Habitacion enorme y cómoda, tipo occidental, teníamos dos habitaciones separadas y un cuarto de estar con dos terrazas , el desayuno bariado , y en pleno korniche

En el desayuno temprano es como que no estaban preparados , por ejemplo el puesto de tortillas o el del café estaba desatendido , aun asi , fue un buen desayuno

Un hotel super comodo y con una vista al Nilo hermosa, tanto de dia como de noche donde se ve iluminado el valle de los reyes!!! Por las fotos parecia un hotel antiguo, quizas la recepion sea un poco antigua, igual esta todo impecable y las habitaiones son nuevas y los pasillos tambien, todo impecable

La camera tripla è amplia e pulita, i letti molto comodi e l'aria condizionata funziona bene ed è regolabile dalla stanza (aspetto non secondario quando ci sono 45 gradi fuori), il personale gentile

La chambre était grande, propre, et tout fonctionnait. C'était agréable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.

C'est mieux si les réceptionnistes parlent anglais, et sont précis dans ce qu'ils disent. La carte bancaire en dollars uniquement. En monnaie liquide, ils ne prennent que les dollars et les euros (pas de egp)

onething i didnt like that has nothing to do with the hotel or the hotel staff . it was with booking.com who sent me and approved early check in while the hotel somehow didnt approve or recieved the approval .but the hotel handled the situation to our satisfaction by dealing with booking.com mistake

The location is nice, there was a nice view of river Nile from my window. The stuff was kind and professional.

It was difficult to find the entrance in the hotel, 2 or 3 local man helped me to find it.

Albergo con posizione comoda e bellissima proprio a ridosso di un Centro commerciale e con una magnifica vista Nilo e isola elefantina. .. Ristorante e pulizia delle camere sono di livello superiore... Ci hanno consigliato un ottimo servizio trasporto per Abu simbel e molto buono anche il ristorante a pranzo e a cena!

Colazione molto buona e variegata la parte salata e orientale meno quella dolce. Nel complesso è un bell'albergo, con staff gentile e disponibile forse ci si aspetterebbe un pò di più per il costo che ha a notte nel complesso generale.

La ubicación muy buena frente al río Nilo. El personal muy atento. La habitación cómoda.

Ottimo hotel centrale. Camera tripla al 4 piano ( vista fiume parziale) molto grande con letti molto comodi. Servizi buoni e staff gentile. Abbiamo usufruito del bar della Hall per un pranzo veloce e del servizio lavanderia , prenotazione di un driver privato per Abu simbel ad un prezzo competitivo. Nel complesso è presente un centro commerciale , comodo se dovesse servire qualcosa. Buona la colazione con assortimento dolce salato. Peccato che per lavori di rifacimento del rooftop la piscina non fosse disponibile. Comunque un albergo comodo anche in vista di imbarcarsi su una crociera dato che tutti gli attracchi sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Hotel Ne reflète pas un standing de 4 étoiles.... Pannes d'électricité générale avec une canicule de 48 degrés....heureusement réparé vers 23h.... Un groupe électrogène est indispensable

The location was acceptable, and the hotel later apologized for the situation. However, this did not make up for the overall poor and unsafe experience we had during our stay.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We experienced repeated and prolonged power outages, which made it difficult to sleep, charge our phones, keep food and drinks safe, or feel comfortable in the room. As a family with children, the situation felt unsafe and unhealthy. The hotel’s handling of the situation was not sufficient. The lobby was also an enclosed area where guests were smoking, with no proper intervention or ventilation, which made the environment even more uncomfortable and unhealthy for our family. Overall, the conditions did not meet the basic standards expected from a hotel, and we did not receive the service we paid for.

Incredible location and everything is nearby! The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly, respectful and warm! I absolutely loved my stay there.

Noise from renovations which is unavoidable

La amabilidad del personal y sus acomodaciones para con nosotros, los grandes espacios de las habitaciones, la limpieza y la organización, y lo factible de caminar al muelle, al mercado y a una plaza comercial justo al lado. Igualmente la hermosísima vista al Nilo.

Una única sugerencia: tener un poco más de variedad proteica en el desayuno.

La posizione, è proprio lungo il Nilo, davanti l'arrivo delle navi da Crociera e dall'imbarcarsi sulle barchette locali per una gita sul Nilo al tramonto, o al prendere le carrozzelle con il cavallo per un giro turistico della città ed è proprio a due passi dal grande mercato . Ottima la mezza pensione Aswan è stupenda

Purtroppo essendo un paese musulmano in questo albergo non è possibile bere alcoolici ai pasti, le altre bevande costano pochissimo.

Eigentlich ist die Lage sehr gut, jedoch lauern Kutschenfahrer, Bootsfahrer sowie Taxifahrer um dieses Hotel herum. Anfangs dachte ich, ich könnte sie abschütteln. Sie waren teilweise penetrant aufdringlich. Dieses Hotel verfügt über gutes Security, was jedoch ein paar Metern vom Hotel entfernt passiert, einzieht sich ihrer Befugnisse. Das gesamte Personal möchte ich ausdrücklich loben. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, einzig der Kaffee war „Tütchen zum Aufgießen“ Marke Nestle, aber erst ein gebrühter Kaffee ist“ Kaffee“🤗

Prévoir des boules quies car les klaxons continuent la nuit (jusqu'à 3-4h du matin).

Location, reception, restaurant, cleanliness, size of room were all excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived at 8am, very tired, and they had the room ready within half an hour. We left well before the restaurant opened for breakfast, but they still had a package one ready for us by 5am. Outstanding.

The room was correct, spacious an clean. The staff was proffessional, helpful and spoke english fairly. Beds were comfortable and clean. Nosingle thing was excellent but overall satisfying.

Friendly, helpful staff. Right on waterfront near the train station & markets. Room spacious & comfortable and good WiFi. Breakfast was substantial & tasty too.

La posizione della struttura è comoda. In centro sulla via principale lungo il Nilo. Le camere sono grandi. Il personale è stato sempre gentile anche se poco efficace nel trovare soluzioni per il nostro viaggio.

La struttura è in ristrutturazione, ma questo non è un problema a parte il fatto che a causa di questo non ci sono piscine e terrazze disponibili. La colazione non era molto buona. La stanza è abbastanza vecchia e le tende dentro la stanza erano sudicie.

The fact that there as false advertising of facilities and construction that was occurring in the hotel which were only revealed once the booking was made and non refundable .

Insufficient darkening and insufficient soundproofing

The staff are nice, accommodating and speaks good English. The location is perfect for those who wanted to explore Aswan as it is at the center and within the pick-up range of the tours. It is also within walking distance of good restaurants and market.

As it is in the center, it is always busy when you leave the hotel. The rooms are quiet, though. It is an old hotel but well equipped (slippers available).

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve yeterli. Çalışanlar nazik. Oda temizdi ve günlük temizleniyordu. Temizlikten çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyordu.

Odada sadece makyaj taburesi vardı. Balkonda oturmak için sandalye yoktu. Banyoda sadece tepeden su gelecek şekilde aparat vardı. TV televizyonun kapatma düğmesine bastıktan sonra televizyon kendi kendine tekrar açılıyordu iki kere, üçüncü seferde anca kapanıyordu.

次のホテルへ向かう際スーツケースをバスに乗せてくれなかった点（おそらく手違いで）。次のホテルにてアスワンで知り合った青年とそのコミュニケーションにより、スーツケースが夜に無事到着しましたが、心配で体調不良になリました。スーツケースがないとシャワーや歯磨きなどもできないので必要なものの購入を考えたりしました。 心配が多くたいへんだった点。

The location is the best possible, the camera spacious and well equipped.

The breakfast had lots of items but was put there, abandoned. The ful (typical food Egyptians eat at breakfast was so cold it was possible to see the layers of the ingredients). We had to find someone to fix omelette.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon checking we were upgraded to a Larger room with Nile view.

The choice at breakfast was poor. There were no staff in attendance at times . No vegetarian option on the dinner menu.

La vista al Nilo y que no era ruidoso. El desayuno y la cena Buenos. La habitación estaba muy bien también. Personal del restaurante bien.

El personal de la recepción, ni se dignaban a saludar. (A excepción de un señor alto que me ayudo con el aire acondicionado, muy amable)

Hôtel bien situé mais expérience globalement décevante. Nous avons réservé une excursion pour un temple via l’hôtel : les tarifs étaient nettement plus chers que ceux proposés ailleurs, et la personne qui nous a conduits en bateau était très désagréable, ce qui a gâché l’expérience. L’hôtel est vétuste et en travaux. Le dernier étage était en rénovation, donc la piscine était fermée sans que cela soit clairement indiqué avant la reservation. Nous avons également été réveillés à 7h30 par le bruit des travaux juste au-dessus de notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais la qualité des produits reste moyenne. Dans l’ensemble, le séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

我们在酒店预定了接机和阿布辛贝包车游，Mahmoud Mubarak非常敬业，人也很好，关键是开车很稳，于是我们第三天请他送我们去卢克索，他给了一个很实惠的价格，让我对埃及的印象更好了

2/21中午抵达，已经可以入住了，休息片刻出门问了下工作人员要换钱去了出门左转cib，结果放进去四张50美元就出来3张吃了一张50美元，情急之下找了酒店大堂经理matina过来电话19666客服沟通，在atm机器这边耗了一个多小时，后来cib客服联系了我们，大堂经理也留了我们护照及身份信息，希望能把钱追回来吧，小小的插曲，打乱了一些节奏，但是有一说一，酒店位置ok，服务也蛮好的，住了两晚上，隔天打包的早餐也挺丰富，房间够大，算是性价比比较ok的一家了

Friendly and welcoming staff members. Nice location. The hotel arranged the car for us to visit Abu Simbel, I would expect a vehicle in better condition but the driver was very helpful and nice.

It would be better to improve the breakfast options.
