We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and got a complimentary upgrade to a villa as well as floral decorations in our room, it was lovely. The manager was very nice and everything was super comfortable.

The resort offers great value for money and beautiful surroundings. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The swimming pool is a great addition.

The staff were friendly and provided full information about places to visit nearby. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back again.

We lived in the tube suite with a round roof, a private pool, a separate seating area and a spacious shower with a glass top. The villas and suites are located in a beautiful garden with a restaurant.

The center is about 7 km from the center.

Das Restaurant hat außer Pommes nichts vegetarisches. Daher konnten wir hier leider nicht essen und mussten zum Essen immer in die Stadt fahren. Nachts ist hier auf dem Gelände Party. Vor unserem Zimmer haben nachts um 3 eine Gruppe Gäste laut gefeiert, hier kam niemand vom Hotel und hat für Ruhe gesorgt.

A beautiful mountain view surrounded by fresh air and gentle fog, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Waking up to the cool weather and misty scenery makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. It is a perfect place to escape the city, enjoy nature, and feel calm and refreshed throughout the stay.

I recently stayed at Pidoma Resort and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location. The swimming pool is beautiful with the mountain view

Le personnel était très accueillant et prévenant. L’emplacement est très bien, très calme. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Manque de vue dans les chambres tube. Les salles de douches sont un peu vieillottes.

Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere was natural and refreshing — truly a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel. However, it was a bit disappointing that it rained all day, so I couldn’t go out to visit other places.

לצערי הרבה דברים היו פחות טובים. המיקום של המלון רחוק מהעיר. הבריכה בחוץ לא הייתה מלאה. לא היה מספיק מים חמים למקלחת של יותר משתי דקות. הroom service לא מבינים אנגלית ולכן כשביצענו הזמנות של אוכל לחדר בסיומו של יום טעו לנו 3 פעמים באוכל. למרות שכתבנו הודעות ווטצאפ ברורות.

Personnels super. Mais la vue de la chambre bof (sauf si vous aimez voir des bungalow...). Pas de chance quand j'y étais mais des travaux bruyant ont clairement gâché le calme du lieu...

It was a very nice resort in an excellent location, secluded but not too far from town. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The facilities were clean and modern.

The pool bar was never open, even when there were 10 people there and we asked them to open it. Instead, we had to walk to the restaurant to get beer. Also, it is a ling walk and lots of stairs to get from where the tuk-tuk drops you off, to the rooms at the back end of the resort.

Room was spacious and clean. Nice view.

Staff not able to speak English We asked for a taxi to the reception for an excursion in advance and they forgot to book the taxi Restaurant is really a disaster, really expensive and not good at all. To avoid.

Pidoma is a nice Asian style resort with space in the middle for parties, including karaoke. Fortunately for those who like to sleep, this ends at 10 pm. The location at the top of a hill is great, with nice views over the valley. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows.

There wasn't enough indoor seating at breakfast on a cold and very windy morning. The breakfast options were pretty good but lacking in Western food except for the egg station and some breakfast cereal.

Great location with rather beautiful views from the backside patio, if you're taking one of the backside cribs. It even has a small swimming pool / bath outside on the patio. Pretty cool and interesting. Great views towards the Vietnamese border. Fantastic hidden and not popular among us the tourists waterfall is located right along the road, highly recommended. Less than 10 minutes drive.

The bathroom door was not possible to close, some electricity sockets were not working, the walking distance from the reception to the backside cribs is rather far and they don't let you drive your little rented scooter there, while Toyota Tundras are all over the place inside parked on the helicopter landing area XD.

This was our first time visiting Mondolkiri and the resort was recommended to us by our driver. We are glad we took the recommendation. Our villa was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The first morning very poor breakfast but almost only customer and visitor, second day many vistors and very big breakfast buffet even with chicken breast and kuy teav soup.

Wifi first day not avalible second day very poor. The Waterhearter installation outside of the bungalow looks not very well. The Parking on the dirty gras is not very good at raining season.

Stunning views of the mountains and all staff were exceptional and accommodating. We booked 3 rooms and all were clean and tidy. Food at the restaurant was probably better than what we had in town. Hoping to come visit again when the weather isn't so wet.

The resort surrounding by nature, especially there are a lots of trees. The staffs are very professional and friendly, especially Vichea, were incredibly nice and helpful. His kind gesture of upgrading us to a beautiful villa made our stay even more special.

It’s a bit out of town but it’s not a big deal if you have your own transportation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us book a tuktuk multiple times and arrange a breakfast to go. Most of them also speakers English. Would definitely recommend, you get a lot of value for money.

The resultant took a bit long to make our food even tho there were only a couple of people besides us.

Superb service in an amazing location. A little out of the centre but that makes this all the better. Secluded mountain side resort with brilliantly designed facilities. This is where you should stay if you want a more high end stay in Mondulkiri.

The staff were all so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they were very informative and helped us organise any transport we needed. The location is great, surrounded by amazing views and scenery. The food and drinks from the restaurant are all amazing. The resort is very stylish and kept to a very high standard.

There staff went out of their way to help me out when my car broke down. We we received exceptional service and was always left feeling that no request was too big.

Be warned it can get very windy in the last few months of the year.

The hill top views was so exceptional. The bungalow and landscaping were so beautiful. The staffs were excellent. They tried very hard to please guests.

The location was far from the central. The decorations were not matching. The shower room were always wet because of the shower was bigger than the tub. There were lots of bugs and mosquitoes in our room because the sliding doors were not closed good.

Good views from top of mountain overlooking town. Nicely kept beautiful grounds. Very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Peaceful and quiet.

1. The property is located outside of the city of Saen Monourom. It is on a hillside with a beautiful view of the open fields. 2. The resort staffs are exceptionally helpful with accommodations. They had helped me to contact the local business that I was interested in, and they even sent a staff to drive me there. The staff team has much hospitality to offer. From reception and restaurant to housekeeping, their customer service is above and beyond.

No place is perfect. I believe each business has the areas for improvements and there are much potentials for Pidoma to succeed more in serving its guests in Saen Monourom: 1. The internet connection in the rooms were unreliable. The wifi signal was weak and unstable. 2. Hot water supply was fairly limited. I had to take shower quickly before the hot water ran out. 3. During high seasons and weekends, the resort can be relatively noisy due to the increased guests. The staffs were very helpful to handle the noise complaints, though they can be more precautionary rather than reactionary. How about some house rules such as “no loud musics after 10pm” or “non smoking in the restaurant”. These are just my two cents. Pidoma is doing great but we can be better.

Pidoma Resort’s location is perfect is your seeking some quiet time away. They have all you need for a calm and peaceful getaway. The team reached out to us before hand to ensure everything was ready for our arrival. Chhut Thy was super helpful and just a message away if we needed anything for our room. We had an early checkout, and he had a breakfast box ready for our next trip. They were even nice enough to upgrade our room as well. The staff are friendly. Everything is clean within the rooms and even fitted with cute decor.

great facilities and staff where exceptional. chutney thy couldn’t do enough for us. the staff are keen to do whatever they can. the property is lovely and well worth a visit.

The a la carte breakfast was great, but the buffet food could be improved a bit.

the bed was very comfortable and the food was very good - nice staff for dinner and breakfast as certainly not easy to handle considering the extreme wind conditions and the cold weather

when I did the booking I choose the upgrade offer that did show an upgrade to a 107m2 room which was apparently not available . After a lot of discussion they agreed to refund the difference . if not available should not be offered when you make your booking .

terrible position in hilltop and so very loud noise from wind. we barely slept it was so noisy. also low cloud meant everything in room (clothes, bedding etc) was damp

the honey moon villa was exceptionally beautiful room with private pool and beautiful balcony. the room was very spacious and beautiful.

it was a bit far from the center.

The property itself was beautiful. It is location on the hillside which gave the resort a beautiful view. The property was quiet far from the main area but you can arrange a tuk tuk into town. The room itself was nice and clean. The restaurant on property was pretty good if you ordered local food, however I would stick with the local food.

The showers only provided about 3 minutes of hot water. The western breakfasts weren’t great and I’m pretty sure my bread had mold on it.

Western breakfast needs to get better. For example add a fruit Platter or Something more healthy

The staff were very friendly & helpful. It is in a nice location with a great view but as it is out of town you need transport. A/C very efficient. Good breakfast.

Parking a bit far from rooms.

Splendid hilltop location, generous room surface in the bungalows, very comfortable beds. Desk and chair also available, unlike in many other similar resorts. Great shower with hot water. Decent breakfast buffet.

Wifi not always working. Staff was certainly polite and friendly, but seemed to be needing some further training. Check-in was slightly confused.

Most beautiful resort in mondulkiri, best location and view, it was just 5mn from downtown. breakfast was great. staff very friendly. that was amazing swimming pool panorama view. we most recommended to stay at this resort.

Good atmosphere, good infrastructure, good staff and nice food.

We checked in during raining. My Junoir Suit was changed 2 times. One because of leaking water from the roof and other places. Second is because of the back door not work. However the last room has dirty pool which we can't swim. That was a bad stay.
