The sheet was torn and not clean, it was cold , there is no heating, aircon or heater. The wifi did not work at all. The shower was dirty. You had to disconnect tv to charge any other device.

I loved the esthetics. The place was neat and clean. I loved the location, full of peace and tranquility.

I didn't like that the rooms did not have air conditioners. I also did not expect the shared kitchen plan.

The staff was very rude. I booked a queen room and I got told at the property during check-in that there are only king rooms meaning I had to pay R400 more. The hairdryer was not working. The rooms have no air-conditioning, it was extremely cold.

The room that was given to us looks nothing like the pictures, the lady and the gut to tell us that the bookings from bookings.com are useless cause they don’t check them. The linen was not clean , had to sleep there cause I was desperate most places were fully booked

Location, cleanliness and ease

Can management make sure of customers payments and proof of payment. I prepaid a late checkout fee, management failed to inform staff so upon leaving it was a problem of miscommunication, it’s not pleasant so to prevent such please communicate well.

No water..no alternative plans... remote gate not working and no one readily available to open the gate manually

Amoris Sandton had water shortage so I was sent to amoris Randburg and I like everything about it the staff very friendly and the place is safe an neat.

If only I was informed of the water shortage problem in amoris Sandton before I got there I wouldn't have to make double trip, but I was happy with the way the staff handle the situation.

It is dirty. Does not look how it is advertised. Loud. Staff is unfriendly . The owner has a bad attitude . I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I've loved everything, more especially the hospitality everything was splendid n the staff was warm welcoming, friendly and easy along to get with.

The receptionist was friendly

They did not have water and failed to alert during my booking and before I make a payment. It was only on my arrival when I was told that there is no water. I had to look for another accomodation.

No water through out our stay, no drink water, shower or use the rest room .. The staff are horrible

The staff were the most horrible. Found my bags opened from a day out and they denied opening. They also had an attitude. Every morning we were woken up by them speaking to each other very early in the morning.

1. I liked the quietness of the facility.

I did not like the beddings. They never catered for someone who has never experienced winter before like me from Uganda. I failed to sleep due to the coldness and the bedding were almost useless to the coldness.

The cottage was filthy,spiders and dust everywhere,my bedding was also unclean with a foul smell .
