Elisabeth Boutique Hotel

Starting with the location itself, at the very heart of the city and on a walking distance from all city attractions, yet secluded enough in the quiet street, we were delighted by our choice since moment we stepped into main reception lobby. Modern, minimalistic, with the perfect selection of the custom designed details, ambience lighting and furniture made of good quality materials that gives the feeling of urban coziness and comfort at the same time. Staff was wonderful - very welcoming, approachable, polite, professional and helpful to easily address any of our needs, such as booking a taxi at the exact requested time, respecting our privacy, and secure the spot for us for much needed professional massage in the hotel Spa & Fitness area, in timely manner. Room - fantastic and bold design in details, yet all functional and perfectly comfortable. Bed - just as we like, perfect mattress, solid and soundless with the two different type of good quality pillows. No need to say, room was impeccable clean as any other area in hotel overall. Dinning area, interior design that definitely makes meal more enjoyable. Buffet breakfast with the wide selection of delicious bites for everyones taste. Omelette, that was our choice of eggs, was fantastic and size of it was so generous that I needed to ask for a smaller portion next day. Coffee - you will ask for one more, for sure. Eventually, we needed to extend our stay in the city for one more day, and staff at the reception made it even that so easy for us and we were more that happy to stay and enjoy for a bit longer feeling "at home".

It’s not the best location, actually scary at night and hotel itself is kinda gloomy, it’s overlooking some abandoned buildings and factories, its so minimalistic it resembles a hospital somehow and breakfast pastries were always stale and dry…. I wouldn’t stay again…

The hotel is modern, beautiful design, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous, professional and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Convenient and reasonable car service to airport. The street/view is not beautiful but very centrally located.

Det är personalen som gör Elisabeth Boutique Hotel till en upplevelse - från städ till frukost och reception - alla är fantastiska. Jag fick hjälp med att hitta en pool och med att planera en utflykt. Tysta rum med sköna sängar. Läget är väldigt bra, gångavstånd till trevliga kaféer och restauranger. Trevligt att få cappuccino och ditt eget val av ägg till frukost.

Gymmet var litet och dessvärre hade spa-området inget pool / utomhuspool. Men jag fick fin hjälp med att hitta andra pooler i stan.

Everything was perfect. The personnel is super professional, polite and helpful. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, in relaxing tones and nature-inspired lines and textures, not "flavorlessly" minimalistic, though, but rather with character and especially beautiful lighting. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with enough shelves for all your things and enough hooks to hang all the towels and bathrobes (unfortunately not always the case in other accommodations and hotels). The breakfast has high quality produce (the sliced smoked Greek cheese and the pies were a great addition) and a highlight in my opinion is that the coffee order and eggs according to your liking (fried, scrambled, or omelet) with a small salad bouquet on the side are included. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! Thank you, dear team of the Elisabeth Boutique Hotel! Congratulations for the quality of your infrastructure and services!

Ουσιαστικά τα πάντα, η τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό, το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μύριζε υπέροχα, το δωμάτιο επίσης πεντακάθαρο, με φοβερό στρώμα και μπάνιο, smart tv, sτην τιμή είχαμε μια ώρα spa και γυμναστήριο, ενώ στο πρωινό πέρα απ' όλα τα άλλα, παραγγέλνεις ομελέτα και καφέ, μείναμε ενθουσιασμένοι και φυσικά θα ξαναπάμε!

Ίσως το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να είναι μεγαλύτερο και με θέα αλλά δεν μας ένοιαξε καθόλου.

The hotel feels new. The design is impressive. The staff is great -very attentive, super friendly,always smiling. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient.

The small windows and lack of a view made the room feel somewhat claustrophobic and, unfortunately, quite dark. We also noticed that when the air-conditioning was not running, the room became quite humid. There was no convenient place to dry towels, which could be an issue for guests who plan to spend time at the beach or by the sea. We travel to Thessaloniki quite often and would consider staying at this hotel again, but we were quite disappointed with the breakfast. For a four-star boutique hotel, we expected more local products, greater variety, and perhaps a few signature dishes or something distinctive that we wouldn’t find at just any hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast felt quite limited and ordinary. Overall, we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, but we feel that these details could be improved considerably, especially given the hotel’s four-star boutique positioning.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of quality food. We also really appreciated the friendly and attentive service throughout our stay.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Elisabeth Boutique Hotel! Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück, ein richtig schönes, geräumiges und gemütliches Zimmer mit stilvoller Einrichtung und eine tolle Lage des Hotels - sehr nahe am Zentrum und zugleich in sehr ruhiger Umgebung und ebenfalls nicht weit von der Promenade entfernt! Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Service!

Nu sunt locuri de parcare, iar privelistea din jurul hotelului este dezolanta, lipseste cu desavarsire.

Wir kamen Mittags an und konnten trotzdem schon 2 Stunden früher einchecken. Das Hotel hat uns über einen vergessenen Gegenstand informiert und die Abholung ermöglicht. Frühstück sehr gut. Kurzer Weg zu Hafen, Restaurants und Bus. Service ebenfalls hervorragend.

Keine Dusche und Badewanne ist für ältere Personen nicht bzw eingeschränkt geeignet. Außerdem wird beim Duschen das Bad sehr nass. Joghurt könnte in kleineren Mengen angeboten werden, damit nicht jeden Tag so viel übrig bleibt das laut Service vernichtet werden muss.

This was my second stay at the Elizabeth Boutique Hotel, and once again I was completely satisfied. I especially loved the breakfast concept, with the option to choose and order freshly prepared dishes. Excellent experience overall, and I will definitely stay here again!

The location is downtown so close to the promenade line and touristic and day/night life attractions. Only few minutes walk in either direction - just perfect. In particular we were surprised about the cosiness and design of the interior. The staff was extraordinary friendly, helpful and just lovely. We got great recommendations and support. The same for the bar inside - amazing warm and empathic welcome. Last but not least an appreciated great cost efficacy.

Nu mi-a placut lipsa parcarii si aspectul dezolant al cladirilor din jurul hotelului.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Quick response to questions emailed via Booking.com prior to arrival. Arrived at 13:00 and could check into room though check in is officially from 15:00 (hotel can store luggage otherwise). Hotel helped us with a spontaneous hire car request and also booked transfer to hire car firm, all of which worked perfectly. Also helped us with ideas and tips for day trips. Good location, only a few min walk from waterfront, harbour area, Ladadika restaurant area, main shopping roads such as Tsimiski Spacious room, comfortable bed, choice of pillows (all quite high, bear in mind if normally using a low pillow, memory foam one worked best for me). Very good water pressure in shower. A/C worked well. Small gym with good Equipment (Concept 2 rower and ergo ski, also cross trainer. Also treadmill, did not use. Picture shows bike as well however this was missing during our visit) also one weight machine and free weights. NB need to book time slot at gym. Spa area looked nice, though did not have time to use Breakfast v good, choice of cereals, seeds, nuts, dried fruit. Some pieces of fresh fuit. Greek yoghurt (delicious) and milk. Assortment of pastries. Warm dishes such as bacon, mushrooms, sausages. Some Cold Cuts and salad, hard boiled eggs. Staff take orders for freshly cooked eggs such as fried or scrambled on arrival at breakfast. Also fresh coffee, tea or orange juice. 3 min walk to self service laundry if required (Self Service Laundry by thesswash), 5 min walk to multistorey car park if renting a car (Grand Parking, 15€ per 24 hr as of Aug 2026) (ps free transfer from airport to hotel, offered by Booking.com, also worked without issue)

Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst och under vistelsen.

Kudden, det fanns bara en och den var väldigt hög. Jag gillar låga kuddar och är väldigt beroende av god sömn.

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, selbst um 5 Uhr morgens und tagsüber jederzeit ansprechbar.

Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nicht schön. Ein Zimmer mit Aussicht ist nicht notwendig. Der Stil spiegelt, wie bei jedemBoutique Hotel den Geschmack des Eigentümer wider; es ist nicht unserer. Der Frühstücksraum erinnert an eine Co-Working Space und auch auf den Zimmern wäre weniger Design und mehr Funktionalität und Wohnlichkeit angebracht. Das Waschbecken im Bad war so niedrig das man sich tief beugen muss. Der Vergrösserungsspiegel war nur noch als Halterung da, Ablageflächen zu wenig, Kleiderschrank zu klein.

Uitstekende locatie, midden in het centrum, maar wel weg van alle drukte. Ontbijt is bijzonder door de wijze van presentatie. Bv. niet de standaard plastic bakjes yoghurt, maar yoghurt in een glazen pot.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Klimaanlage (wir waren anfang August) ist kaum hörbar und schafft ein angenehmes Raumklima. Guter Föhn im Zimmer. Die Lage ist, abgesehen davon, das man die Koffer über Kopfseinpflaster und die genoppten Bodenplatte ziehen muss, hervorragend. Restaurants und Nightlive in der Nähe Gute ÖPNV Anbindung.

Zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad, Gewöhnungsbedürftig Glaswand zwischen Bad/Toilette/Dusche und Schlafzimmer. Man kann einen Vorhang vorziehen.

Hotel molto bello, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia giornaliera, abbiamo anche utilizzato la Jacuzzi e la sauna su prenotazione inclusi nel prezzo!!

Solo un appunto per la colazione, quello di conservare i prodotti da forno dolci, in appositi contenitori affinché non si secchino durante tutto l'orario del servizio.

Exceptional in every way

We actually stayed for 6 nights. Everything about this beautiful hotel is superb. The facilities are exceptional, the sauna and the massage are extra bonuses and the staff are fabulous. The breakfast staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful .Mina was also amazing and very helpful Our room was also upgraded which was a very welcomed surprise. Eleanor, Nicola and the men who were at front reception were very patient and informative. Elisabeth Boutique Hotel has everything you need for a short period in Thessaloniki. We stayed for five nights. Breakfast is fine and the staff are partiularly friendly and helpful. The location is great.

The only complaint I have is that they did not offer access to the World Cup games on TV in the rooms..

Jeg synes hotellet skal spare på håndklæderne. Man behøver ikke få et rent håndklæde hver dag.

First time here and our experience was amazing..Cozy and beautiful rooms, nice bed and pillows, soundproof and blackout curtains. The room has all you need, espresso machine, toiletries etc. Amazing decoration, good breakfast with variety of food options. As we travel a lot to Thessaloniki this is definitely one of our favourite place now and we'll be back for sure 😊

Η διάθεση του προσωπικού, το σημείο του ξενοδοχείου, το δωμάτιο, η εξυπηρέτηση, το πλούσιο πρωινό. Ειναι μια παρα πολυ καλη επιλογή για καποιον που θελει να περπατήσει στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης και να δει τα παντα . Απο τα Λαδαδικα μεχρι τον πύργο του ΟΤΕ.

The room arrangment service and breakfast need improvement

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man direkt in der Innenstadt sein möchte. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars in der direkten Umgebung.

Man hört die Wasserleitungen der anderen Zimmer recht laut und im Bad gibt es leider kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für Kulturbeutel/Zahnbürste. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock, eventuell sind die darüberliegenden Zimmer geräuschärmer.

Nice location, nice decor , tasty breakfast

The air-conditioning was stopping and then starting again without me interfering. And periodically it made a high pitched sound. The "smart TV" wasn't connected to the internet. An employee came and couldn't fix it . So the TV didn't have internet access. The "king size" bed was 2 single beds united with a gap in between. We made an appointment for the spa and they informed us the following day that we must change the time of the appointment because they had made the mistake of double booking another appointment at the same time . So we had to change all of our scedule because of that mistake. In the shower: the water temperature was shifting from hot to cold. I was disappointed because my first impression of the hotel was good but everyday I faced a new problem..

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο, σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο! Το πρωινό είναι καταπληκτικό, με φρέσκιες παρασκευές και πολύ ωραίο χώρο! Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ άνετα, με πολλές παροχές και πολύ καθαρά.

Επειδή το ξενοδοχείο είναι κεντρικά, ενδεχομένως να έχει κάποιο θόρυβο. Εμένα δεν με ενόχλησε κάτι και έμεινα στον πρώτο όροφο.

Oda muhteşemdi. Otelin konumu harikaydı otobüs duraklarına ve gece cıkabileceğiniz tavernalara aşırı yakın hemen otelin arkasında bir sürü mekan var. Her yere otelden yürüyerek gidebildik. Otel çok temizdi ve çok lüks hissettirdi. Ayrıca valizlerimizi erken gelip emanet ettik dönerkende elimizde taşımamamız için yine emanette bıraktık her şeyi ayarladılar böylece son gün valizlerle gezmek zorunda kalmadık teşekkür ederiz <3

Very beautiful hotel, perfect and cozy room lighting, spacious room. I also loved the design of the bathroom. Breakfast was ok as well and the dining area very beautiful too! It really feels like a cute premium boutique hotel with amazing location right in the city center!

The spa is at the -1 level and you have to book your hour there in advance which is fine but the jacuzzi was mildly warm and the sauna took 30 min to heat to proper temperature. By that time our hour already expired. I think the staff should get it ready for best use prior to your scheduled time. Also, the breakfast could have eggs directly at display. It was weird to have the weiter ask how you prefer the eggs and if you say scrambled eggs the portion is huge.. like 5-6 eggs. I couldnt eat so much and felt bad about food waste. The second day I told her to bring just 1-2 scrambled eggs for 1 person and still got a huge portion 😅 better to allow people to serve themselves honestly. Plus, how come there was no feta cheese?? We're in Greece so its a must! Other than this, everything was perfect! :)
