The breakfast was cold continental so it was a more bed than breakfast place. Never saw the hosts.

The shower was roomy but very slippery! Also there were no grab bars anywhere. I am not handicapped but shower could be dangerous. Just something for the owners too think about.

It was not a true bed and breakfast - only a limited continental breakfast is offered. There was makeup on the towels. There was only seating for 1 person in a 2 person room.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Maybe one of my favourite stays ever! I booked this with the intention to have a quiet few days to myself to catch up on life admin in a beautiful relaxing setting. The place was beautiful, the room was stunning and the wifi was really fast which meant it was very easy to complete my meetings and life admin. The house and neighbourhood are beautiful and made for a very relaxing personal getaway.
Nothing - if I'm ever back in NOTL, this is where I'll be going. Regretted not booking more nights.

I loved everything. Was a little weird not meeting the host but understand the ways of today. Also the hair dryer wasn’t very powerful.

Het bed was wat hard en het ontbijt zou iets uitgebreider kunnen met meer opties zonder suiker in de gerechten. Hartig beleg, normale yoghurt.

The breakfast was really good. Available food included pastries, toast/bagels, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and more. The location was very convenient - we did not use our car once during our stay.

I would’ve loved more outdoor seating however they did have 2 chairs on the porch. They have 4 chairs in the front yard but the weather kept the grass wet and I didn’t want to damage their beautiful lawn.

Personalized face to face interaction for welcome check-in & breakfast service is absent (this is disappointing for a B&B as meeting your host, plus having some pleasant conversation about their home is part of the charm of staying in this type of establishment).

I loved the well stocked, self serve style breakfast in the beautiful kitchen facility (that is always available). It made it quick and easy to start our day. We loved our stay here.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024Would recommend this property to anyone planning on visiting Niagra-on-the-Lake. Brilliant location, free parking, felt safe. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The bedroom and bathroom...wow! We felt like were in a hotel. Complimentary breakfast and you can help yourself to complimentary Nespresso coffee during your stay. Walkable distance into town, 20minutes from Niagra and in the middle of the vineyards which you can reach by car.
N/A For us with my partner being over 6ft 3 we should have paid extra for the kingsize bedroom instead of the double bedroom.

A dresser would have been nice. The outside automatic light came on at 6:30 am and was very bright in the room. Also the shower floor was incredibly slippery.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2024It was very nicely decorated, very clean and the owners are pleasant. It was quiet and in a safe neighbourhood, a short drive to the theatres.
I booked a king room but found it to be much smaller than I expected when I saw it. There is a sweet window seat but was a little surprised that there was no room for chairs in it at the price I paid. Note that it is not wheelchair accessible, and you need to be able to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the rooms.

The bed was uncomfortable (very hard) in the first room assigned to us. I was unable to sleep the first night of our stay. We were moved to another room when we notified the hosts.

- Noise: No soundproofing between rooms, which meant constant noise from adjacent room. - Bedding: Sheets had tons of static electricity, which made it uncomfortable to sleep, I even tried to spray water on them but it did not help. I think having cotton sheets instead of synthetics and using anti static dryer balls would solve this problem. - Breakfast: There is a Nespresso machine, which I had not tried before. I did not like the taste of the coffee at all and ended up buying coffee outside. I think a simple coffee maker with normal milk is much better. Also, there was no hot breakfast, which is what I'd expect from a proper bed and breakfast.
