Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Läget var super och lägenheten väldigt fräsch och fin! Kan absolut rekommenderas. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
Sängen var för vår smak för smal - bara 140 cm bred, med en gemensam madrass. Så vi vaknade varje gång den andra vände på sig. Som tur var fanns det en enkel extrasäng i sovrummet som man kunde ställa upp. Vi bad om ett extra lakan till den, så från den andra natten sov vi gott.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026I liked everything! Spacious apartment with amazing views to a fjord and mountains, all the views from all windows were perfect. It's very well equipped - you'll have totally everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. You can use the washing machine and other staff. The apartments is modern and very beautiful and cosy, located in modern district. It was pure pleasure to spend time there, I would be happy to come back one day.
Everything was really great. I had minor case that I coulnd't connect to wi-fi, but lovely lady from reception came and helped me, so everythin was perfect.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Apartmánový hotel poblíž centra Tromso, kam se odtud dá za několik minut dojít pěšky. Nachází se u nábřeží v klidné části města, kolem je několik dalších hotelů a pekárna. Nedaleko je zastávka MHD Skippergata, odkud vás autobus doveze kamkoli v Tromso i okolí. Apartmán je prostorný, pohodlný a moderně vybavený. Má dvě ložnice (malou a velkou), koupelnu, spojený obývák, kuchyňský a jídelní kout, a balkon (který jsme však kvůli špatnému počasí nevyužili). Na postelích se skvěle spí. Tiché prostředí, v noci nás nic nerušilo. Kuchyně je dobře vybavená různými spotřebiči, ale olej, sůl atd. si musíte donést vlastní. V pokojích jsou zatemňovací závěsy.
Během našeho pobytu bylo v Tromso chladno a v apartmánu byla sice nastavená celkem přijatelná teplota, ale nebylo možné si přitopit. V každé místnosti je sice topení, ale přes veškerou naši snahu všechna topidla zůstala studená jako led a jediné funkční topidlo v celém apartmánu byl malý přenosný přímotop. Výhled z okna byl z jedné strany apartmánu přímo do oken protějšího hotelu a z druhé strany apartmánu zase do vnitřní části našeho hotelu, na ochoz vedoucí kolem apartmánů, takže každý host, co šel kolem, procházel přímo kolem našeho okna. Kvůli soukromí jsme tedy v tomto pokoji museli mít neustále zatažené závěsy. V apartmánu je vyhřívaná podlaha, ale jenom v malé předsíňce u vchodových dveří, ve zbytku apartmánu ne, i když by se to hodilo zejména v koupelně.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The hotel has a very good location in the new “Vervet” district. The room was pleasantly spacious, clean, and modern. Despite the following criticism, it is a good to very good accommodation, though unfortunately with a few minor flaws.
The bed was unfortunately far too soft, and the pillows were relatively small with hardly any filling. Overall, it was very clean, but the couch and the bed could have used a vacuuming, as well as the floor. Some of the furniture appears quite delicate and unstable. Considering the price and the exclusive location, they could have invested in slightly higher‑quality furnishings. The pan was so worn out that it no longer had any coating. You had to dispose of the trash yourself — generally not an issue, but the instructions on where to find the bins were very vague. As many before me have already mentioned, the view is a drawback. From the bedroom, you look directly into the rooms of the neighboring hotel, and from the living room onto the outdoor walkway leading to the individual rooms. In other words, you basically sit on display.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Veldig sentral beliggenhet, romslig, stor og luftig leilighet med god takhøyde (2,70m) . Vervet Bakeri rett under var også i tillegg ett hyggelig og flott sted å få i seg kaffe og fersk frokost på. Gangavstand var kun 5 minutter unna til sentrumskjernen.
Alt var topp på dette stedet. Vil gjerne komme tilbake hit ved en senere anledning også. :)

Lite bättre nummer på husen hade varit bra. Hade svårt att hitta nyckelskåpet. Meddelande på telefonsvararen var för långt så jag lyssnade inte klart och därför missade jag informationen om parkeringen. Jag blev tvungen att betala dyrt för första nattens parkering.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026We had a large two-bedroom apartment at summer (low season) prices, so it was very good value. Our apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a fantastic view across the harbour. There is a dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. The location is also perfect - close to a bus stop, right next to the bridge across to Tromsdalen, and about ten minutes’ walk from the Prostneset terminal which is the departure point for many bus and ferry routes. Highly recommended for a self-catering holiday in summer.
A microwave would have been nice.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The apartment had an great view on the harbour and old houses. It is big, super well equipped, comfortable. It is a perfect and amazing apartment. Highly recommended: good price for great value.
I just think that requiring 90 euros in case of forgotten items is not acceptable. I also deplore there was nobody at the reception upon arrival ; Too bad it is a bit impersonal.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Einmalig! Großartige Ausblicke vom Appartement über Fjord, Berge, Stadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Bäckerei im Haus. Supermarkt nah, kurzer Weg in die Stadt. Gepäckaufbewahrung im Haus. Tolles Reiseziel überhaupt!!!
Keine Spätabreise möglich. Aber es gibt Möglichkeiten, das Gepäck aufzubewahren.

This time is perfect. Last year I stayed in one-bedroom apartment at same building had no view. One side was facing corridor, another side was facing a very close building. I needed to close the curtains all the time.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer war mit Blick zum Gang des äußeren Treppenhaus, also musste der Vorhang immer geschlossen bleiben. Die Schränke im Flur und 2. Schlafzimmer waren nicht angeschraubt und drohten beim Öffnen permanent zu kippen.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2026This was a great apartment to stay in at the end of 3 weeks of travelling around Nordic countries. It was very comfortable and as described. It's in a fantastic location, and was a very well equipped apartment. I appreciated the easiness of the check in process and the early luggage storage option. All communication was quick, and the wifi was the fastest I had used in a long time.
Not a problem, just a suggestion - there was a fantastic entry mud-room, complete with heated floor, but no hooks to be able to hang your soggy jacket. Even in the closet in the entry way there was no closet rod to be able to hang hangers from. Similarly a small shelf in the shower might be a good addition. Neither of these things negatively contributed to the stay in any way, but they might add to it.

It has everything you need. We are very satisfied. The kitchen is beautiful, and the bathroom is clean and spacious, with underfloor heating, which is perfect. All important locations are nearby. We highly recommend it.

Some feedback: the spare blanket and pillows were “shoved” in the cupboard - making it look like they had been used. We weren’t sure if they were clean and could be used - no cover on the duvet either. No shower gel provided even though there was a rack installed in the shower. Didn’t see any staff at all- set up for self use.

Essendo noi una coppia e una famiglia con 2 figli, abbiamo prenotato 1 appartamento con 1 camera da letto e un altro con 2 camere. Prima del nostro viaggio ci è stato proposto un upgrade da uno dei due appartamenti (senza volerci indicare quale) ad uno che ci è stato presentato con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e un caminetto. Al nostro arrivo (dopo aver impiegato un po' di tempo a prelevare una chiave dalla box e a trovare il nuovo appartamento), abbiamo scoperto di avere un primo appartamento con 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera con letto singolo e un posto letto nel soggiorno; l'appartamento "upgradato" aveva sì 2 camere da letto, ma una delle due senza letti e l'altra con 1 letto da 1 piazza e mezzo, nessun caminetto e riscaldamento non funzionante se non in bagno. Per fortuna c'era una stufetta elettrica... Personale mai visto, nelle istruzioni del check out ci hanno pure chiesto di far partire la lavastoviglie e di buttare l'immondizia... Per il prossimo viaggio a Tromsø avevo già prenotato un'altra struttura di questa catena, ma penso proprio che cancellerò la prenotazione!!!
