Vanoro Hotel

Very clean, well designed, very good service, great breakfast.

Hotel with 5 stars should have their own parking, reserved for quests which shouldnt be charged.

Hotelul are lift.

Her şeyi mükemmeldi .

Breakfast was excelent. Location good. Flooring at room was a little noisy when walking. Shower very comfortable. Bed was excelently comfortable.

Room flooring boards that made noise when walking on them

Excellent breakfast, very helpful and kind staff, impeccable rooms

Amplasament perfect pentru turist.

Clean. Modern. Nice room and everything all around the hotel. Brekfast absolutely perfect!

Vanoro Hotel is an absolute gem! Exceptional service, immaculate cleanliness, and the best à la carte breakfast in town. We had a wonderful stay!

Great suite for family of 5 with wonderful location and breakfast

The Vanoro Hotel in Thessaloniki delivers an exceptional stay right in the heart of the city center. Boasting impeccably clean and ultra-comfortable rooms, it is paired with a warm, attentive staff that makes every guest feel entirely looked after. The highlights are its incredible dining experiences—featuring an acclaimed on-site restaurant serving phenomenal food—and an extraordinary, all-day a la carte breakfast available from early morning until late evening for ultimate schedule flexibility.

Location, comfort, stuff, everything was perfect

All great. Breakfast all day long great plus

The staff was fantastic very friendly and welcoming.Close to the main streat but not noise at all.Small but qualitative breakfast.

Locatia, receptionera f draguta, parcare in limita posibilitatilor, camera , md, etc

💯

Nothing

The staff very helpfull and friendly. The hotel is clean .

The design . The breakfast . The position . There is a bad smell throughout and they use an artificial spray to overcome it which makes things even worse.

Superb breakfast, veey polite service from the reception. 10/10

Everything but the price was not cheap 🙂

Nice facility with very pleasant staff

Good location, excellent breakfast. Very clean.

The bed, the breakfast, room size, clean. Very good value for money.

Mini bar was empty.

Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetliydi, konumu iyi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Temiz bir otel. Tekrar konaklamayi kesinlikle düşünüyorum.

Sevmediğim bir yönü yoktu

Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel. Especially Mr. Dimitri with glasses at the lobby and the young gentleman Konstantinos were extremely hospitable and helpful. The location of the hotel is great—it's very central and you can walk to many places. The breakfast was also very delicious. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay

Location in center of Thessaloniki, personnel very amiable, very good price for the offered services and a great breakfast.

We recently returned from a family vacation at Vanoro Hotel in Thessaloniki, and we had a fantastic experience. From the outside, the hotel looks quite modest, but the moment you step inside, you immediately notice how stylish, elegant, and well-maintained it is. Our room was spacious, nicely designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the complimentary snacks and bottled water, which were replenished daily. The hotel also made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Since our rooms were not ready yet, we were invited to enjoy complimentary drinks at the hotel bar while we waited, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The location is excellent, everything is within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Thessaloniki. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank **Alexandra** and **Dimitris** at the Front Desk for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. They truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our visit. Instead of a buffet, guests order from an extensive à la carte menu. There are no limitations on what you can order, and every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, and of outstanding quality. We would highly recommend Vanoro Hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki and will definitely choose it again on our next visit.

İkinci defa kaldım. Tekrar Selanik'e gidecek olsam yine bu otelde kalırım.

We especially loved the breakfast and the warm and supportive attitude of the hotel staff. This is the third time we have chosen the hotel during our stay in Thessaloniki.

We liked everything

The staff and the hotel were exceptional. The hotel successfully accommodated all of our requirements, including providing a parking space. Furthermore, they provided invaluable assistance with our daughter's birthday celebration, even presenting a delightful small cake. I anticipate returning in the future.

Its clean ill give them that

They said in your website that there is a parking and there is not The sofa for my kids to sleep was very very bad even awful shame for 5 star hotel to give such a cheap sofa for its geusts and the breakfast is very poor so when u order u get anly small meals and the same every day i dont know who gave them a 5 stars it should be a 3 stars hotel at the most ... and there this one guy at the recption thats dosent smile and always angry ...

The staff were very friendly. We were upgraded to a higher-category room free of charge. The à la carte all-inclusive breakfast was excellent, and the food was delicious. The hotel is in a great location if you want to explore the city center or get to the beach.

If you're traveling by car, there are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they cannot be reserved. If you find an available spot, you're lucky. If the parking spaces are full, there is a secure parking lot just a couple of blocks away where you can park for an additional fee.

Super à la carte Frühstück alles was man sich wünschen kann

Rien

We have visited this hotel several times and have always had wonderful impressions. We were extremely disappointed on our last visit due to the arrogant and rude behavior of the person at the reception, who introduced himself as John. We cannot explain how this is possible in such a classy hotel.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Bed was big and mattress comfortable. There was an espresso machine which we enjoyed. The hotel has a Spa, we used the Jacuzzi privately and had an excellent massage. The staff was great and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, including parking which is an issue at this area. Breakfast was excellent with a big variety, served all day, which was really exceptional.

The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We arrived at the hotel in morning 25/6. My first feeling was that it doesn't look so modern from the outside. We were met at reception by either DIMITRIS, OR AGAPI or Giannis who checked our baggage in until the rooms would be ready. They showed us the lounge area and from here we knew were in ultra modern hotel. We ordered soft drinks which promptly arrived by smiling waitress who advised us they were on the house. We left to see the surrounding area and when we returned the charming Alexandra at reception advised us that rooms were ready and took the space age elevator to our floors. Alexandra helped us often during our stay always with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the twin bed mattress was heavenly comfortable as were the pillows. Air conditioner fantastic and shower was great with clean fluffy towels. 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water were provided each morning. The A La Carte breakfast was fresh, varied, tasty and you could order as much as you want and arrived it promptly. Location, Atmosphere, Rooms, Value, Noise level, Service, Amenities all top marks. Would I return ... definitely but earlier in year when not so hot. I definitely will recommend The Vanoro Hotel to my friends.

Good location, a comfortable room, and an amazing à la carte breakfast.

Very nice room, nice location, good breakfast.

Perfect place, perfect hotel and perfect staff

Hotel has a small parking lot, a few cars. If you are not lucky, you have to use a private parking lot, 150 m away with 12 hour rate of 20 Euro

Everything was perfect. Spatial and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly. Central location and great breakfast!
