利だった。同行した妻もとても気に入ったようだ。次回台北に行くときにもぜひ利用したい。

Emplacement très agréable et proche de la gare de TAIPEI .hôtel très facile d’accès et proche de tout .Le lounge au niveau du B1 est très agréable pour se retrouver entre amis.

廁所有異味，且晚上睡覺時廁所水管聲，冷氣聲音很大。

房務員很友善，很積極配合我們續住房的清潔模式，十分好！

Great location near Main Taipei Station Staff was nice Facilities were clean

The staff was very helpful and I really appreciated that they were able to hold a large suitcase for two nights while I visited Tainan. The free laundry was also a plus. It was very easy to get to Hinoen from the Taoyuan Airport train and only about 300 NTD to take a taxi to Songshan Airport. It's a great base for sightseeing around Taipei.

The rooms have concrete walls so the feeling is a little cold. It's also not very soundproof between rooms and I could hear the toddler next door at times during the day. Some of the bathrooms have weird layouts; the first room I stayed in was fine but the second had doors that opened into each other and a bathtub that could only be accessed from the foot of the tub via that shower. As a single traveler it didn't matter much, but I could see it being annoying with two people or for someone with mobility issues.

位置很好，就在機場捷運附近。飯店空間很大，衛浴設備很棒，有浴缸。

地理位置方便，就在北車附近，可以走站前地下街一路走到Z10出口樓梯上來就到了，附近即使走路去到西門或機捷也都算近，附近公車也很多，去到哪裡都很方便，房間很大很舒服

還是稍微會有點聽到外面馬路聲音，走廊如果有人說話也會稍微聽見

Friendly staff. Room is clean except for the foul smell in the bathroom.

Was assigned to Rm505 for the first few nights. The bathroom has a slight stinky smell mixed with deodorant scent. Got worse after the second night. Complained to the management staff who said they would look into it. NO, the stink only got worse. Request a change of room and was assigned to Rm305 which has no special odour, foul or not. There was no deodorant scent also. So the first room clearly has a drainage problem which the management tried to masked with room deodorant, a problem they know they cannot solve. Bear with the odor and they can sell an extra nite. Just avoid Rm 505.

隔音非常差 浴室空間太小，開關門還要閃一下馬桶 浴缸設計危險，進出浴缸無法從側面，而是從浴缸前端跨入，浴缸內此處還斜斜的，非常容易滑倒

Very convenient location, less then 10 minutes' walk to the Taipei Main Station, so we can take the express train to the internation airport, super easy, convenient and money saving The room is comfortable for a short stay. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there are many eateries, restaurants and Seven-Eleven groceries nearby the hotel. Every staff we encounter is polite and friendly.... the people here is one main reason we love Taiwan and keep coming back. We also find the room rate is reasonable with good value. Definitely we will choose the hotel again when we return.

Bathroom towels are a bit old, need improvement, which will be much better.
