The staff are amazing!

Cleanliness.

The place is spacious and vast. Super green and quiet. We enjoyed 3 days in the resort. The house we chose was perfect for our needs. Panha the manager was welcoming and sweet.

The food is not great The facility is quite old, some things need replacement

Beautiful place, in the quiet countryside with lovely views. The lodges are very sweet and equipped with everything you need. We also left something behind and the lady happily sent it on for us, thank you!

A few plugs didn’t work in one of the lodges but nothing major!

Emplacement assez loin de la ville, il vaut mieux louer un scooter pour plus de praticité L'air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas du coup très très chaud dans le bungalow

Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis, le personnel est adorable et vraiment aux petits soins. C’est un endroit magnifique avec des chevaux qui se baladent en liberté, nous vous recommandons cet établissement pour une bonne déconnexion 😊

The room was very clean and amazing. Lovely common area with a restaurant and pool. The staff were so helpful and friendly. And in a beautiful location too.

Le personnel était très gentil, à l'écoute et mets à notre disposition des tuk tuk si besoin. Le restaurant de l'hôtel et très bon et avec des prix convenables et les chambres sont convenables en fonction de leur prix.

La sable de bain avait un toit en vitre et était très mal isolé ce qui en faisait une serre avec peu d'intimité, beaucoup de plantes et quelques insectes, de plus la couette était bien plus petite que le lit ce qui n'est pas très pratique quand on dort à deux. Et la piscine est continuellement en plein soleil ainsi que tous les sièges et tables qui l'entourent.

Spotless, comfortable and blissfully quiet. Slightly out of town which we really appreciated, no noise of traffic. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, lovely views from the door and veranda. The restaurant does fantastic meals and cocktails; if you wanted to eat out you’d need to get a tuk tuk to town, but why go? The food and service is worth hanging around for. Staff here will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and point you in the direction of places to go - including booking local tours and bus tickets to your next destination. We did a day trip of the local area by tuk tuk with a driver who spoke excellent English and gave us lots of interesting information). The manager is a delight and also speaks great English, very helpful. She was also extremely helpful when we left a bag on the bus on our next journey, contacted the driver and helped us get our bag back. We are very grateful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I struggled with the high steps because I am older with arthritic knees. Step height no different to anywhere else in Cambodia, where high steps seem to be the norm. Some of the planks on walkways are suffering a bit with termite damage; I get the feeling a lot of places are still recovering from lack of income post-Covid though.

A lovely tranquil location with a remote feel. We had a rustic bungalow for three nights which was fine at the budget level, but might not recommend if you have mobility issues as it’s accessed by a small staircase from uneven ground. Otherwise comfortable, clean and good fun. The restaurant/ bar area offered a decent menu throughout the day. Excellent staff - friendly and helpful. A very nice pool with sunset views from the terrace. It’s a good walk in to Mondulkiri, but doable and tuc-tucs can be quickly summoned by the staff.

It is a bit removed from the town, but preferaly so. There is a large lawn, and a lovely veranda, overlooking an infinity pool. The shower is the star - a recreated indoor garden! The run-off offers feed to plants and grass! The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Listen. It's a bit run down. There were ants on the toilet. The bedsheets were of a very low thread count. BUT - if you're flexible, adaptable, and understanding that this is semi-rural Cambodia, you'll be fine! The hammocks overlooking the views are enough!

Ruhig gelegene Unterkunft in der Natur. Etwas außerhalb von sen monorom, aber deshalb ist es ja auch die Nature lodge. Sehr freundlicher Staff. Wir haben eine fantastische elephant Tour by locals hier gebucht. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The fabulous setting, log cabins set among trees made it really restful and truly back to nature. We saw so many birds from the balcony and windows, hoopoes, drongos, oriole. If you're a birdwatcher you'll love it. The staff are just wonderful. Banya especially (?) is so welcoming and kind, she and all of them will do anything to help you and make you comfortable with bedding etc. Really hot shower. The food is good too ! I was recovering from surgery here so it was really my house of healing.thankyou we won't forget it.

The air conditioning didn't work that well, in hot weather it could be stuffy. But they found us a fan. It is back to nature, and the cabins a bit rustic.. some people might expect more comfort but for us, that was the fun of it.

The property and area was excellent. Room size was way bigger than our expectation The restaurant serves limited menu but the cook is really good so we had very nice meals and very helpful staff

While they tried to give the bathroom a wild natury look, it was indeed wild with tree frogs and many insects in it and not very clean. The leaves were clogging the sink, and the Jet spray had too much water pressure The property being in the wild, should put up some fencing mechanism, otherwise we slept with a Gecko and a tree frog inside our room, and had to leave one bed empty as they were sleeping there

Very good location, just outside of town, set in alot of land with views, really chilled atmosphere. very very helpful staff for tours, travel, tuk tuks and restaurant advice. good range of veggie options.

Die Lodge liegt ausserhalb der Stadt, was uns gefallen hat. Der Hauptaufenthaltsbereich ist gross und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Bungalows stehen weit voneinander entfernt, sodass man viel Privatspäre hat.

Die Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend Renovation (Kaputte Fliesen im Pool, morsche Sitzgelegenheiten, defekte Vorhänge usw.) Zudem ist das Essen zwar sehr lecker, aber ziemlich teuer. Das Frühstück mit einem Kaffee und Toast mit Ei kostet 9 USD. Die Elefantentour sollte man nicht unterstützen. Es gibt nur drei Elefanten, die täglich die Touristen unterhalten müssen, und somit nie Pause haben.

De lodge is ruim opgezet, de huisjes liggen verspreid over een ruim terrein, waar ook de paarden rondgrazen. Het uitzicht is heel mooi. Het is en heerlijke en natuurlijke setting. Het restaurant gedeelte is heel mooi en ligt prachtig!

Het is wel een beetje vergane glorie, het onderhoud loopt echt achter. Het zwembad heeft veel kapotte tegels en ook laat de hygiëne in de huisjes wat te wensen over. Onder de bedden ligt veel afval/dierlijke uitwerpselen waar helaas niet goed wordt schoongemaakt. Ook in de natuurlijke badkamers zou beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Verder is het restaurant duur geprijsd en zijn de porties aan de kleine kant.

Le Nature Lodge est un établissement plein de charme. Les logements sont espacés dans un très grand parc arboré. C'est eloigne du centre-ville et fonc très calme. L'ensemble est vieillissant mais toujours charmant. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné. Une mention spéciale pour Panha, toujours souriante et disponible. Elle a été de bons conseils pour rendre notre séjour agréable et organiser les visites des sites naturels. L'établissement ne loue pas de scooter, mais le resort voisin, oui. En 2 minutes, l'affaire est réglée. Ne pas manquer la visite du Elephant Community Project, fabuleuse, alors que nous étions plutôt réticents.

Malheureusement, lors de notre séjour, la piscine avait un pb de filtration et n'était pas utilisable. C'est éloigné de la ville (pas très intéressante). Il faut un scooter (facile à louer) ou un tuk tuk que l'établissement appele pour vous (Grab ne fonctionne pas).

The host was very understanding and supportive when we came across a number of issues with our room. The food provided onsite was tasty and great value for money.

The room had been generally cleaned, but clearly not used for a while since last cleaned. There were some dead insects on covers and floors and a dead mouse under the futon. A proper clean should be done just before a new check in.

The location is beautiful

The rooms need regular cleaning of spider webs from curtains and walls.

The woman working reception was helpful, friendly and professional. And she made an excellent sandwich. Nature Lodge refunded our payment when we cancelled.

On arrival we looked at the standard bungalow we’d booked and decided it was too basic. We looked at two other more expensive bungalows but, although better, we did not believe we’d enjoy staying in them for a few days. The pool was not available as the staff said they could not source the chemicals to clean it. The grounds were very dry, and looked like they had not been watered. The reception toilet was not clean. We decided to go elsewhere. The staff did not help us move our bags out of the room.

Du personnel compétent et très gentil, chambre comme indiqué dans la description et qui était un peu éloignée pour être tranquille, la présence des animaux était un plus! Et nous étions au calme avec notre petite terrasse vue sur la "vallée".

Ruimtelijke opzet van de huisjes

Staat van het huisje was slecht. Boom in balkon gegroeid waardoor het huisje bewoog en harde geluiden maakte. Wasbak stond los op een afgebrokkelde cement laag. Geen stoeltjes waarmee je eventueel binnen of buiten kan zitten. Paden dusdanig begroeid wat het onveilig maakt, zijn daardoor gevallen.

Très beau et grand espace de verdure, accueil chaleureux. Idéal en famille

Nature lodge was the perfect place to relax and be in nature.The huts were clean and comfortable and a lovely balcony to sit and chill,with horses wandering about.All of the staff were very friendly and the manager was so helpful and very informative.We hired a bike which I think is a must to get around as its a bit further out of the town and to visit the waterfall.Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet.Loved the friendly little cat in the restaurant🥰Alot cooler in this area when we visited so definately needed warmer clothes,especially on the bike.

広い敷地の中でマップ標識も夜の充分な照明もなく、昼までも迷子になるのに夜なんか自分の小屋にたどり着けない。野趣との兼ね合いもあるだろうけれど、不親切過ぎる。

Posto tranquillo, bella piscina , personale disponibile e molto gentile . Si possono prenotare tour, trekking ,bus tutto ciò che hai bisogno in struttura. Le casette sono nel verde e ben distanti l'una dall' altra . Sono stato molto bene .

El alojamiento estaba bien pero no era muy céntrico

El personal no nos ayudó mucho. Lo comparo con el resto de sitios de Camboya donde nos alojamos donde todos te ayudaban a coger los buses y con las excursiones o las van, ellos solo se limitaban a enviarte algún link.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Eingangsberech um die Rezeption war liebevoll und einladen gestaltet und auch das essen war lecker. Gesamt ist die nature lodge von außen betrachtet eine schöne Anlage mitten in der Natur.

Das ursprünglich von uns gebuchte Bungalow konnten wir nicht beziehen, da es dort Probleme mit dem Strom gab. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein „Upgrade“ in ein größeres Zimmer, das jedoch aufgrund der Gebäudestruktur direkt an das Nachbarzimmer angrenzte. Das erste Problem war das Badezimmer, das nach oben offen war, sodass man sämtliche Geräusche aus dem Bad des Nachbarzimmers deutlich hören konnte. Die Matratze im Zimmer war außerdem sehr hart. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer ziemlich schmutzig und teilweise heruntergekommen – von Mäusekot bis hin zu undefinierbaren Flecken auf der „frischen“ Bettwäsche, die wir extra wegen der Flecken austauschen ließen. Auf der Veranda des Zimmers gab es keine Möglichkeit, sich hinzusetzen. Die Unterkunft könnte grundsätzlich viel mehr bieten, aber leider haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und sind aufgrund der genannten Umstände bereits nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist.

Very low level of cleanliness. Our bungalow wasn't cleaned once during the stay and everything, from bedsheets to towels was stained. Seems like it was somewhat washed, but there is definitely room for improvement. The bungalows weren't very clean inside either.

Die Mitarbeiter dort waren außerordentlich freundlich und haben für uns alles organisiert, was wir benötigten. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, besonders die Chill-Lounge mit Restaurant, Lobby und Pool ist toll. Es ist ein sehr großes Gelände mit freilaufenden Pferden, Katzen und einem Hund, die alle sehr zahm und freundlich sind. Man kann dort auch frühstücken oder zu Abend essen.

Unser Haus war nicht sehr sauber, nur oberflächlich geputzt, man sollte nicht in die Ecken schauen. Insgesamt war die Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut gepflegt, inbesondere das Bad war sehr schlecht erhalten und auch im Pool fehlten viele Fliesen. Für unsere 2 Nächte war es aber für den relativ niedrigen Preis in Ordnung.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour de 3 nuits à Nature Lodge, ainsi que nos deux enfants de 3 et 8 ans. Les bungalows sont charmants et vraiment immergés en pleine nature. La literie est confortable et on a adoré la salle de bain au milieu des plantes ! La douche est top ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et aux petits soins. Le lodge est assez éloigné de la ville donc c'est extrêmement calme. La piscine est également un plus si vous n'êtes pas frileux (un peu fraîche).

Globalement les structures commencent à être vieillissantes et auraient besoin de rafraîchissement, la piscine surtout et ses abords. Mais quel travail titanesque de s'occuper d'un lieu aussi immense ! Les prix des repas et boissons sont vraiment chers par rapport aux restaurants du centre ville, c'est dommage.

This place was beautiful in de nature & everything went very smooth. The staff was really kind and helped us with all of our issues.

We were unlucky to have quite some rain and the restaurant is still a walk from the house, but obviously this has nothing to do with the lodge itself.

Locaux vétustes, lieux sombres, toiles d'araignées sur les murs! Chambres sales: linge de lit, fenêtres, ainsi que les SDB. Piscine déplorable et dangereuse (mosaïque manquante sur tout le bord de la piscine, et dedans, mosaïque décollée avec le filet de protection flottant à divers endroits du fond, eau trouble, chaises et tables en bois cassées et laissées au bord). Malgré un joli environnement, les locaux semblent à l'abandon. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit et avons changé d'établissement, et ce, malgré le changement de chambre proposé par la responsable.

My room was very clean and bright, and the bathroom was really nice. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist with anything I needed. In particular, the receptionist spoke very good English—she arranged all the tuk-tuks for my trips and we had a wonderful conversation. She answered many of my questions about Cambodian customs, history, and current events. It’s not easy to find people who are so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I can only recommend this place, surrounded by nature! P.S. The food at the restaurant was also delicious!

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'endroit est beau et reposant. L'accueil est très sympathique, on peut organiser les visites des alentours avec eux très facilement. Les chambres sont grandes.

Fabulous natural rustic environment. Run by a lovely family who can’t do enough to help you. Slightly out of town and rustic but without lacking amenities but worth the effort if nature and contemplation is your bag. Relax amongst fruiting avocado, mango and passionfruit trees as ponies roam around your bungalow. Lush!

I enjoyed being in the country, felt very rural. Lovely hospitality and well looked after. Helpful with a tuk tuk tour and where best to visit.

Hard to find my hut at night. Had to walk around in the rain in the dark. Not well lighted.

The lodge probably had its charm in the past, but it now feels quite neglected. It’s a very nature-focused place – for us, it was simply too much nature. In our room, we found gecko droppings on the bed and a spider, which made the stay rather unpleasant. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer any help to clean it up or remove the spider. The open-air bathroom concept could be beautiful, but with dirty glass panels and poorly maintained plants, it has lost its appeal. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful – definitely the best part of our experience. However, we didn’t feel comfortable and decided to check out the same evening.

Far enough away from the town that you could relax and recharge. Loved the rustic nature, especially the shower. Pool is a great feature.

Very kind and helpful staff. The place is amazing, surrounded by nature and animals (horses, cats, and dogs). The pool is lovely, the restaurant is very convenient, and the charming little houses in the field add a unique touch.

We loved that his place is in a more natural setting - close, but just out of town. We are birdwatchers and there were lots of great birds right on the property.

Too many cats/dogs in the restaurant/common area, but others really enjoyed this. Food was fine, but being outside of town they charged marginally more than in town
