The hotel itself is lovely, lovely rooms, nice pool, rooftop etc. Beds very comfortable and quiet.

The pool was not cleaned first thing so I couldn’t swim before 9.30am as was full of dead bugs. In general the staff were nice but seemed a bit unhappy. More smiles and offers to help would have been better. They seemed stressed sometimes.

Penso que caiu de minha mochila um xale Luís Vuitton nas dependências do hotel, liguei para me certificar, ficaram de dar retorno após verificação, até hoje isso não acontece.

Rooms are very small with doors made of carton… This hotely is massivly overpriced… the real price should be around 150 euro max… people are drinking in the bar across the street until 3 pm, shouting and loudly talking… no sleep…

Poolside one could hear they had drills using in a bedroom so had to go to jncquoi , explained to the manager and she was not bothered! Last night we were woken up by 10 minutes of alarm going : we woke up and got our passports and ready to run away , the alarm stopped: mentioned in the morning to the receptionist they said it was something little!

Thought the fittings/furnishings for the room and particularly the private roof terrrace (which is separately accessed) were not up to scratch for a premium hotel. Not worth the premium for the terrace

Wij hadden een suite en betaalde ook een suite prijs. Kamer was heel leuk ingericht maar de badkamer was piepklein, dat past niet bij een suite. Er was ook een hele grote vieze schimmelplek tussen de douche en de badkamer op de grond

O cuidado e simpatia de todo o staff. Também a suíte foi uma óptima surpresa, com todas as comodidades necessárias e conforto. Pequeno almoço variado, farto e muito bom.

L’hôtel, très bien situé , est joliment décoré . La chambre très confortable est dotée d’une terrasse bien appréciable pour buller . Il y a surtout un personnel d’accueil extrêmement charmant et efficace . Merci à eux .

O hotel era desorganizado. A sala do pequeno almoço é demasiado pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, há muitas vezes falta de reposição dos produtos e o staff desorganizado. Poucas opções vegans disponíveis, como bebida vegetal ou iogurtes. Tive que pedir porque não estavam à disposição. O serviço de piscina não existia ou não estava a funcionar. O café não tem um funcionamento regular, nem um funcionário dedicado. Para o preço que praticam, era um hotel muito a baixo da média.

Hôtel très agréable en plein centre ville de Comporta. Nous avons été surclassé dans une suite donnant sur la piscine. La chambre a une cuisine et un petit salon. La literie est excellente. Le personnel charmant et le petit déjeuner très bon. Exactement ce que l’on attend d’un hôtel : emplacement, confort, gentillesse, même le service en chambre était bon!

Honnêtement rien à part peut être la piscine qui est fraîche car pas chauffée.

small rooms with low-quality furniture, hotel without facilities. The whole town has a few streets, completely devoid of content. An extremely expensive hotel that offers nothing in return.

Sehr schönes Ambiente ... die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Gut, wir hatten auch in der Vorsaison ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Suite 😀. ABER: es ist ein Ort zum Entspannen und chillen.

Kleinigkeit: die Silikonfugen im Bad müssten mal erneuert werden. Ist eher ein Hinweis, als was negatives.

Relaxing, quality hotel with excellent attentive staff

I feel the need to write a longer review, as my initial reaction was quite unpleasant. Comporta is a charming little place—just one or two streets and about half an hour of walking. There are so many recommendations for it in all the guides, but if you’re not a golfer, have a coffee and move on. Otherwise, you’ll end up paying an excessively high price for a hotel. It’s a boutique hotel, tastefully decorated, though not with particularly expensive furniture—there’s a noticeable influence from IKEA—but it still has a nice atmosphere. However, it is OVERPRICED. It offers nothing more than a small room and breakfast. What was especially disappointing was the view from the room. There is a small terrace, but it overlooks a staircase. I don’t know if the other rooms are the same, but we stayed one night and paid €200! Truly outrageously expensive. It’s true that March is not the high season, but the pool was in very poor condition and not particularly clean. Breakfast was decent.

ontbijt was heerlijk en goed gevarieerd . we werden erg leuk welkom geheten met een persoonlijke kaart en een cocktail . bedden heerlijk en privetuintje wel aardig maar voegt niet heel veel toe . wandeling naar het strand was wel leuk langs rijstvelden en over boardwalk door de duinen

we hebben gedineerd in t hotel . prijs vond ik hoog voor wat je ervoor kreeg.. zwembad was niet verwarmd noch lagen er kussens op de ligstoelen ivm laagseizoen . het dorpje zelf viel mij een beetje tegen . veel ooievaars maakten het grappig

A very peaceful hotel with nice spacious rooms (suite). The staff were outstanding, service with a smile, friendly, helpful and attentive. The Breakfast was lovely with all the cooked food being feshly made to order. Ideally situated for our Golf Trip to Dunas and Torre.

Charming hotel with a nice decoration. People were attentive and helpful. The diner at the restaurant was delicious.

It was quite cold and I did not manage to increase the temperature in my room.

Gostei do atendimento, da decoração (ambiente) e do pequeno-almoço. Pessoal muito simpático e disponível. A receção, no quarto, foi uma boa surpresa e de excelente qualidade.

L’hôtel est très charmant et super bien placé, à quelques minutes de la plage. Le personnel est attentionné et au petits soins, et les prestations sont au top. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Super friendly and cosy

The feel - luxurious yet down to earth at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and on point. They offered us a suite that had its own lovely sun terrace on the floor above!

Not a safe walk to the beach - perhaps a shuttle offer or a better path laid out instead of along the road.
