Tuscan Rose

Secure quiet neighborhood. Good breakfast. Vena was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable

Nothing- only stayed one night.

Everything

Neighborhood very safe and quiet, garden to chill out, comfy and clean room. Shared bathroom clean and wide enough. The lady very kind and welcoming

Breakfast included is a bit scarse but ok

Location and Host VEna was very helpful and its too quite

Just replace inches on the windows so they can close properly

The tranquility

Nothing

I liked that they catered for all our needs. We had quiries about breakfast and they served us good breakfast. The lady working there is very friendly and kind. She also gave me a heater for our room because there was no aircon and it was cold.

The shared bathroom was not nice but it’s stated and the fact that the rooms have no aircon.

Very pleasant and homely. Enjoyed the garden. Claire as a host absolutely amazing!

I think that locations should indicate whether there are pets on their premises. Dogs hair hmmm.

The location was great, but the breakfast has no variety in it so that was an issue on my site.

breakfast not up to standard

homely and quite

first night i was allocated the room with carpet and Claire promised to move me to another room day after which she did. appreciated🫶🏻

Hospitable staff. Good breakfast

Can't point at anything

Clean and comfy

sichere Lage

Nada a reclamar!

The location was good. Breakfast is normally eggs bacon etc but that was something that had to be paid for - they offered muffins and toast and cereal which is okay but not the typical breakfast you would expected to be included which was what was advertised

Vena was amazing she checked up on me checking if everything was alright

Close to shops, nice and peaceful place

Area, the place was nice and neat

The breakfast

It's a beautiful place that allows travelers to recharge. The whole house and the garden including is a piece of art.

I loved the tranquillity, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room and the cleanliness, I can't wait to be back in June.

Nothing to report

Nice breakfast

Nothing

Claire and Vena were so welcoming. Vena always made sure to check up on me. I also love the little Jack Russel at the place. The bedroom was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable. I also like the location since Nelson Mandela square is nearby.

Perhaps a protein option for breakfast but that is nitpicky. I can't complain about everything else

Great location, nearby river and wonderful for taking walks.

All of it

Nothing

Very secure and quiet location. Close to shopping malls

Very neat. Each room had a TV and a fan. Beautiful bathrooms. The lady that welcomed us was very nice and attended to our needs. They served breakfast which was really nice. Big pool and outside relaxing place.

More privacy would have been nice but we understood the set up of the house.

Amazing service , the host was spectacular and clear

None

Friendly staff

Shared bathroom

Clean, tranquil accomodation. Great service! Friendly staff!

The rooms are a bit small, but it's still beautiful and there are communal areas and a garden seating outside!

It is a great location within Sandton. Quite safe too.

Their bedsheets and pillows were quite old. The breakfast was not adequate.

We enjoyed the location and the facilities at the property. Very nice rooms and well decorated. The pool and balcony made the entire stay very comforting.

The bathtub was not functional and lighting in the room needed to be increased.

Connection Internet très mauvaise

The receptionist was friendly. The clearness and the food

The fact that I had to share a toilet and shower

The location and the communication with the host

Nothing

Almost everything

Could do better with a shower. It's not accomading everyone

Nice place, correct described. Fast and responsive communication

All good

We liked the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and their support. You can breakfast in a wonderful garden. Not far away is a supermarket, laundry ans cafe that you can easily - and safe - reach by foot.

Quiet,clean friendly stuff.

Responsive host and staff

Spontaneous response

Nothing

The host and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I loved relaxing by the pool and was joined by the adorable Jack Russell Terrier 😍 He’s such a sweet and friendly little dog — I could have cuddled him all day long!

Clean bedding and good stuff, the lady is so friendly

a very dirty pool Poor breakfast

The rooms were cold and the carpet was old. I had booked the night however l did not stay l immediately left to go find another place

Tudo perfeito.

Nada

Place was beautiful and clean staff was extremely amazing, friendly and helpful

The room was well-equipped, with a large balcony and everything a guest needs. Vena helped us settle in well and was hospitable.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming as it was greasy.

The dining room and my bedroom was cozy and the dog.

Its not up to standard with the cleaniliness

Garden and environment

Sharing a bathroom with smokers

The breakfast was not good it was tea bread and muffin only

Full breakfast

Location in a safe, convenient neigbourhood. Two adjacent rooms, very willing staff

Cold in the evening (we were there in winter), common area in the house was not cosy.

The host and staff are friendly. They truly make your stay comfortable. It was a cold day, the staff made the room especially warm for us with a heater and electric blankets. They are also flexible in terms of accommodating special requests where they can. The area is safe with armed response and the outside has a pool and grass area for one to enjoy nature. It was my second visit, and I will definitely be using them again.

Small patches on the wall and bathroom door need to be cleaned, but otherwise, everything was clean and tidy.

The place is lovely, and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

There were several issues with the room upon my arrival: 1. The main ceiling light was not working. While alternative small lights were provided initially, the main light was only fixed after two days. 2. The air conditioner was not functional, and a gas heater was offered as a substitute. 3. The jacuzzi was not working during my stay. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room itself—only one located on the lower floor, which was less convenient.
