great location, I was travelling solo so the size was perfect (good as well for a couple) everything was walkable, super clean and safe. I would recommend

Chuveiro era quente, tinha máquina de lavar roupa e Wi-Fi funciona bem.

Muito pequeno, faltava lugar para secar a louça (tinha máquina de levar, mas dois pratos e uma assadeira não vale o uso), não tinha como secar a louça, (faltava um escorredor ou pano), black out nas janelas insuficiente para não entrar luz (estadia durante o período em que o sol praticamente não se põe), no banheiro não tinha um tapete para sair do box e o chão é gelado, fora a comunicação nos últimos dias com as orientações para a saída e reafirmação do horário de checkout às 10h (mais de uma mensagem)

Die Lage ist sehr gut um Tromsø zu erkunden. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100m vom Haus entfernt. Der Self-Check in hat bestens funktioniert. Es ist alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Konnte vom Balkon sogar Nordlichter sehen.

Cercanía con el centro y todas las atracciones. El lugar estaba muy limpio y ofrecían todo para una estadía cómoda. Pude lavar mi ropa sin problemas. Puede que sea caro pero comparado con los precios de Tromso esta es una excelente decisión.

Posizione ed aveva tutto il necessario per la permanenza.

Pulizia scadente, peli dappertutto. Tv inutilizzabile per assenza di canali. Parcheggio a pagamento. Abbiamo trovato a pagamento anche cose incredibili come la cistodia di oggetti dimenticati durante il soggiorno. Magari foasero un pochino piu' friendly verso gli ospiti nom sarebbe male.

The apartment was comfortable, close to bus routes (including the airport express bus stop) and only 10 to 15 minute walk to the city centre.

L'appartement est confortable le lit est parfait. La situation géographique proche du centre ville est idéale pour visiter et se rendre aux points de départ des excursions. Il y a un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport en haut de la rue

L'éclairage est un peu faible pour pouvoir lire le soir dans de bonnes conditions. Un micro-onde serait bien utile ainsi qu'une casserole car il n'y a qu'un grand faitout

The apartment itself is basic but functional.

There were several issues: the oven was dirty, the dishwasher was full and left closed with a noticeable smell of fish, the towels were small and quite worn, and there was no bath mat, which made it inconvenient after showering. At checkout, guests are also asked to run the dishwasher and take out the garbage — something that, at around €200 per night, I would not expect to handle myself.

The location was very good, only a 10-minute walk to the city center, which made it easy to take breaks during the day. The room temperature was comfortable, and the hot water worked well.

The room had most of the things we needed, but it was not very clean. There was a strong food smell in the room for the first two days. There was hair on the bedsheets, and the extra duvets looked dirty. The cutlery and plates had stains, so we had to wash them before using them. The washing machine also looked dirty, so we didn’t use it. The table and chairs were broken and unstable. Overall, everything felt quite average.

Appartement confortable, calme, proche du centre-ville (10-15 minutes à pied) et bien équipé (plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, frigo, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche-cheveux etc). Vue sur le fjord et le port industriel, c'était pittoresque ! Arrivée autonome, instructions claires. Literie confortable. Endroit pour stocker les bagages en attendant le check-in. Je recommande !

For what I needed, it was good. The local is just a bit outside of the downtown area, but nothing more than a 5-10 minute walk. The hill it is on does make it a bit dicey in the winter, so if you have someone with bad ankles/knees I would no suggest. It is very secure, with 2 codes needed just to get to the apartment door, so I did like that.

They are very small, and don't offer a lot of room for more than sleeping. Which, if you are in Tromso is all you need. I did reach out to them via messages a few times and never got a response, other than the copy and paste about making sure I clean up before I leave. There isn't a fan in the bathroom, so there is mold in there. I just found out I had mold toxicity, so this was not good for me. If you kept the door shut bathroom (needed for the size of the room) you would be overwhelmed with the mold/musk smell upon opening the door. Some looked to be from cleaniness in the shower itself, and of course from the build up of moisture. So for the cost that I paid for such a small place, I would have expected different. The heat was hard to control as well, the room would feel good but then not sure if it was the bedding or what but I sweat immensely each night.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with almost everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is good, close to the bus station from which buses depart to most destinations.

Communication with the staff, who are not present on site, is rather rigid. They are not flexible and it is not possible to enter the apartment before 3 PM. Considering that check-out is by 10 AM, they could be a bit more flexible. We landed in Tromsø at 9 AM and had to spend time around the city until 3 PM. There is a locker for luggage, but it is very small, and if another guest uses it there may not be enough space (there are several apartments).

Lovely little apartment. Walking distance from the center. Small, but comfortable. Perfect for even a longer stay. Has everything you might need. I haven't met the staff in person, but they were very responsive to the messages and catered to our needs.

The bed mattress was very very soft. The shower walls could be a tad bit cleaner, but nothing that would be a real issue (I'm a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning).

The location was absolutely OK, you could be in the city center in 10 minutes. You had to go a bit up- or downwards when coming out of the building, but it wasn't a big deal even with all the snow and ice. By the way, if the keyboard for the code on the building's door doesn't seem to work, don't call the Norwegian number like we did, just open the door. :D The appartement had more or less everything one needs, actually you could tell that they really tried to think things through. The heating was OK after one adjusted the temperature (on the radiator). When we arrived it was set to 15 C and one window was open... The wardrobe did have shelves as well. We got 2x2 towels. (Just reacting to reviews I had read before...) On one night we could see the Northern lights from the window. :) /But they were of the weak sort which actually look (greenish-)grey in reality and only have colors on photos./

There was nothing we could not live with. However, the mattresses were the weakest point, some cheap spring mattresses, very 'springy', with the springs almost poking one's body. All 3 windows (one is actually a balcony door) had curtains in dark colors, but they did not make the room dark enough. What we really missed was a shelf or a caddy in the shower. The bathroom did have a sewer smell when we arrived, one has to run the water in the shower and it disappears.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé, propre, possibilité de se faire à manger dans une ville où les restaurants sont pas terribles et très chers. Vue très belle

Excellent emplacement sur le port de Tromsø, très au calme. Aucun bruit dans la résidence. Le bus 42 dépose à deux pas de l'appartement en arrivant de l'aéroport. Très pratique. Très grand lit confortable et appartement bien équipé dans l'ensemble.

Arrivée très impersonnelle avec l'envoi des codes par mail et SMS. Aucun contact avec le logeur qui sait envoyer les consignes d'utilisation par mail sans répondre aux nôtres. La TV fonctionnait en langue grecque, ça a été signalé...j'attends toujours le technicien. La bouilloire est brulée au fond et donne un gout à l'eau, ça a aussi été signalé, sans être suivi d'effet. Le four était sale, la vaisselle aussi et les vitres auraient bien besoin d'un coup de chiffon.

Monolocale standard a due passi dal centro di Tromsoe e da tutti i servizi, compresi i bus che collegano la città all’aeroporto e a tutta la zona. C’è tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. Chiaro, non ci si deve aspettare la cura che troviamo negli appartamenti che ora ci sono in Italia però per il contesto non posso che essere contento, anche considerando che in casa ci stai poco! Ci tornerei sicuramente. Procedura di check-in e check-out molto comoda, Wifi perfetto e casa calda.

Estuvo excelente. La ubicación maravillosa podiamos ir a cualquier punto de interés en Tromso andando, está bastante céntrico y tranquilo. La calefacción funciona muy bien, es bastante cómodo.

Lo único que no me gusto demasiado es que la cama era un sofa cama realmente, con una colchoneta que estaba bastante blandita y se hundía hacia el centro, parecía vencida, esto podría mejorar aunque dentro de todo pude dormir bien.

Ottima posizione a meno 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Self Check in/out semplicissimo. Appartamento accogliente, cucina ben attrezzata con stoviglie, bollitore elettrico (barattolo di caffè solubile e tisane a disposizione) detersivo per piatti, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Letti comodi, pulizia ottima. A 300 mt Vervet Bakeri per colazioni e panini.

The apartment was quite spacious for 2 people, it was very handy having a washing machine in the bathroom. Access with the PIN code into the apartment was easy to use. We saw the northern lights from the window! Location was good, about 10 minutes walk to the Main Street.

The bathroom smelled dirty the first night we arrived and continued to smell kind of like sewage/ dirty for a couple of days. The internet wouldn’t connect to the TV, but I was able to chrome cast my phone instead.

Die Lage war nahe beim Zentrum, näher als gedacht. 5 Min zum Hafen, vorbei an der Brücke und am Museum. Tankstelle in der Nähe, konnte man morgens Kaffee holen oder selber im Appartement kochen. Hat alles gut geklappt mit den Türcodes, das Appartement, die Ausstattung ist neueren Datums.

Location was excellent and we had everything we needed.

Great location close the city centre and a short walk away from the bridge to the mainland / Tromsdalen. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a couple of days' stay exploring Tromsø. It is located right beside the water with a nice view from the window. Communication with TotalApartments was also pleasant.

- I really missed a coffee machine or some other option to make coffee besides the electric kettle. - I was there during winter season, so every time I entered the apartment with wet shoes, there was a puddle on the floor shortly after. A doormat (or anything similar) inside would prevent that from happening. - The light at the entrance in front of the bathroom could have been a bit brighter.

Check in çok kolaydı. Talimatlar anlaşılırdı. Merkezi konumda olduğu için ulaşımi rahat sagladik. Ev içinde her tür ekipman mevcut olduğu için evimizde gibi rahat ettik. Isınma çok iyiydi.

Asansor ya yoktu ya da biz görmedik. Eşya taşırken biraz zorluk yaşadık. Onun dışında 1. Kat olması nedeni ile çok sorun olmadı.

Logement très bien situé (10mins à pied de l’hyper-centre), calme, pratique et très propre. Très bien desservis par les transports en commun (20mins de l’aéroport)
