Reviewed Aug 10, 2026So good! It's smack bang in the middle of town, just far enough to avoid the noise from the bars but close enough to walk everywhere. It's super-well equipped and the decor is gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need; Teresa was very responsive and we loved our stay. The air-conditioning is very effective, and the verandas are huge!
It was a very hot week, and the air-conditioning was great but the cold air didn't always make it up to the sleeping area, so we got a bit hot. This was however when temperatures were around 35-40 degrees

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Die Ferienwohnungen befinden sich mitten in Comporta. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Lebensmittel sowie kleine nette Geschäfte. Auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Immer Parkplatz verfügbar und bis zum nächsten Strand sind es kaum 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026L’appartement est agréable et chaleureux, très central et proche de la plage, ce qui le rend très recommandé. La salle de bain est assez bien. Le lit se trouve sur une mezzanine, ce qui n’est pas aussi confortable qu’une chambre avec salle de bain privative. En hiver, il fait assez froid et la climatisation ne chauffe pas suffisamment, mais en été, cela doit être un vrai plaisir. Globalement, une très bonne option et recommandée, surtout pour la saison estivale.
Le lit est petite et pas très confortable.

We didn’t have enough hot water to shower for the entire weekend. And when we reached out to the property manager/ owner to ask about this issue, we received a very dry apology and no solution was provided. Basically, we had to suck it up and take the downfall for the unknown ‘technical problem’. We would have appreciated that the owner had told us before our arrival that there were no conditions for us to stay in the house, and we would have appreciated if we had been given the chance to cancel our booking and receive our money back. There were other places available that could have provided us a comfortable stay.

It was in the perfect location making exploring Comporta and neighboring areas easy. A welcome bottle of delicious local wine was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed it at our outdoor dining table on our private patio.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2022We had a ground floor apartment. It was comfortable, with everything you can reasonably need, including a nice table outside (but under a roof). The location is very good - there is nothing much closer to the beach and the walk across the rice fields and then the pine grove is an attraction in itself.
The contact with the staff is limited. I tried to get their help with ordering a taxi, but without much success (probably because of the language barrier)
