كان التعامل سئ من لحظة الوصول حيث تم طلب اموال أضافية ، ثم يأتى الأزعاج الدائم من العاملين فى الفندق بما يقلق الراحة ، وكذلك وجود تعامل سئ من بعض الموظفين الذين يمنعون استقبال الضيوف فى بهو الفندق ، مع اغلاق التكييف فى الصالة الرئيسة الارضية ووجود حرارة لا تطاق اثناء استقبال الضيوف او تناول الوجبات ، وفى الأخير وجود روائح كريهة فى المصعد .

La camera era pulita e confortevole, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile e la posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. Abbiamo apprezzato anche l’attenzione alle nostre esigenze durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Nulla in particolare, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e non abbiamo riscontrato problemi.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The location is amazing—just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Knowing we were leaving for Abu Simbel in the early morning, they kindly prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance. Although an unexpected issue came up during the night, the management ultimately handled it in a way that left me highly satisfied.
The night shift staff seemed to lack the authority to handle emergencies, making it impossible to resolve the issue immediately on the spot.

Perfect arrangements with the exception of airport pick up, driver was a no show when I cam out at 12am. Staff had a packed breakfast for my 2:30am departure. Very thoughtful.
Spotty WiFi. Arrangements made through hotel can only be paid in cash, US dollars. Also very picky about condition of bills, have to be perfect, preferably brand new. No coffee facility for morning. Breakfast and coffee were poor quality, hard to believe because coffee is generally excellent in Egypt.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Staff we met are very good and helpful - Omnia & Walid on Reception and Abdelraham in the restaurant. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the railway station, walking through the souk. The noise from the souk didn't affect the hotel.
Our first room was noisy from the nearby mosque because the windows didn't close properly, but our second room was very good. We even booked an extra night here.

Rooms a little small. Room 316 was right over the market and fridge was loud and seal was weak. Breakfast could have been better.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Hotel situato in posizione centrale. II personale è molto gentile, ci hanno anche preparato una box per la colazione perché avevamo la partenza molto presto al mattino per visitare Abu Simbel.
La camera però lasciava un po' a desiderare, bagno molto piccolo e struttura piuttosto vecchia nel complesso. Il vero problema è appena fuori dall'hotel, dove si viene subito importunati. Un uomo che si faceva chiamare Ali si è finto dipendente dell'hotel e ci ha convinte ad accompagnarlo per un giro in feluca. Appena usciti quindi fate attenzione e non date retta a nessuno.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026l'Hôtel est propre et bien géré. La chambre que j'ai utilisé n'était pas neuve mais tout à fait confortable et propre. La salle de bain était très bien, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent en Egypte où la plomberie est souvent déficiente. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien. Le service de laundry très efficace. Deux points très satisfaisant à souligner : -bien que central et à proximité immédiate du souk, l'hôtel est calme et silencieux, ce qui en Egypte est un luxe. -le personnel est vraiment sympathique, attentif et efficace.
-le wifi plutôt insuffisant -l'insonorisation des chambres (portes en particulier) -pas de possibilité de restauration le soir.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026La ubicación es excelente. El baño estaba nuevo, al igual que las sábanas y toallas. Nos recibieron con fruta y agua. El desayuno está bien, es igual al de todos los hoteles. Y el staff es lo mejor, todos te atienden con una sonrisa (sobretodo los que sirven el desayuno). Las habitaciones están muy bien en comparación con otros hoteles. De hecho, volvimos 2 veces porque nos pareció un hotel súper funcional, limpio y amable.
El precio es un poco elevado en relación a los precios en todo Egipto, siendo que no es un hotel de lujo.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra bo w mieście a nie na wyspie. Standard hotelu dobry. Nie było w pokoju suszarki do włosów i czajnika ale jak poprosiliśmy to dostaliśmy. Wzięliśmy z hotelu wycieczkę do Abu Simbel w dobrej cenie, więc polecamy. W nocy jest dosyć głośno bo hotel jest przy deptaku z bazarem, radzę wziąć zatyczki do uszu które zresztą się przydają w wielu miejscach w Egipcie bo zazwyczaj jest głośno nocą. To był nasz najdroższy nocleg w Egipcie ale w Asuanie noclegi w mieście są drogie w stosunku do tych na wyspie, nie wiem dlaczego.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Professional lovely staff! Omnia and the gentleman at the reception were very helpful. They kindly brought a hairdryer and kettle. Also, the staff at the cafe&restaurant were also nice. Shower pressure and hot water were amazing.
Breakfast could be improved. We wanted to have more types of hot meals.

Booked Superior King size room but found such a small room that you can not open your bag properly. Bathroom door doesn’t close. They don’t even provide the guest the lequid sower gel. The hotel spoiled the name of Booking.com

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Loved the location - very close to the souk and extremely convenient for all our travels. We loved the city too, and this hotel felt like the perfect place to stay in Aswan. They were thoughtful enough to pack breakfast for us on days we had early trips or flights. Since the city had so much to see, I was mostly out and spent little time at the hotel, but it still felt nice, safe, and definitely value for money.
The room was a bit small, and the door lock was somewhat difficult to open and secure. Needed to be fixed.

Location of hotel, Aswan souk is just below so expect a lot of noise at night Breakfast was very mediocre only 1 option of falafel and bread. For the price could have been better in terms of location and breakfast

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025スーク沿いにあるので便利(入り口はスークから少し入ったところ) です。アスワンはスークの中の方がウザい客引きがいないので、治安が良く感じました。なので立地的にもこのホテルにして良かったです。 部屋も広くて朝食もついてるし、この値段ならコスパは高いと思います。 バルコニーがあるので、そこでタバコ吸えるのが良いです。ドライヤーはついてないので受付で貸してもらえます。
朝食がもっと種類が多ければいいと思いました。 あと、この値段帯とエジプトレベルの国だとあるあるのシャワーの排水口が詰まる問題があるので、濡れても大丈夫なスリッパがあると便利です。
